Looks (mostly) and feels like the real thing in your hand. The cartridge loads easily as do the BB's (much better than some other guns) into the magazine. The magazine is solid in the gun. The barrel is solid in the frame.
Things I would have changed:Visually, nothing. Accuracy seems to be a little wild. Need to compare the barrel diameter vs. the Daisy BB diameter to see what the problem is. May need to change BB brand.
What others should know:As noted above, mine is not quite as accurate as others claim.
A little oil on all moving parts (including the magazine's firing chamber's moving parts) helps the smoothness of the way the trigger mechanism works.
I don't see the trigger as being all that hard to pull as others say. Maybe the little extra oil helped mine work better.
ALL...moving parts get a little lubrication.

Real pistol feel as far as weight. The blowback is crisp and yet smooth. Accuracy is really decent out to about 45 feet once you find the right BB. This my favorite blowback action pistol of three that I own.
Things I would have changed:Trigger is gritty and heavy. Really have to concentrate to not pull your shot. It will release a BB down the barrel if you don't completely follow through with the shot once you have pulled it to the breaking point. Perfectly manageable though.
What others should know:Mine stopped firing after only seven months and around 1000 shots. All was working properly but not releasing the CO2. Called Pyramid Air and after being referred to Umarex who wouldn't help, PA replaced my gun at no charge! All I paid was shipping one way. Great customer service from PA and I wouldn't do my online airgun related purchases anywhere else.

Nice small metal frame, feels and shoots like the real thing. The coolest thing is the ease with which you can load the clip. Just depress the spring, lock it into the slot. then use a speedloader. Just a couple strokes and your done. I've got many pistols and this is definitely the easiest to load.
Things I would have changed:freekin' trigger is a bear. 2-stage because the first loads a BB into the breach, the second fires the weapon. The final stage is like a ton and a half to pull. I'm right handed and if I am not concentrating I will pull to the right, Bummer! I wouldn't load the clip completely either, seems to work better.
What others should know:All in all, would buy it again.

Realistic feel and weight. Easy loading of BBs into clip, unlike many other guns.
Things I would have changed:The trigger is somewhere beyond absolutely terrible. I'm surprised that Beretta would allow this to be marketed with their name on it. It's certainly not a good advertisement for their other products. Also, BBs occasionally roll out of the barrel; what's up with that?

A lot - great weight, realism, feel, blowback, just a solid, quality product. Accurate, especially for such a short barrel.
Things I would have changed:The bb feed mechanism on this type of gun/magazine (like the Makarov) is not my favorite. It creates a very long pull and is rough feeling and heavy at the end, although it can be helped with some lubricant. Handle is a bit thick, especially for a gun this size.
What others should know:You won't regret it - solid buy, nice gun. But be aware - it's small.

Looks like the real thing. Great attention to detail.
Things I would have changed:Better quality control. Slide would lock back on a full mag. Trigger would get stuck /lock up when firing.
What others should know:Maybe I got a lemon...
Regardless, pyramyd Air took care of the problem and refunded
my money. My second order (a different air gun, actually two)
were great! Very professional, great company.

I love this gun! I love this gun! Really! It is just so cool and absolutely realistic. It may be small for big construction hands. I always pay the ten dollars to have my guns tested and I would advise you do that too. Try this gun out. I can't stop shooting it and it makes a great display piece.
Things I would have changed:The little slide you pull back to insert bbs is too small and difficult to move.
What others should know:Get lots of air and bbs. Your not going to want to put this down. It also has a nice crisp report.

The first one was a lemon, had to return. But the second one was o.k l like the fit and the weight of the gun the accuracy is good and power is good goes right thur cans at 30ft the blow is o.k you'll get about 5mag per. one co2 cartridge. The tiger pull is a little long but in time you'll get uses to it.
Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:Check the inner bushing that were my first gun had the trouble.

Solid, chunky feel Great weight, especially for its size Great blowback Strong slider spring back
Things I would have changed:Less plastic feel to the drips. That said, compared to others, it's not bad. Trigger pull a bit long.
What others should know:Buy it. One of the more realistic replicas.

I have always been a Beretta fan and have a few other 92FS clones from other makers, but not an 84FS. As with other Umarex replicas, it is an exact copy. It is full metal except for the grips. It is a smaller pistol than the 92FS and it fits my hand better. It has the usual drop out mag with the CO2 inside. Accuracy is fine considering it is a BB model. The blowback works great just like the real thing. Another winner from Umarex!
Things I would have changed:I found out right away that the magazine does not like old, especially copper BBs. I have a large container of Crosman Copperheads which I tried to use. The gun jammed repeatedly when I tried to use these. They were hanging up in the mag, and in the loading port. When I checked the container, I noticed that some of the BBs were tarnished and even actually slightly rusted. I switched to some new copper coated, and that eliminated the problem. So watch out for this problem. I have started buying more zinc coated for my pistols, and the storage life should be better. I did buy an extra mag, but they are expensive b/c they also contain the CO2 and power the pistol. I wish they were more reasonably priced..
What others should know:If available, buy the combo package, it a much better deal.

