    Things I liked:

The scope is actually a decent scope. I am not long range shooting so consider that in terms of my opinion. It is clear which is not what I found on some of the other guns I have purchased. On those I replaced the scope every time. A little bit of difficult time getting the scope mounted but could be due to the mount being different than the ones I typically use. Once I got it sighted in it has been accurate as can be out to the 20 or 30 yard range. The impact is more than adequate to dispatch of the nuisances quickly. I cannot say how it performs out to 100 yards. early on I had some trouble getting some pellets to load and one serious problem when everything was jammed. I thought I was going to return it but I got a stiff cleaning rod and got the pellet out. I also had some issues with the trigger not being able to be pulled. I loosened the release and so far it has only happened once. The last time could have been because I did not pull the bolt all the way back.

    Things I would have changed:

The bolt. It does not really want to go back and cycle down. It is so short that I have to put the gun and push it down with my hand and nearly every time I get my skin pinched. It may improving a bit as I use it but I am thinking of rigging it so I can use something to extend the bolt.

    What others should know:

This is my first PCP but second air rifle. I think this took a little bit of a learning curve. Oh I have probably 20 other guns of all calibers and have reloaded so I am familiar to a gun that works and shoots well and one that will not. I use H&N Barracuda Hunter and over the short range I shot it hits where I aim. Perhaps at longer range the accuracy might go to hell but I do not have that need. The gun is light and pretty quiet and shoots where I am so at this price I think it is a great deal. The small tank might be an issue if you like to shoot a lot. I just use it for pest control so might take 10 shots over the course of a week and the arrow is still in the green. I use a hand pump so having less air to pump is good both on my and the pump because I never have to pump so much that it starts getting hot.

    Things I liked:

Good looking gun, light ,powerful accurate,

    Things I would have changed:

Air supply to small, finish on metal surfaces looked like a kid applied it in dads garage. The cheapest daisey red ryder looks better. I realize this is probably not the norm. I wrote to return it for exchange. After 5 days of no response from pyramid air i got pissed off and requested refund which i have not yet recieved. Id rether have the gun, yet expect a company to respond to a problem as quickly as they took my money. My gun collection is extensive and want to get into airguns as a replacement. I will buy a bunch cause thats what i do. However pyramid air and i are not off to a good start.

    What others should know:

Cant say much as im new to pcp guns. But i have found that hatsan guns pack a lot of power for the money. I would recommend pyamid air and will most likely try them again.

    Things I liked:

Wow guys what a shooter! I can't say enough good things about this gun. I have purchased 11 different variants. The carbine is the best. I have not had the pleasure of using the Vectis yet. The 22 by far is the longest shooter. Put good slugs in it and forget about it. 50 yards is a warm up for that thing.

    Things I would have changed:

I know it's a common-sense thing but it should be in big print somewhere on the owner's manual be cautious of sunlight when the gun is full. All it takes is 10 minutes of direct Florida sunlight when it's full to 200 bar, pop cylinder seal! I've had two cylinder seals fail on me, this is pretty much the only common factor is that it was hot sunny days the gun was full and I had yet to shoot it.

    What others should know:

At a base price of 300 and 400 being a cap if you want wood furniture. Unbelievable features and performance for that price. And let's not forget that your money goes back to the proud nation of Turkey. Hatsan make some of the best shotguns on the planet and their quality spills over into their air gun division. Your prey doesn't care if it's an Air Arms or a Brocock or Daystate dead is dead and these weapons get it done. The carbine actually handles and comes up like an M 16. The gun balances out better when it has a substantial optic on it these things need to be over seven pounds to handle well.

    Things I liked:

As far as entry level pcp, this rifle is incredible. Even at 50 psi it still has enough power to break glass bottles at 15 yards with ease, and just as accurate. Over all I am glad I purchased this rifle. Once I get it to full charge I am going to go and hunt with it. I will give another update once I put it through the gauntlet.

    Things I would have changed:

The only thing that I would probably change on this rifle would be the bolt handle. I have big hands and it would work better for me if there was more bolt handle to grab on.

    What others should know:

For the money you can not go wrong with this Hatsan rifle. I have the 177 cal. For squirrels and other small pests its plenty of gun.

    Things I liked:

i absolutely love this rifle. i got this while waiting on a gauntlet which i was exchanging for the aspen seneca (pumped failed) so while pyramyd air was doing their thing i picked this little jewel up. extremely accurate....i put it in a quarter from fifty all day....occasional flyer though. havent got that licked yet....i think its a pellet issue. the power is probably the best thing about it....the squirrel today got flipped back and it was violent. of course it was lights out so he didnt feel it, but you are warned....there will be blood.

    Things I would have changed:

its a little loud....borderline backyard friendly in the .22. i guess it depends on neighbors, but this is the only hiccup and why it gets 4 stars and not 5. basically im being a little picky on that one because i love this one. utg compact 4x16x44 on it and its a wrap.

    What others should know:

get this gun.....great to have in arsenal.

    Things I liked:

Lightweight. Accurate. If you get it with the included 3-9x40 Optima scope, it's a pretty good scope.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger is numb. The included rings are a bit too short. I had to run some sandpaper over the edge of the magazine to use it.

