    Things I liked:

This gun has a good weight. Not to heavy just right. Great for pest control. Great for killing rats.

    Things I would have changed:

Would be better with iron sights. Could use a better scope.

    What others should know:

This is not a toy. Dont aim any human or pets whether unloaded or not. Always keep safety on when not shooting.

    Things I liked:

Received this gun for Christmas.Opened the box and fell in love.It looks great except for the plastic trigger/trigger guard.I fixed mine with a Dragon claw bipod.I've had to do some messing around with it for the fact the barrel is a little big.I took it out back and fired it for the first time and was surprised by how loud it really was.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger and trigger guard. And maybe quiet it down a little.

    What others should know:

It's a great gun for the price.Just know that the barrel is covered by a synthetic material.I don't mind it at all tho.I think it gives character to the gun.Switch out the trigger for a grt 4 trigger if it is plastic.Oh and it is loud at first.

    Things I liked:

This is a great starter rifle! The things that it can do and shoot are why beginner should start with this rifle. Mine has the plastic trigger and I feel it is smoother than others say but for the price its hard to beat.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope. Granted this is a low cost rifle a better standard scope would make a huge difference in this rifle. Its louder than I like but again for the price its hard to complain.

    What others should know:

Shoot, shoot, shoot! It gets better with every shot you take.

    What others should know:

This airgun is loud and has a good kick/recoil....and I like it

    Things I liked:

For the price, everythting! It fills the perfect niche for a beginner as well as the experienced. In fact, after cleaning the barrel thoroughly, using jsb exact 15.4 gr pellets and properly sighting it in, it is a perfect package. Velocity was 890 with these pellets!

    Things I would have changed:

If one chooses, one can add a one piece base and higher quality scope later. But it is not an immediate necessity.

    What others should know:

Properly mounting the scope is critical. The "cheap" scope and mounts will work if put togetherly properly. It is not a "match" gun but will dispatch squirrels, rabbits, etc. with ease.

    Things I liked:

this gun is very accurate an consistent i was grouping crooman priemere dommed pellets at 25yrds in a bench rest within quarter size diameter , very nice weight an easy to cock , scope is good for targets within 20-30 yrd range but when i put a redfield 3-9x 40 scope on it , which are the best scopes for there value , i was knocking down crow an rat sillouttes at 70 yds 9 out of 10 times shot freehand

    Things I would have changed:

    better scope

    What others should know:

a great rifle for a young shooter light an easy to cock , my 13 yr old has no problems cocking rifle

    Things I liked:

This rifle balances well in my hand and shoots most pellets well. My seems to favor pellets in the 7.9g or there about.

    Things I would have changed:

Scope and its mounts. I like the fact that it does include a scope but this one is not up the task of hunting and being able to place that humane shot on a squirrel.

    What others should know:

This is a great starter rifle. Mine shoot lead pellets slower than i like. I average 820fps with the crosman premier hollow points.

    Things I liked:

I heard some grumbling about this gun being inaccurate. I didn't see any inaccuracies in where the shot landed. It put them exactly where i told it to. I did notice the gun has a pretty hefty recoil. In fact it seems to have twice the recoil of my marlin model 60 rimfire .22. I also noticed the shots hit very hard. I used a 1 inch piece of pine as a target. The pellets went right through it. In all, I expect this will be a very good groundhog gun. I also noticed some gripes about the scope traveling all over the gun. If you use the scope stop in the rear ring there is no problem. It is set with an allen screw in the ring's lower half. In all it is a fine gun if set up right. Some people think the included scopes are cheesy, but I found it to have decent optics. Obviously not a top of the line $600 scope but it will get you on your target enough for a one shot kill. I can't ask for more than that for the price. I also like that gamo, a spanish company makes these in spain. It is NOT chinese cheap trash. This makes it a good quality gun in my book.

    Things I would have changed:

I am of the opinion this is a fine gun made by a company that has not sold out to the chinese. I respect that, so, no, I wouldn't change a thing. It works exactly like it should work for what it is.

    What others should know:

Nice larger pest control gun. Stick a gamo gun buddy on it and a pocket full of pellets and go find dinner.

i picked up this little winner last year and man was i impressed! the package as a whole is perfect. gamo seems to get it right over and over again. i shoot pba rounds always with this gun and it smokes rabbits and squirels with devestating power and accuracy.its the perfect all weather rifle from the coated barrel to the synthetic stock. i use my air rifles for small game hunting out here in the berkshires and this is my cold day go to gun. it seems like the cold doesnt affect it at all . i wish it came in a .25 cal!!!!

    Things I would have changed:

needs open sights......and ummmmm..... thats all

Simple to load--my 9 year old daughter can do it. Accurate and powerful.

    Things I would have changed:

I think I am going to up grade to the gas spring as the weapon is pretty loud. I would rather have the scope mounts attached with screws, or have a picatiny rail.