The reality that was put into this gun. Size, weight, part-to-part fit, and lastly the finish on this all-metal pistol are all top quality work. The only plastic or "synthetic" parts visible on it are the grip panels...just like the actual firearm that it copies, and the lower portion of the magazine (including the co2-charging screw tab). Accuracy is decent for a short barreled smoothbore with fixed sights. (3 to 4inches at 15ft with the older "combat crouch" type of stance, and reliable 2 and 1/4 in rested at 15ft). I get 70 to 80 good powerful shots per 12gram co2 cylinder depending on how fast (rapid-fire) or slow (10 to 20 seconds between shots) I shoot. Blow-back is pretty quick, about equal in slide speed to a bullet firing 9mm Taurus PT 99 AF that I had years ago. All in all, I'm pretty impressed with this luttle Berretta-clone. .and with my firearms shooting background that's not easy to do. In my opinion it's an excellent choice. Velocity I can't say, as I have no chrono.
Things I would have changed:The only things I'd ask the manufacturer to change are 1): take the "out-of-the-box" trigger-pull down to about 5 lbs. or so...9 lbs or so really is NOT necessary. 2): Include, or at least offer for sale a suitably-sized "magazine shoe" to cover the co2 charging tab for those who wish to buy it. And lastly, 3): offer for sale as accessories wood or imitation wood grip panels ( several option choices would likely be an accessory-hit for any/all of the true REPLICA models as long as they also copy "actual-production-accesories" that are/were offered for the original firearm that the replica is copying). A SERIOUSLY NEED DESIGN CHANGE: Put in a bb-retainer during the manufacturing process...be it a magnet in/at the chamber, or a vinyl/rubber retaining ring inside the chamber itself, it IS needed...I just can't believe the design-team missed this.
What others should know:This gun is an excellent copy of a Beretta M84fs compact firearm, that just happens to have been made as a bb gun. Just remember what it is, what it is copying, and also remember what it is not...it isn't a firearm, but neither is it a toy.. Do NOT brandish or wave it around in public, not even as a joke..someone with REAL firearm probably WILL NOT "get the joke" and you'd very likely end up in jail or in a cemetary. This replica looks like the real gun it copies...TREAT IT LIKE THE REAL GUN IT COPIES. Just remember that as a bb gun it does have it's limitations. Handle it with all due care and respect. Shoot safe and have fun.

The look, feel, weight and details are spot on. Embossed rather then printed warnings and name brands.Fairly accurate for a short smooth barrel.Loading spring locks to load. Matte finish OK for this model. Hold back on last shot. Fair amount of shots per CO2 cartridge. Good for plinking. Not bad for the price.
Things I would have changed:Seams showing due to split frame.Hide the CO2 tightening screw.Put white dots on sights. The BB feed design on most of these type of guns causes roll out after several hundred shots.Needs better way to hold BB's.Better grips of course. Better grip on pull down loading spring. Difficult without good finger nails.
What others should know:Do not pull trigger several times before firing or it causes both roll out and double shots. This feed design does not allow for trigger release to pull more then one complete non stop time.Cover top BB port when loading or spring will pop the first BB out. Load one or two BB's less to prevent doubling or roll out on first shot. Good choice for collectors.

the looks, the weight...
Things I would have changed:not a very good cartridge, usual loading too bad they can't design them to be more user-friendly...
What others should know:lots of misfires(Fires the c02 but not the bb)...I've gently oiled everything, Am hoping it just needs more breaking in...

I love the blowback action of this gun. It's very powerful and has a great kick. The best part, it doesn't come at the expense of using a lot of CO2. I can shoot about 60 plus good rounds from this gun.
Things I would have changed:Unfortunately, this is one of those guns that's just plagued with issues, and it's a roll of the dice as to whether or not you're going to get a good one. My first one failed. I like the gun so much I purchased another. And now after firing only about 10 clips through it, the slide does not hold open after the last shot has been fired. I fires fine otherwise. I personally think it's the company using cheaper and cheaper and yet even cheaper metal for these guns. Looking at it closely, it seems some of the metal where the slide lever catches the slide after the last round has been fired as worn away. Now the lever has nothing to latch onto after the last round has been fired.
What others should know:Keep making your guns from ever-cheaper pot metal which won't hold up and no one will purchase your product. I will stand up and applaud the day a company fails because of manufacturing substandard products to an unsuspecting public.
Although this gun is a lot of fun to shoot, they are not very well made.
