Things I liked:

for a relatively inexpensive co2 revolver this is an outstanding value, you get a lot of shots from each cartridge, and it is reasonably accurate.

Things I would have changed:

nothing for the price could enhance the performance.

What others should know:

get some extra clips

Things I liked:

It has a good look and feel.

Things I would have changed:

I would have it last more than two CO2 cartridges.

What others should know:

I bought this for my father. We went through two cartridges so maybe 80 shots. It went in the closet for a few months. I took it out to shoot it again and the CO2 cartridge would no longer seal. The gas just shoots out. At this point it was past the warranty. I bought a new gasket thinking that would fix it and it did not. Don't buy this, get the Vigilante instead.

    Things I liked:

+Cheap +Easy to load Decent accuracy and co2 efficency

    Things I would have changed:

-Oreo mag is not realistic (not a huge downside tbh) -Does not have a rotating cylinder. Only the mag moves. -Feels cheap (Also not a huge downside considering the price)

    What others should know:

Very nice revolver that takes practicality over aesthetics. Though not an ugly gun, it does seen to be plastic in parts, with the grips feeling the cheapest and the barrel and cylinder being plastic too. The oreo mag is the least realistic thing but its also what makes this gun nice since it makes loading easier since you can just dip it in the container to load it. Plus the oreo mags are cheap to replace. Although this might turn off hardcore airgun buyers this gun is very efficient on the co2 and is very easy to load and use. 100% deserves to be bought if you want an easy to use airgun.

    Things I liked:

This gun feels good in the hand, shoots well and is easy to load. It is an attractive replica of the Colt 357 produced by Umarex. I did expect it to be a little more "hefty" than it is but I guess the overall weight is due to the plastic construction. It would be nice to see this in a little heavier metal version. But overall it is a nice pistol that is fun to shoot. Seems to be pretty accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

Include more rotary 10rd. magazines with it and maybe a brown colored grip as an option like the Dan Wesson revolvers have.

    What others should know:

I like this pistol and at the time I recently ordered it I looked thru the attached list of items available to supplement it and ordered a holster (which I will review separately) and had intentions of ordering additional 10rd rotary magazines only to discover that as of 6/1/22 (as I am writing this review) they are still current UNAVAILABLE. Since this is an Umarex-produced replica pistol I also checked their website and found the same result there as well. Pyramyd Air offers them in 3packs at a VERY FAIR $6.99 when they are in-stock and I am awaiting notification that they are back in so I can purchase them. This gun is fun to shoot, easy to load and fairly accurate. Get-ya-one!

Put dovetail groves in the molded rib to accommodate a red dot

    What others should know:

More fun with extra pellet and BB mags for sure.

    Things I liked:

I liked the trigger and action as well as the adjustable rear site. Loading is simple and fast. I also got the optional pellet magazines x 3 and shooting .177 pellets from this gun is accurate at 20 yards for the first 30 shots. After that i switch to BB's and get accuracy from those for another 20 shots. By then the Co2 starts to fade a little and shots start to drop the POI. This gun is fun to shoot and chase a pop can all around the backyard.

    Things I would have changed:

A fiber optic sight option would be nice.

    Things I liked:

The single action trigger action is the best feature. The co2 efficiency is good. Sights are great. Grip is grippy. Co2 is easy to load and pierce. Handsome gun. Clips are pretty easy to load and operate.

    Things I would have changed:

The plastic is light and flimsy feeling, especially compared to the internally identical Umarex Brodax. Its very unbalanced and winds up being relatively difficult to hold a steady aim. My biggest disappointment is that the functional inner barrel is two inches shorter than the cosmetic outer barrel. I wanted the Python because it was listed here as having a 6.88 Inch barrel. Its actually less than 5 inches, which is shorter than the Brodax. Another reason I bought the python is for the adjustable sights, which is great, but the plastic the rear sight is made from is real thin and may be fragile. Also, the grip panel that pops off to load co2 doesnt quite fit right. Overall, Im Disappointed that its not as good quality my the lower priced Brodax. I feel like I shoulda just bought a second one of those.