    What others should know:

There is a trigger upgarde available out there in cyberspace. Haven't done that, but understand why it might be good idea.

    Things I liked:

Really powerful compared to many other .177. More than enough fps to take down small game especially squirrels.

    Things I would have changed:

Definitely would change the trigger. It's has a really heavy and chunky feel definitely not smooth really kills accuracy, also I would love to have iron sights, it would make it alot easier to sight in the gun or if you don't want to waste your time with a scope.

    What others should know:

I had mine sighted in at about 35 yards and had a grouping of about 2 in. with crosman destroyer ex pellets. Definitly steer clear pba pellets they have really bad accuracy and will cause you hours of fustration besides the lead is more than enough for target shooting and hunting (and alot cheaper). I would recommend to stick with hollow point or wad cutter pellets for this gun to get the greatest accuracy. Also because of the trigger it takes alot of practice and fustration to get this thing accurate, definitely practice the artillary hold with minnimum ressistance with the gun to allow the recoil from the spring to get the best accuracy and practice long controlled trippeg pulls or else htis gun is useless. If your going to buy this gun look for a different trigger system i think they run about $60. It will take alot of patience and practice with this gun to get it sighted in well so don't get fustrated.

    Things I liked:

Overall a pretty solid rifle, low maintenance stock and barrel. No worries about barrel droop with this setup. Good value for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger! Trigger action is ok but actual trigger is cheap, weak and flimsy. I will definitely be upgrading this trigger.

Came with scope, looks good, weight is good.

    Things I would have changed:

Accuracy of the gun needs a HUGE boost. My friend and I have zero'd in this rifle so many times it is stupid. It keeps going out of whack no matter what we have tried to do to fix the problem. The gun fires wildly. When I called into Pyramyd, they agreed that it has a wild feel to the recoil, which I can't explain. Sometimes it feels like the barrel is jumping up, other times, it almost gives you a feel that the gun is twisting when fired. It is hard to tell what the recoil is doing to be honest, it just feels all over the place. I used to fire my dads .243 rifle, and although it kicked pretty bad, it never felt unmanageable like this simple pellet gun does. With this gun, there is no way to stay on target to get off a second shot quickly, or to even tell where you hit while looking through your scope because it jumps so bad. The piston version isn't anything I have fired, but I would guess that it would probably be night and day compared to this version. We noticed the scope is sliding backward on the rails, which I am sure is the problem with the accuracy. At the back of the rail (closest to your face when aiming), is a plastic cap (instead of metal which could act as a stop to keep it from sliding). The gun jumps so bad, it moves the scope, no matter how hard we crank down on the screws, and we have tried two scopes now. The plastic cap is getting bent all up from the scope sliding. That plastic cap needs to be metal, or the rail needs more edge to bolt onto.

    What others should know:

This turned out to be a completely useless gun, and therefore a waste of money. We can't shoot a single thing with it due to its inaccuracy, which is prompting me to look into purchasing a completely different gun. Biggest problem is that we missed the 30 day window since we didn't expect it to be a problem and didn't run around firing it immediately. Now it is pretty much trash. :(

    Things I would have changed:

Higher comb or an adjustable comb. All I need is a 4x scope and that’s what I got. However, I'll be swapping it out for one with a different reticle or a 4x red dot.

    Things I liked:

i liked the feel of the stock. it felt solid and durable. the power. i like the power because i was fifty yards away and shooting straight through with ease. the cheek rest or comb was very comfortable. easy cocking effort.

    Things I would have changed:

i would would try to put sights on it so in case u see an animal ten yds away it would be easier to shoot it. the noise is a little to loud because my neighbors said their "dog gets scared" because of it.

    What others should know:

some pellets with smaller skirts tend to fall out so when you close the barrel virticly the pellet would fall out and the gun would dry fire and mess the spring up. Gamo did a good job with this air rifle.

I didnt like this gun at first, seeing how there arn't any iron sights. But, i came to be a huge fan of this gun. The stock is great, the barrel is great, and the overall feel is fantastic. The scope however, didnt impress me for the first couple of monthes. I came to love it with the proper "sighting in" technique.

    Things I would have changed:

Put on iron sights, make scope more reliable.

    What others should know:

You will deffinatly want to clean this gun about every 200 shots. INVEST IN A PELLET PEN. It makes your life a whole lot easier.

    Things I liked:

This is a powerful air rifle at an awesome price. I like breakbarrel over multiple pump guns because using the later you must have a lot a muscle. This gun's accuracy is limited due to the recoil spring, but you can hit a small target most of the time by practicing. It comes with a decent quality scope .

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

The sound can alert neighbor if you play in your backyard. If you are looking for a powerful hunting gun at a very low price and don't want to spend money on accessories, you must buy this gun.
