    Things I liked:

Very authentic. Handles well like the feel. All in all a great classic gun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Have the cylinder slide out.

    Things I liked:

Great Look and feel. Cartridges are easy to load. Liked the built in Allen wrench tool for tightening the Co2 Cylinder. Good shot quantity from one Co2 cylinder. Getting around 100 shots per cylinder.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see and option for upgraded wood grips.

    What others should know:

Just an FYI. I tried and experiment to see if the shells from my Dan Wesson 6'' would work in this gun. I had purchased extra shells for that gun. They work fine!. They are a little harder to load than the ones that come with this gun but they were pretty accurate and I didn't notice an appreciable loss of power using them, even though they load from the front as apposed to the rear loading shells. No jams over a 100 shot shooting session.

    Things I liked:

Wow! This is the finest pellet gun I have ever purchased. I like its weight and balance and its overall looks. Years age I had the real thing, but was forced to sell to help put myself through college. Having a real Colt in my hand again is pure pleasure.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

This weapon is worth every dime you can scrape together to buy. I LOVE it!

    Things I liked:

I like almost everything about it, I have played with the original first and second generation Colts for 50 some odd years and they did a fabulous job on this Pistol, accuracy at 30 feet was multiple rounds in the same hole !!

    Things I would have changed:

Right off they need to use better material, it is ill advised to draw the hammer back rapidly on any of the old Colts first second and third Gen. and you should never fan one and they are made out of much better metal than these replicas with the pot metal used instead of cast or forged steel. Also as one other person has mentioned I would be willing to lose a few rounds per CO2 cart. to gain another few hundred FPS (Feet Per Second) !!

    What others should know:

You can practice your spins and your fast draws as long as you do not try to cock the pistol as fast as you draw it and this may last a little while !!

    Things I liked:

I ordered the pellet version and have not, yet, fired this beauty, but, the quality, the "look" and feel is fantastic. Wish I had this in the late 50s when I purchased my Matel cap 6 shooter and holster.

    Things I would have changed:

The hammer fully seating. Change the cartridge color to brass, perhaps, color the nose a dull lead color?v Make them a little more representative of the .45 LC cartridge and be a brass color? The "BB" cartridge version is in brass. What's up with this?

    What others should know:

If looking for a tad more realism, purchase the BB cartridge version if a pellet shooter.

    Things I liked:

Realism in look and feel is impressive. Both the BB and pellet version have fairly good accuracy as well, which makes them great fun for shooting cans.

    Things I would have changed:

Only problem is the hammer does not quite rest all the way in, but it is a small problem for what is overall a great gun.

    What others should know:

I own 3 different models of these and had a problem with 1 of them. Pyramydair was fantastic about returning and replacing the bad gun.

its a BIG improvement from the original BB one because its heavier has a better sound to it. I love how the medallion is indented on the side and not just printed.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish the signature on the back was engraved.

    What others should know:

if you buy the rotating wheel with it be ready for ALOT of ricoshets

    Things I liked:

My wife bought this for me after she found out I got her something extra....I have been looking at these for a while, but wanted the pellet version. I currently have a few other guns I would put in this group...Luger, 1911, now this. all I can say is with each new "realistic" gun they get better and better. This is the thing we wall wanted in 1970. It is really fantastic feeling, the weight...man, it feels like a real single action army. I did a photo shoot of my GSG 1911 in 22, the 1911 in 45 and the BB 1911 they really match up perfect...and weight wise the BB is about the same as the 22 rimfire. This is spot on with a real single action army. The ballance is the same, the trigger is better over my cheapo SAA. It is really very well done. The little cartridges are metal, and have real weight to them...I think they are more heavy then the cowboy loads for the SAA....this little CO2 hand gun is very well thought out and a great buy.

    Things I would have changed:

Only thing that feels sub par are the grips, yes I know they have to come off so the CO2 can be put in, but they are a little hollow feeling....really the only thing that makes it feel like a pellet gun. I know someone will carve out some nice grips for one then this thing will be really something.

    What others should know:

This is a SAA you can shoot in your basement. If you do cowboy action and want to practice you really should pick up two of these. Weight feel balanced all very good. You can't go wrong.

    Things I liked:

Everything is perfect for me. I am not a "gun nut" in fact this is only my second air pistol. But it looks real and is fun to shoot. I can plink away all day in the garage in rainy weather or the back yard on nice days. Everyone that sees the gun thinks it's real and want to hold/shoot it. Seems to be a great gun for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

I think real wood in the grips would be nice. Also find the safety hard to use. Maybe a little oil and more use will solve that problem.

    What others should know:

At this point I can't comment on accuracy because I don't shoot that well anyway. But I can hit tin cans at 20 feet and that works fine for me.

