Simple, well built, fun to shoot.
Things I would have changed:gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiiiiippppppppppp! I wish I could buy a custom one for a reasonable price.
What others should know:I have a middle size hand and it's ultra uncomfortable, can't imagine how people with bigger hands will hold it. It might be good for a rifle version but not for a pistol.

This is a very accurate pistol ! I like the easy trigger pull and the gun is well balanced !
Things I would have changed:I would like a functional silencer for the pistol version .
What others should know:This unit packs a punch , it it easy to get tight groups and Bulls eyes! I love shooting the round .22 Cannonball Ammo . It is easy to load and very accurate!

I got the .177 Cal,,,It fits good in the hand...At 25 ft with a red dot sight it punches dime groups with the H&N 7.25gr Terminators...also at that range it dispatches pest at ease....I have no feed problems with them in the mag...The shot tray is nice and works well but those mags are sweeet...The trigger breaks nice and smooth....For close range pest and just shootin this is a good choice.....
Things I would have changed:Nothin I like it....
What others should know:Make sure you grab a stormrider mag or two...

AT MY RANGE, THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS ALL BOIL DOWN TO 1. DOES IS SHOOT AND IS IT ACCURATE? THE TARGETS SHOT AT 10 YARDS, 8 ROUNDS IN 1/2" C/C ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. I USE A RED DOT SIGHT.
Things I would have changed:ADD BARREL BAND
What others should know:MY RANGE IS STARTING AN OPEN CLASS SO AIR GUNNERS CAN COMPETE.

Very accurate, even shooting Crosman Premier pellets. Shot 3/8" group off bench at 15 meters...repeatedly. Feels good in the hand. Balance is good Great price. Nice trigger once I got it adjusted.
Things I would have changed:I know it would cost more, but I prefer wood grips over plastic.
What others should know:This is a well-built CO2 Pistol that can provide hours of fun for little money. I tried 13 different pellets, and it preferred the cheapest ones - Crosman. BONUS! If you want it a little more quiet, there is a lead dust collector online to quiet it down...a LOT. Accuracy remains.

Fun to shoot
Things I would have changed:Better instructions on the use and loading of the magazine. I still have not figured it out. I guess I am just too old to be able to figure these things out. If there are instructions as to how to make them work I haven't found them. The same goes for the rifle.

The gun shoots very nicely.
Things I would have changed:gun showed up really dirty appeared to be used. There were bench marks on grips where work had been performwd. took pictures and sent to pyramid. I qas a lot of working packaging pictures reducing image files etc. took an hour. Pictures did no real justice to show imperfections. pyramid offered me 5$ in bullseye points. Like 720. Gee thanks .
What others should know:noisy crunchy spring on trigger definately not new. be leary of big sales on pyramid. Customer service rep was great his manager wasn't. Choosing to buy air rifles elsewhere.

EVERYTHING, it's like a updated 2240, the multi shot option is cool.
Things I would have changed:A bulk fill adapter option, and barrel
What others should know:I have regular hands if you have a big wide hand this might be a issue, for the grips

I like everything about this pistol with the exception of the swept back grip and noise. It is accurate, well built, and easy to load. The trigger is okay but could be a tad lighter. The large bolt handle with 3 rubber strips makes it easy to grip to cock the action. The loading tray is large enough to load pellets without them turning sideways or backwards. The tool supplied to tighten the CO2 chamber cap is a nice touch
Things I would have changed:I would change 2 things. Loose the swept back grip to something more conventional and add a noise suppressor.
What others should know:I bought the 22 caliber version. I didn't shoot any paper groups but I hit everything I aimed at no problem out to 20 yards. It's fairly noisy so I added a small suppressor to mine which really made a difference. It's very quiet now. Muzzle velocity is decent with the Hobby 11.9 averaging 440fps, H&N Sport 13.7 @ 420fps, Crosman Premier 14.3 @ 412fps, and just for the heck of it, JSB 18.1 @370fps.
This is a lot of gun for the price.

The Diana Chaser offers precision accuracy and plenty of power. Used as a single shot pistol, it is reliable, durable and bargain priced. I have not purchased the after-market magazine which provides rapid reloading. I have heard mixed reviews about this component, at best. As a base, single shot platform, the Chaser is much recommended.
Things I would have changed:The ergonomics of this pistol are terrible, earning it only three stars in my overall rating. The unbelievable poorly designed grip forces the user into an uncomfortable and unfamiliar hand position. This is clearly designed for use as a convertible rifle-- the pistol configuration offers no worthwhile purchase for the hand. In addition, the left side bolt does not fold down against the frame, leaving it perpendicular to the barrel. Setting the pistol down on its left side is ill advised since it will not lie flat. Placed on a glass top end table, for instance, would almost certainly shatter the glass.
What others should know:Purchaser will be sorry about the awful ergonomics provided. The pistol is a nuisance to position in the hand. If Diana offered a retrofitted stock option with a customary hand grip, the pistol would be a top seller. The buyer will be tempted to take a hacksaw to this plastic stock and make his own untidy refinements.
