    Things I liked:

I decided to purchase a Discovery after a couple of hunting trips with my Marauder.I was extremely pleased to find that the only things I missed with the Discovery was the magazine and several extra pounds of weight. I have since decided that the weight was definitely a fair trade for loss of the magazine.I was amazed that the Discovery was just as accurate or so close that the area squirrel population can't tell the difference.Great product, great service.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice if the Discovery had a magazine. My father has huge hands and has a little problem loading the Discovery with a scope mounted. I have smaller hands and have no problems at all.I wish they made a 25 caliber.

    What others should know:

Great product, makes more noise stock than the Marauder so if you live in town go with the Marauder or look into some accessories. Either way you won't be disappointed.

    Things I liked:

very fun gun to shoot not as strong as a real 22 but way more fun and its cheaper to shoot all day

    Things I would have changed:

alittle loud for my likeing but either way its a good gun stock sights move and can get messed up so a scope is a must

    Things I liked:

I own a number of high end pellet rifles, Beeman, Theoban,Gamo, etc. My favorite is my newly purchased Benjamin Discovery from Pyramid Air. The rifle is terrific in every sense; it is lightweight, well balanced, accurate, well machined, the fiber optic sights are more than just useful and on and on. I would also like to thank the knowledgeable on-line helper who was very instrumental in assisting me to make my decision.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like the barrel to be "shrouded" like the Marauder. I would also like for there to be some way of easily attaching a flashlight to the barrel. I night hunt.

    What others should know:

If you are considering an extremely well made, accurate, powerful, light weight, fun, reasonably priced pellet gun the Benjamin Discovery; weather it's your first or tenth pellet gun ,this is the one for you.

    Things I liked:

Lightweight, accurate and powerful. I'll never go back to springers!

    Things I would have changed:

Hmmm, maybe send Salma Hayek with it to pump it up?

    What others should know:

PA went above and beyond with their 10 for 10, chronographing all shots from 2000 psi down to 1k, giving me a better idea of what the gun is capable of as opposed to just 10 rounds. The pellets used were H&N Sport but type and weight weren't listed, so I started with H&N Field Trophy Targets. 11 shots and 4 full turns had elevation in the bull, the next 10 rounds grouped 3/4" edge-to-edge @ 50'!! I'm very pleased with this gun and expect even better accuracy once I find the ammo it likes.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate and powerful! I am absolutely thrilled with this rifle. Very easy to fill with pump.

    Things I would have changed:

Offer the rifle in .25 caliber

    What others should know:

Expect to spend a lot of time shooting this rifle.

    Things I liked:

Accurate and it is built right! The disco is a great gun at a great price! Compared to the Benji Trail XP breakbarrel it is much lighter and you can get 12-15 shots out more quickly without moving the gun from the bench. Compared to the Benji Mrod again it is much lighter. I prefer to carry and shoot this gun than any other. I like to pump for a back-up but I quickly went and bought a scuba tank for filling. Since the gun only needs 2000 psi the air tank lasts forever. The Mrod is much more expensive and difficult to keep at 3000 psi.

    Things I would have changed:

Quiet this gun down. It is way too loud for backyard shooters.

    What others should know:

It is very LOUD! an after market muzzle brake can help.

    Things I liked:

I compared this Discovery to my Son's Benjamin Nitro. The Discovery was a lot easier to keep a tight grouping. I would recommend this gun to freinds and family.

    Things I would have changed:

The tube on the pump is very short. I wish they would have doubled the length. I did not like drilling holes to install sling holders to install my bipod. Wish they had already done that.

    Things I liked:

Buy it!! Nice feel its lightweight very accurate With the right pellet. Not crazy about rear sight its a little to low this gun really makes a difference with a scope it shoots better groups. The pump is very well made and sturdy.

    Things I would have changed:

Raise the rear sight and add another band on the barrel thats it!!

    What others should know:

This is a great gun its a little fussy about pellets I went through a bunch and the found JSB Match Diabolo best. If you change pellets after you sight in using one brand A you will notice the groups will be in another spot with different pellets brand B.

    Things I liked:

The only difficult thing about this rifle is deciding which to use the Disco or it's big brother the Marauder when you own them both. The Disco in .177 is exceptional, very user friendly, and it gives a bunch of shots with little pumping effort. The pump is super. As for accuracy when it hit its best opperating pressure range pin point shot are SOP. It also has very good power for a .177 - I do a lot of plinking with it and it smacks the targets with upmost authority . The wood work for the price is very nice, the blueing also. My daughters love to shoot this rifle because it's very light. Mine has a Leapers 4x 32 and shoots fine.

    Things I would have changed:

I put a plastic tie strap on mine to act as a second barrel band works real well and leaves expansion room. They should come with two bands on the barrel because once you have it you'll notice the movement of the barrel to simple handling .