    Things I liked:

    Look, feel, operation

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

I have almost a full tin (500) pellets through this revolver without a single malfunction. I love the look and heft and the fact that it so closely matches the SAA in operation. I don't think they could have done much better with a CO2 replica of the SAA. I have the pellet version, and it is so much fun. It lets me practice in ways and places that would not be practical with the real firearm. You can draw and fire with no pellets in it until you feel comfortable with the gun in your holster. Real wood grips would be nice, but probably wouldn't work since the grip must pop off to access the CO2. Besides, the grips look pretty good for plastic. At first, I thought the accuracy was marginal, but as is usually the case, the problem was more me than the gun. When I shifted from one hand to two, I was able to get surprisingly good accuracy for a gun of this type. With some practice under my belt, I am getting better with one hand. Great plinking fun. I am very pleased with it.

    Things I liked:

    realistic, accurate, fun

    Things I would have changed:

nothing comes to mind, great gun.

    What others should know:

only have about a couple hundred rounds through this gun so far, quality look and feel, accuracy is good and it is just great fun to shoot. I also have the colt single action army co2 bb revolver with more than 1,000 rounds through it with no problems. I can not recommend these guns highly enough, the pellets seem to hit with more authority than the bb's even though they claim to have a lower velocity. i like the way tin cans jump when hit with the pellets, and paper targets show this gun is capable of surprising accuracy. I own and shoot many modern and reproduction firearms and i,m very impressed with the authentic look and feel of this pellet revolver. now when i don't have time to get to the range i can practice with these at home. the realistic appearance and function add greatly to the enjoyment of owning and using these revolvers. if you decide to pick one up i don't think you will regret it.

    Things I liked:

I bought this to give as a christmas gift. Took a peak inside the box and now I'm really jealous of my friend! This gun looks and feels absolutely amazing. Really, really nice presentation. It comes in a nice box that's compact, but has enough extra room for a tin of pellets and a half dozen CO2 cartridges, so you can make it a complete gift.

    Things I would have changed:

The only giveaway that you're not holding a real firearm is a little bit of "give" in the removable grip panel. If I get my own copy of this gun (likely) I might try to modify that.

    What others should know:

The sights on the real firearm are pretty lousy, by modern standards. This replica is faithful to the real one, so be aware of that if you haven't handled a similar firearm.

    Things I liked:

It's weathered and one doesn't have to worry about marring it it looks like an old west gun fighters rig. It works flawless.I have three pellet models and three bb models and the engraved Nickel bb. I like everything about it.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a seven inch version with real wood grips a little more power for longer shooting distances.

    What others should know:

The safety is hidden under the gun unseen and it must be in the off position to spin and load/unload pistol."Don't force anything just ease in to the cocking and loading and all will be fine.

    Things I liked:

Is beautiful. The weathering even better than expected. The feel is so good. Never handled a real one, but can't imagine it feels much different. From 10 to 15 feet sitting in my recliner I can hit within an inch all day. Aiming slightly right and down. I am 60 and don't really see the sights well, but seem to have figured it out OK. Didn't buy to drive tacks but blasted the push pins when shot at them. Being Canadian I have shot mostly rifles. In canyons with crazy winds swirling so figuring shot placement out after a few shots not that hard.

    Things I would have changed:

Box is cool, John Wayne and all, but kind of wished it was overlaid on the wood look box. Very minor detail

    What others should know:

If you are Canadian you can only get the two standard white gripped ones here. So ordering from pyramydair.com was my solution for a little different option . Cost about $80 dollars more than buying standard bb model, and I must say worth every nickel extra! (no pennies in Canada anymore). Buy it!

    Things I liked:

I am a bit bias to start with on this gun because I LOVE Colt Single Action Revolvers. I collect them and other such types of firearms. This is a very Good shooting cap gun. It Is very realistic to the real thing. It has almost the same weight. I personally like a 4 3/4" barrel on my revolvers but for a BB gun this additional length probably helps the accuracy some. Definitely a buy and now there are several different models to choose from WHICH IS GREAT!. As a foot note, I got one each of the leather belts & holsters--Black and Natural and they fit very well and the Leather is exceptional for that price. I have a few that are hand made for the "real thing" for Cowboy Action Shooting which cost upward toward $1,000. and this leather looks ok beside them.

    Things I would have changed:

Would be nice to have a wood grip but I'm sure that would drive the cost too high. It's fine like it is. so are the Chrome Models.

    What others should know:

This is NOT for FAST shooting. It is for enjoying the shooting and practicing shooting a single action revolver and learning how to handle the reloading process, etc. It's great for practicing cheaply for Cowboy Action Shooting ---SASS.

    Things I liked:

Everything. I've given all these revolvers high ratings and my enjoyment has only gone up. I shoot these (BB and pellet versions) more than the rest of my collection. The revolver feels like the actual peacemaker in the hand. They tend to be very accurate (you still get the occasional flyer but not often). I ust the shoot-n-see targets and the revolver will hit pretty dead on.

    Things I would have changed:

I can't really think of a thing. I would like to see some regular wood or wood-look grips.

    What others should know:

I would suggest buying extra shells (I did). That way you can load up a number of shells and simply reload as you shoot.
