I bought the first versions of this rifle which were originally, the silent Cat, and the Silent stalker in .22l. I have regular rifle scopes on them, (Nikon and Bushnell have very reasonable models with their great glass. I didn't have to continue re-positioning either except in normal wear and tear. After zeroing the Silent Stalker, I took it into the woods, and fired my first shot at a rabbit @40 yds off. One shot. One immediate kill. Not even a twitch. So I am selling off a bunch of my air rifles and equipment but will keep the Silent Stalker. Sound wise? A sneeze is louder. I recommend this product.

It looks like the skeletonized body has taken care of creating a nice pistol grip and weight which is refreshing to see...

I think anybody, expert shooters and folk just starting their air gun journey would find this a lot of fun, and nice for small game.

light weight. steel sights are dead on .i havent put the scope on yet. also very quieti wouldnt

the only negative is it was on back order and it took 2 months to get here..i just ordered the p-08 parabellum bb pistol and it got here in a week so the order issues are fixed.. i will be shopping with you again. thanks.

Right out of box had open sights zeroed in 8 shots. First Kill next day. Very powerful rifle, very quiet. Great fast shipping!

Love the fact this rifle is so light weight. Also love the built in sights. Once zeroed there's no worries.

Pyramid Air is the est place to purchase these kinds of products. Very reasonable pricing and they don't try to gouge they're customers in added shipping fees.

It's pretty light, and yet it feels solid. I used it in the backyard around 10 - 15 yard for pest control and target shooting. Once dialed in, I can get a nickel size grouping constantly. For that price and accuracy, I'm impressed.

I would like to see the noise level improved. It's probably not the noise from the pellet existing the rifle, but more from the pistol hitting the back of the barrel. Another thing I would like to see is the scope rings to be taller, so I can use the iron sight for short distance target, and the scope for long distance shooting. Also, it would be nice if the rifle comes with "sling swivel mount" (think that's what they call) for two point rifle sling.

Got it for rodent control and needed something that is not too loud. It's very quiet and light.

Very accurate and powerful. I also like the open sights that are on it. I had heard the scope was not that great but I dialed it in and it is a tack driver. The price is great also.

I CAN CONSISTENTLY HIT A 1 INCH TARGET AT 50 FOOT RANGE USING THE IRON SITES! Great gun.

This gun look really cool, and shoots pellets at a high rate of speed. In these regards it's better than a Red Rider of Daisy guns. It's really cheap for a pellet gun. For a pellet gun and scope combination, it's really cheap. Consider that most low priced scopes, both good and bad, cost around $200.

As I mentioned the price is cheap, and you get what you pay for. I purchased this gun in 2018 and have had it for about two years. Over that time I have noticed that keeping the gun zeroed is next to impossible. I set up sandbags and a table to get the gun zeroed. After that I'll stand the gun up in the corner then come back to my original setup to find the gun no longer zeroed. Clearly something is getting moved when I set the gun aside. I attribute these to the fact that the quality of the gun and scope are reflective of the price. I'm trying to use this gun to rid myself of grey squirrels that are eating the bark off of my trees. I've experienced nothing but frustration with this weapon.

Consider spending more money on your initial purchase. As far as guns you could do better with a $300 Diana 34 springer and a $200 Bushnell 2.5-10 scope.

Weight, ergonomics, power, accuracy

If it's going to include a scope make it a decent one, if I could have saved $5 and got it without scope I would have, since the one that comes with it is worth about $4.50

A nice rifle for the price, shoots great with open sights, if you're considering this one because of the scope don't it's no value added. All in all a great rifle. I would have given it 5 stars if it came with no scope.

I am an experienced hunter and shooter but this is my first air rifle. Purchased to teach my kids how to shoot and some small game hunting. I was very impressed with the accuracy out of the box. It is quiet and fun to shoot.

Nicely made gun that is sturdy yet light weight enough not to fatigue you. Much quieter than the Ruger Blackhawk that I ended up returning. With some adjustments to the scope it shoots very accurately and I'm not that experienced as a shooter. Hard sites are nice too. Gun cocks without too much effort. Looks very cool and in my opinion for the money you can't go wrong.

Only thing bad I can say is that you can see the hard sites through the scope. This doesn't really bother me personally.

Other than the scope not holding zero the rifle shoots very well and is accurate with open sights. I will be looking for a better scope due to the fact my eyes aren't what they used to be.

I like the way the Gamo silent cat looks and feels. It feels like I am holding a hunting rifle. I particularly like the thumbhole and the nice fixed sights. I doubt I will ever use the rifle scope. I found it to shoot very accurately at 20 yards. I have enjoyed shooting this rifle off the back porch of my house in a neighborhood. The sound of the rifle has not bothered the neighbors in the least so the sound dampening qualities of the rifle or obviously quite good.

For the price, this gun is an excellent entry level spring piston air rifle. It is my first air rifle and I am pleased with the purchase. There are others I would have preferred but not at this price point. My other options were at least $100 more expensive.

Very light, accurate out of box more than I expected Used utg bugbuster and works well with it, and is very quiet backyard friendly and like the looks

Cleaned the new gun barrel with balistol just to clean the grease for anti rust

Overall appearance and design. Good balance with weight evenly distributed.