    What others should know:

This gun is not meant for hard handling ,like heavy field work, it's not flimsy but don't let it get knocked around the internal valves will pay the price. Most PCSs are the same in this respect. As for accuracy that where you get your money's worth. The Disco .177 shoots very well with the Crosman 7.4 wad cutters. The rifle is not cheap neither in price or workmanship ,which by the way is a well deserved compliment for USA craftsmanship. If you are going to take the leap into PCPs start with the Disco your bound to get hooked.

bien construido, ligero, preciso, fácil de manejar, excelente rifle, por su costo no puedes encontrar nada mejor. El Servicio de PA. fue excelente, definitivamente compraría de nuevo con ellos

    Things I would have changed:

tal ves la mira trasera es un poco incomoda para configurar, el gatillo plástico

    What others should know:

a pesar de ser plástico el gatillo, se siente muy bien y es predecible.

    Things I liked:

The gun is elegant and accurate. It also lets everybody know what you just did when you squeeze the trigger. It is also fairly light weight.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing really. I like it as it is. Top notch engineering.

    What others should know:

Using air the gun is a great multi purpose .22. Using co2 the gun goes all anemic on me and gets put back in the rack in favor of something else.

    Things I liked:

The power is great when compared to common air rifles. I needed something quiet to get rid of varments tearing pipes loose from my home w\out wking the neighbors. This had the power even for the larger animals or hard ones such as the armadillos & was quiet enough no one complained even @ 3AM

    Things I would have changed:

This rifle accepts CO2 & compressed air. the CO2 max fill is only half that of the compressed air. I would like to see a compressed air container that could be filled with any common air compressor to supple the rifle with the high pressure air instead of the expensive CO2

    What others should know:

If you're looking for the power for the cost. This is it. If you don't mind using the CO2 (which is great yo just have to fill it more often)then buy the rifle w\out the manual pump and save the $200

    Things I liked:

ease of use , light wight , no recoil . topped it off with a center point 3x9x32mill dot scope . took about 6 shots to set it , 50 yards 5 shots under a nickel . penetration is far more thin i would have through it to be , .5 inch plywood at 50 yards with ease . far better then my rem. vantage 177 .

    Things I would have changed:

Add a bolt lock , smother trigger with a adjustment screw ,a longer and a little heaver barrel , from 12 mm to 15-16 mm around , 2-3 inches longer would be better for long distance shooting , close the gap no the barrel band as so it dose not spread and bend the barrel down to the tube !!!

    What others should know:

Go over it real good and make sure every thing is tight and where it should be .

THEN clean clean and clean the barrel it is filthy .. when it is clean , use a dry
molly oil to swab out the barrel . molly will not gum ,stick or hold any pieces of lead
from your pellets when fired . will not hurt or harm the o rings or seals , but will help your
pellets glide through the barrel much easier , especily for those how chose to shot lead free pellets , these are like an fmj bullet , as to were they do not conform to the rifeling and barrel but solwly acrub an wear your rifeling down . molly also means less cleaning after a day of shooting or hunting ,....... AND ABOVE ALLHAVE FUN AND SHOOT SHOOT AND YOU KNOW SHOOT SOME MORE , BE SAFE AT ALL TIMES !!!

This is the perfect combo to get started in pcp guns. The airgun is accurate, reliable, and is very well made. Fit and finish is great.

    Things I would have changed:

A little loud for a backyard ag. Trigger and loading the pellet take some getting used to, but certainly not a deal breaker here.

    What others should know:

If your looking to get into precharged, this is the best bang for your buck!

    Things I liked:

This is a great starter pcp. Excellent accuracy, easy to use and fill with air, lightweight. And with the air pump... a tremendous value.

    Things I would have changed:

The opening for inserting the pellet is very short and makes the rifle difficult to load. This is especially difficult when you have a scope mounted on the rifle.

    What others should know:

If you're interested in owning a pcp and don't have a lot of cash, buy the Discovery. You won't be disappointed!

    Things I liked:

the package deal!It was the only reason I bought it.It's very accurate. Can leave it ready to go.Now I have the pump to get others.Easy to pump.

    Things I would have changed:

The price, the noise level.the trigger and trigger guard,I paid as much as my SKS I think it should be all metal parts.

    What others should know:

I have guns and my first airgun was a .177 ruger blackhawk from PA,I love it.It is very weighty and sturdy gun, robust like my other rifles. At first the discovery was so light it felt funny but after shooting it for awhile it is great, spot on accuracy and cheap to shoot

trigger isnt very good. going to mod mine and add a metal trigger, add another barrel band

    What others should know:

extremely accurate, i fill mine to 2000 and shoot it down to about 1100, take around 40-50 pumps to get back to 2000 and i get about 25-30 shots per fill. 55 yds it shoots awsome, atack driver for sure I have actaully driven tacks with it at 35 yds.

also this gun is VERY VERY LOUD. like .22lr loud
