This is a great gun for the money! It is modelled after the early Crosman 357 4/6/8's of the 90's and in fact you can actually interchange those barrels on the gun. I have personally modified two Vigilantes one to a 4" barrel and an one to an 8" barrel from the early 357's and they work amazingly but I would not recommend shooting BB's through anything but the Vigilante's barrel though as it is designed for both. It is very accurate and has adjustable windage and elevation which is a major plus in any pellet/ BB gun. It is very lightweight and has respectable velocity of 465 fps for BB's and 435 fps for pellets for target shooting or small game hunting. I got 88 shots out of one Co2 shooting pellets. The magazines are inexpensive and I would recommend stocking up on them so you can enjoy fluid shooting fun. Obviously having the capability to shoot either Pellets or BB's is a major plus with this gun and makes an afternoon of shooting very affordable!

The only things I do not love on this gun is the polymer outer barrel and plastic grips but they are really not a huge issue as they do not effect the functionality of the gun.

Great gun for the money!

The weight and balance of this pistol is nice. It's man sized. I like the rail and put a red dot on it. Pyramid delivered it the next day and my pellet stock was depleted in no time. It's a blast.

The clip is deep enough to use round nose pellets instead of wad cutters and soup cans at 25 yards tremble.

The vigilante is an extremely accurate air pistol. I like it being a top break because it is easy to load. I like the piticanny rail on the top. I mounted an UTG red/green dot on it and it looks it really cool.

The grips are a slight problem. They are very solid but a good grip cuts down the movement

The Vigilante is a very reliable and dependable air pistol with its 10 shot mag and standard 6 inch barrel.
I managed to buy a no longer made 8 inch barrel which gives me even more accuracy and power than the standard 6 inch barrel.
Very happy with my modded Vigilante!

Absolutely everything, Good weight Solid gun, I'll get used to the plastic grip realising that I have to compromise to insert the CO2. Very accurate Never shot a bb but it love shooting pellets

Ok Maybe the grips

For a good repeating revolver with solid fps for a CO2 pistol This is a very fun winner 5 stars all the way through

I broke my girlfriend's vigilante while messing around with it all stupid trying to remove the rear sight, broke the seals. Well, I ordered a replacement from pyramyd air, and when it arrived in slightly rough condition, their customer service was top notch. They send me a brand new replacement which arrived quickly and were very apologetic despite my initial salty reaction. It came with free extra co2 and pellets. These are some good people doing good work.

It's fun to shoot. Rail system for laser sight is handy.

I liked to see the grip replaced with more realistic material instead of the plastic.

Make the grips a little better quality, but its an inexspensive gun so you do get what you pay for.

Accurate at 15 yards which means I could keep all the shots on an 8 inch target I got good value for the 40 dollars I spent it is not a 600 dollar target pistol like my Ruger but worth what I paid for it.

It's very good for practice shooting I did not shoot it closer than 15 yards as I am a CCW holder I try to keep my targets at the farthest distance I may have to shoot closer I am not going to miss and farther away I am not going to shoot because they would be retreating.

The gun is fairly accurate, feels good in the hand, makes good use of co2 and is fun to shoot. Of course the price is good.

Not a lot. Like it's predecessor the breakdown release can make the thumb a little sore after a while.

I have the older version of the Crosman co2 357. This is basically the same gun with a face lift. Shoots good, nice little gun.

Feels realistic when held and aimed. Easy to put in CO2 cartridges.

Very accurate I thought right out of the box. Nice to have extra clips for shooting.

the grips are a little big for me, and a bit loose; but I got used to them, no big deal.

Get extra mags for this so you can keep shooting! It's pretty loud when shooting in basement/garage.

You cannot beat the price, given the functionality. Faster than it's competition in the lower price area, accurate and it is versital. Just an all around fun toy.

Given the price I do not think you could change much. It needs a better system to lock in the pellet cartridge. It can be rotated easily throwing you out of sequence.

I own an expensive competition pistol, but, this is a great plinking gun at a small fraction of those prices!