    What others should know:

I have 22 airguns and this is one of my least favorite. I would recommend the much more solid feeling Brodax instead. The Pythons only advantage is the adjustable sights, but the Brodax still gets more accurate and efficient results. Also, certain brands of ammo are just a little bit too small to stay snug in the clips. Hornady Blacks fit the best.

    Things I liked:

Looks authentic - feels authentic except for the weight. Not an issue. Quite accurate at 15yds, 50+ shots per CO2 powerlette

    Things I would have changed:

Rifled barrel, heavier (steel) barrel.....probably asking a bit much for a $45 gun. Pellet magazines could be designed slightly different to keep ends of pellets from sticking out and preventing the wheel from turning (the nylon Ruger 10/22 magazines also made by Umarex are a better design to hold pellets snugly in place).

    What others should know:

    Good bang for your buck/

    Things I liked:

Being plastic the gun is nice and light so holding the shot until you get the sight picture you want is much easier than with some of the tanks out there. It packs a crisp report and is such a miser with CO2!

    Things I would have changed:

I would love to see a full sized rotating cylinder, set up like the ASG Wesson revolvers AND I would also love to see some sort of customization availability

    What others should know:

She can fire pellets OR BBs so Id invest in a few extra discs so you dont have to waste shooting time doing any more than swapping out spent ammo disks

    Things I liked:

I really admire the realism, and the "shootability" of this revolver. After the purchase I made with This revolver, Pyramyd Air now offers a shorter barreled version of this revolver. The looks are outstanding since I've polished the Entire AirGun to a Super-high shine closely resembling the "high lustre blue" finish on the Real Firearm. Accuracy for this airgun is better than most, and considering that this one has adjustable sights for windage and elevation, I can expect longer target distances, as well as tighter groups. The "shot count" is excellent for one Co2 cartridge. (About 225-240 with mine) , and finally, the ergonomic grips make this feel perfect in my hands!

    Things I would have changed:

The only complaint I have is that this Airgun is SO Light, that accurate shooting can be a little "chore" to achieve. Add more Weight to this Airgun in strategic places, and your shot placement will be much more satisfactory. That is my Only complaint.

    What others should know:

Out of all the revolver style Airguns that I own, this one has the lightest single action cocking of the Hammer, and the double action cycle is one of the best that I've tried. Since I've purchased mine, they now have a set which comes with a Pellet Cylinder also. I hope P.A. will sell those separately soon, because that might possibly open a few more options for B.B.-pellet accuracy with mine! This is another one of the best Airgun purchases i have made with Pyramyd Air.

    The adjustable rear sight.

    Things I would have changed:

That I bought it in the first place.

    What others should know:

This gun is simply too light to hold steady. It is an air weight made totally of plastic except for the actual barrel the BB passes through. The price puts it in a class where there are several better options that give more quality for the money. I shot this pistol a lot before I simply gave it away. It never showed any real bad accuracy but neither did it shoot any consistent groups that would make it enjoyable. The deal killer was that it simply would not reliably secure the BB's in the rotating clips. Anytime after the first shot and many times while attempting to replace the clip in the revolver the BB's would dislodge from the clips weak and inadequate retention design and fall out during the reload or roll out of the barrel anytime the muzzle was lowered. This revolver should have a sale price of no more than $29.99 and even at that I would not buy it again. Buy the all metal version that uses the shells and stay away from this cheap (but not inexpensive) product.

    Things I would have changed:

Too much plastic! Light weight takes away from the realism. I realize its a $45 gun but more metal would be nice.

This is a great light little revolver. I just got it and put 110 BBs through it...on one co2 cartridge. It has a great feel, the trigger feels great. On both sngle and double action the gun is very satisfying to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much. For the price you probably couldn't get more metal into it.

    What others should know:

This is (apparently) the same gun as the "new" Broad Ax. There are simply some cosmetic changes in the fore end.
