    Things I liked:

I really like the light weight of this rifle. I have so many other rifles that weigh more. It is refreshing to shoulder this. I also like the shorter length of this rifle too. The Arrow is also quiet. It is nice to shoot without being paranoid that your neighbors know you are shooting. The magazine works perfectly and has a visible remaining shot indicator. The mags also load easily. This gun is the only Gamo that I own which I consider to be accurate. It has taken chipmunks and squirrels at 30 yards. In addition it is refreshing to buy a European made air rifle for this price point.

    Things I would have changed:

The air cylinder should be a bit larger. You will not get anywhere near the 60s claimed shots especially in 22 caliber. Also the fill port is recessed in the bottom of the front forearm. It really does some take some amount of effort to attach the air hose. There is just barely enough room to attach it. When operating the bolt you need to push down slightly and pull back, if you have a scope attached that will not leave you a lot of room to maneuver. When I first started arming the bolt (inappropriate language police) this I was smashing my hand into the comb of the stock. I adjusted my technique rather quickly. The bolt does function flawlessly however and is unique.

    What others should know:

I really think this air rifle offers a lot of value and performance for the price. It is quiet, lightweight, has sufficient punch, and really is quite fun overall. I was getting almost 18 foot pounds of energy with Air Arms heavies. One thing that I should mention is the rifle shipped without a fill port cover. The manual indicated there should be one. I contacted Gamo, the customer service rep was unable to provide me with an answer that day. After speaking to one of their techs she called me back, but I still haven't received that cover. I will probably need to go to Home Depot and see what I can find for an interim solution. I definitely recommend this product if you are looking to complement your current your gun selection.

    Things I liked:

First off, what a wonderful shooting gun. Light, nice trigger, very consistent especially as an unregulated gun. Got 40 shots first time out with a spread 25 from the first to the 40th. That is absolutely fantastic in my book. Got 17.47 foot pounds as a high, 16.5 as a low. Love the magazine, cocking is very easy, just a joy to shoot. Shoots as if its regulated! All this for $219!

    Things I would have changed:

Sidelever would be nice, but im not complaining.

    What others should know:

Just an awesome gun, so happy with it.

    Things I liked:

Love the accuracy. Love the lack of recoil. Love the value. Love the trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

The quick disconnect didn't come with a cover. I double checked the box it came in. Would've been good to have to keep the dust out.

    What others should know:

This is my first PCP. I love this thing. Can't wait to put a scope on it!!!

    Things I liked:

Very inexpensive. Quiet without having to buy a separate suppressor; back yard friendly -- about as loud as a sharp hand clap. Adjustable fiber optic sights so no scope needed for close-in shooting. Nice 10-shot magazine. Built-in Foster Quick Disconnect fill probe. Comfortable stock. Last year by the time I set up my .22 Avenger with a scope, rings, bipod, DonnyFL suppressor, and had bought ammo, a cleaning kit, custom mags, and a compressor, the $350 Avenger costs me nearly two grand! Since I already have the ammo, compressor, etc., and don't need anything else, this Gamo Arrow came to me complete for under $250 with tax and an extra mag. It's handy to have a simple close-range pellet rifle I can fire from the shoulder when I don't want to set up the long and heavy Avenger. If you already have a PCP air rifle, adding the Arrow to your collection is cheap and easy. High performance for very little money is why I rated this five stars for Value.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is awful to me. Out of the box the first "stage" flops loosely and the second stage is a long pull where it fires somewhere in the middle without warning. The first stage is adjusted with a tiny hex screw inside the trigger itself and Gamo does not provide the needed Allen wrench (not a common size). Tightened the second stage Philips head screw and got a slight improvement. There is no adjustment for trigger pressure, only length of the pull. I took a star off for not providing the Allen wrench and for a poor two-stage trigger. I don't like the pressure gauge on the front of the rifle under the barrel where I have to point it towards my head to read it. Only check the gauge when the rifle is unloaded and safed! Cocking the gun is awkward but you get used to it. I prefer a side lever to this upper cocking handle which you have to pull back towards your face while trying to keep your eye on the target. It makes it harder to take a fast follow-up shot if you need it.

    What others should know:

Three things: First, comes with a nice magazine, but only ONE of them. Extra mags are around $18. You MUST use the magazines to shoot this rifle! There is no single shot tray or any other way to load pellets. Second, the breech access is very narrow. The mag slips in but nothing else because the upper rail closes it off. To clean the barrel I had to run my bore snake down from the muzzle end instead of feeding it up through the breech. Third, there is no provision to depressurize the reservoir. The rifle arrives with no air in it but once you fill it, you cannot bleed it out even if you want to. (Not sure why you'd need to since there's no regulator to adjust, but still....) I am still vexed that Gamo couldn't toss in an Allen key to adjust the trigger. The second stage adjustment never bottomed out; the screw just keeps turning as if it's stripped once you get to the minimum travel. Overall I consider this Gamo worth the money despite the quirky trigger and cocking lever.

    Things I liked:

Very light and easy to handpump which is its purpose for me. Simple design. I'm always molding and tuning my guns and this one is super fast and easy to disassemble and work on. Within 30 minutes I had it shooting at just under 30fpe. Shot count obviously dropps at that power but I'm thrilled with the 2 magazines of shots I get now.

    Things I would have changed:

The arrow fetching shaped cocking bolt. I wish it was more like an AR or crosman challenger bolt. Still works well and easy cock and shoot.

    What others should know:

It's a short range budget gun. Don't buy it expecting to win a shooting competition or shoot the wings off a gnat at 50 yards. I plan to keep mine open sights for a fall squirrel gun and its plenty capable of that out to 25 yards with the open sights. Only takes a few minutes to handpump from empty and even faster just to top off after shooting. Highly recommend especially as a hunter coming from a break barrel. About the same cost and a little better performance. If larger diameter pellets don't fit the magazine that means they're too large for the barrel. .552 has been the best for me so far plus the magazines will hold standard polymags which I love for hunting.

    Things I liked:

    Light and quiet.

    Things I would have changed:

Magazines shoule accept all head sized pellets. Some pellets like H&N Field need to be pressed in resulting the magazine not rotating and feeding. Second Stage of trigger is a mile long. They need a more rigid receiver the plastic flexes and the Point of impact is all over the place if you use the scope.

    What others should know:

I purchased this and intially liked it. Then I started having problems with the bolt not closing, the magazine not advancing, not holding zero. I have sent it back for a refund and will look into something else.

    Things I liked:

Quiet Light weight Good accuracy Likes a large assortment of pellets Good shot count (40-50)

    Things I would have changed:

Loose the TruGlo sights. They are terrible if you like iron sites and can shoot accurately. Charging handle sometimes is hard to push completely closed.

    What others should know:

I am not a fan of Gamo but this is a nice gun. 5.52 pellets were perfect but 5.55 did not load well into magazines and prevent the mag from advancing pellets.

    Things I liked:

Ok people just received my rifle, fit and finish is better than expected. Cleaned the bore and scoped it for a decent performance reading. At 30yrds with Jsb 15.89's she's doing 1/4 groups. If you have owned Gamos in the past, the trigger is what it is. The rifle is very comfortable and surprisingly quite, I almost thought something was wrong with it because it made next to no noise. So far I've managed to get 30 shots with no devastation of pinpoint. Magazine feeds properly and are cheap, I ordered 2.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing yet, just a starter review.

    What others should know:

I noticed when charging the rifle with the arrow lever your hand hits the sharp part of the stock. Though I haven't shot the rifle open sights, the scope narrows the charging action. So far, accuracy wise, she's a good bit of a kit for the $'s! Good for the money so far.
