    Things I liked:

Price point, the Vigilante represents an outstanding value. Seriously impressive accuracy & precision. Smooth mechanicals, both single and double action trigger pull. Handling; it balances and handles nicely for its size. Sights are very good, even though they are plastic. The adjustable rear sight is easy to adjust; gives a great sight picture. It could be a bit heavier. It's fairly intuitive to learn the manual of arms for this CO2 revolver. CO2 consumption is minimal.

    Things I would have changed:

Make the plastic grips a bit more durable; they may break easily. The manual safety is next to useless; either get rid of it or make it less obtrusive. Contrasting color front sight. These are nitpicking, I'm increasingly liking the Vigante with every range session.

    What others should know:

I've shot high end metallic cartridge handguns & high end air pistols. The Vigilante is one heck of a value! Amazing accuracy with pellets (bore is rifled, steel BB's will damage it). Precision rivals my Crosman 1377 and my Beeman P1; the P1 is one precise air pistol!

I also have a Crosman 38-T in .22; this CO2 revolver was awesome! I rebuilt it 2x before I turned 21; l learned handgun shooting with it! In its own way, the Vigilante rivals the 38-T.

    Things I liked:

Only accurate guns interest me. This gun is pretty accurate especially considering the price range. It has a rifled barrel. It is fun to shoot. The magazine revolves and the 6 cylinder chamber stays still, so you get a 10 shot pistol. I have not shot bbs only pellets. The gun gave me 60 shots per CO2 cylinder, so that is impressive. Hits pretty good for a CO2 gun. I shoot this as single action for more accuracy.

    Things I would have changed:

I think Crossman designed this for volume sales at a low price point. Unfortunately, such factors drive production, so we end up with an inexpensive all plastic gun. I would have gladly spent another $100 to get an all metal real replica gun. Crossman does have a chrome metal 357 pistol, but alas it has a smooth barrel, so not much accuracy there. The sights did have to be adjusted left to right reasonably far, which means this gun will only be accurate in a small distance window. I set mine for 15 feet, that is my basement range.

    Things I liked:

It's a GREAT cheap pistol! It hits hard, and is very accurate once you find the RIGHT pellet. Me, I'm happy with the Daisy.177 pointed pellet. I don't even buy BBs. I weighed the Daisy pellet ( part#40087-000) they are fairly consistent 7.7 to 7.9 . I tried heavier 10.3 Crosman PIRANHAS .They hit HARD, but to many fly-aways. The pistol is covered in plastic but it's metal underneath and feels good /balance. It's fun to shoot. Breaking in the magazine takes a couple hundred rounds they are very tight. I'd buy it again. This is a good one for the money. I got no real complaints with it. IT'S A GREAT FUN PLINKING PISTOL!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nada

    What others should know:

Buy a dozen extra mags. Oil them until they're broke in.

    Things I liked:

/very well made revolver. Yes it is mostly polymer, not steel, but is has a good heft and form factor. It is surprisingly accurate at 15 yards with Meisterkugeln Rifle pellets, but so far does not care for others. I don't shoot it with BBs, although it's nice that it came with that mag too. The accessory rail underneath the barrel is a very nice touch, since I am using it for night tree rat shooting. Irons are decently adjustable, then you just make the laser line up with the iron sight POI. For the price:performance, I am extremely happy with this gun. I have many higher-end air pistols but this one actually delivers a lot of value for the price.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger weight... I shoot single action only, and I am used to old military guns with heavy triggers, but any adjustment or mitigation would have been appreciated. I don't think it really needed the rear crossbar safety (it is a simple D/A or S/A revolver) but I suppose lawyers made them keep it. Unnecessary cost and mechanics. With they had put this cost and effort into trigger adjustment instead. The pushbutton for the tip down barrel seems iffy, while I have not had a problem with it yet, it seems the most likely thing to fail in the future.

    What others should know:

I ordered extra mag cylinders after receiving this, they are cheap and you might as well get them all at once. And lots and lots of CO2 carts.

    Things I liked:

Great value for an inexpensive gun. Weights almost 2lbs, so it has a nice feel in your hands. I have 40 feet in my basement to practice and it's very accurate considering the price. I got extra plastic clips and it's really easy to load and it rotates clean. If you have a real revolver I would highly recommend this for home practice. Ran through 30 cartridges so far.

    Things I would have changed:

It's a bit loud. I can't use it in my backyard, we checked and you can hear it five houses up the block.

    What others should know:

After about 300 shots with the Crosman Hollow Points I tried the Wadcutter. It jammed on me multiple times and the problem went away as soon I switched back.

    Things I liked:

Pretty good little pee shooter. Not bad accuracy and nice trigger pull especially on single action. You can get quite a few good shots per C02 cylinder also.

    Things I would have changed:

Not a lot to change really. Super good price and solid performer for the price. Get it!

    What others should know:

Get extra clips for the heck of it.

    Things I liked:

I purchased these over the high-pitched howls of my roomate, who claimed several things. They could not be any good at this price point, revolvers were antiquated, blah blah. Having shot Crosman pistols for half a century now, i know the brand tends to punch above its weight in the fun pistol market. And make no mistake, these are a tom of fun. They are quite accurate at the ranges they are intended for. In single aaction, the triggers are remarkably nice for the price. Shooting pellets, you get 10 rounds per magazine, which is quite good, and as good as some automatics.

    Things I would have changed:

Although the gun is solidly built, the grips are a bit flimsy.

    What others should know:

This isn't a hunting gun. Think cans, paper targets, spinners. It's not so loud that it won't work at 10 yards inside.

Works great. For an inexpensive pistol, Accuracy and trigger are acceptable. Great value for the money. Dual Ammo is a plus. Great for informal target shooting or plinking. Way to much fun!

    What others should know:

Adjustable rear sights are a big plus. Sights are large and well defined. Easy for my tired old eyes (66 yrs) to pick up and align.