    What others should know:

I have two other Hatsans, both have metal Quattro trigger groups which are really good. This Flash has a plastic trigger and feels unrelated to the others. Might open it up and see if there's anything I can do. The accuracy in my Flash is nothing short of amazing, once I found the pellets it likes. With ho-hum results from the usual suspects, I grabbed a handful of Beeman Crow Magnums from a thirty year old tin I had laying around. That resulted in a .317" group at 20 yards. Then I tried some H&N Baracuda Hunter Extremes and got similar results. Works for me!

    Things I liked:

This gun is light weight, making it user friendly for smaller shooters. Have not tried it out past 30 yards, but the 20 to 30 yard shots are accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

I am not a fan of the fitment of the magazines, and they take some getting used to when it comes to filling them.

    What others should know:

Plan on having something to shoot at when you purchase this gun, you wont want to put it down.

    Things I would have changed:

I'm glad I put a Bi pod on it because if you don't have something to hold it in when charging with air it would lay on it's side ...I really dislike that...no fault of the gun though..the bolt seems a little sticky and is a bit stiff I realize that it is also resetting the trigger ...just a little different to get used to.

    What others should know:

It is a great inexpensive airgun.

    Things I liked:

This gun is a little powerhouse. I had seen good reviews of the Flash on YouTube, so when Pyramid put it on sale I decided to purchase one for my Grandson. I already have a Vectis and was familiar with the quality and accuracy. The Flash is easy to fill and use and is very accurate. It is shooting 14.3 pellets at 940fps and putting them in almost the same hole at 35 yards. It is a squirrels worst nightmare. The Flash is also small and lightweight and perfect for young and old shooters alike. Also, it is quiet and back yard friendly.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see it come with sling attachment points on both ends. I guess that was eliminated to keep the price down.

    What others should know:

Hatsan has hit a homerun with the Flash and Vectis. If you are looking for an excellent PCP for a first gun, jump on this one. Or if you have others and want an extension to the herd, the Flash is a good choice

This gun is fantastically accurate, hard hitting and has a great factor trigger! I am a trigger snob and I had to do no adjusting of it at all.

    Things I would have changed:

The bolt action is not as smooth as I would like.

    What others should know:

If you are looking for an affordable .22 PCP that you can shoot in your backyard or hunt small game, this is the gun for you! It shoots consistently over 1,000 FPS with laser beam accuracy. I have a Bushnell Banner 6-24x40 dusk till dawn scope mounted on it, and it is shooting 75yards with 7/8 inch groups. This is my first Hatsan but definitely not my last

    Things I liked:

While I haven't put thousands of rounds through this gun yet, I have put a few magazines worth and have been impressed. I chose the .22 and can say that it holds tight groups at the distances that I have shot it so far (i.e. 30 yards so far) and hits hard even as the fill pressure drops toward the bottom end of the green range on its gauge. This seems to be better than what you might have expected for what you paid. I like the low weight of the gun as well. It makes you want to take it hunting.

    Things I would have changed:

I am not a fan of fill probes. I would much rather have a quick-disconnect on the gun like the Marauder has and avoid the need to keep track of an extra item. Despite that, after an initial issue with getting the QD I bought for the fill probe set up properly to avoid leaking, I actually have had no issues with the fill probe.

    What others should know:

I believe that someone wanting a low cost gun to get started with PCP airguns would be extremely pleased with this as their starter.

    Rating 3.03.0 3.0

    Things I liked:

    (NOTE: This is for a .22.) Light weight; Location of pressure dial (underneath, not at the business end of the barrel); Grip(s); Rails (although I've yet to mount both my scope and bipod); Protective insert for PCP hookup for when not adding air; Low sound level; Trigger worked fine for me right out of the box (however, I'm not opposed to doing some adjusting); Two magazines included with purchase; Feels good when shouldered;

    Things I would have changed:

Magazines are a bit loose in the breech, but as of yet have not evidenced any negative affect on the rifle's performance; The STOP for the magazine when loaded into the breech is rather "iffy." I was expecting more of a solid "CLICK"-like action when the magazine was fully loaded. Once again, however, there is no evidence that there has been any negative affect on the rifle's performance; Fill valve was included (obviously) but there was nothing more in the included documentation than a passing mention of the likely need to replace some o-rings. This was especially bothersome because, 1) I am brand new to PCP and I didn't want to screw things up, and, 2) the MK4 pump I purchased to fill the Flash QE said nothing of the fill valve either. It seems to me that Hatsan should've provided an amount of information for the fill valve that was at least equal to what was provided for the other parts of the rifle; "Extra" o-ring, but I found no documentation that stated the purpose for it.

    What others should know:

I have a scope on order, which should arrive tomorrow. So I cannot yet speak to that aspect of the gun, other than to say the magazines stick up quite a bit. PA recommended I get the "Leapers 30mm Rings, High, 3/8" Dovetail UTG Leapers 30mm" to accommodate the height issue. And I also cannot yet speak to the gun's accuracy, or how it is to carry it or...well, quite a bit, actually. But I intend to do a follow-up review once I have it loaded as I want (scope and bipod) and have some time with it. So, that's it for now. Certainly not a full review, but I am giving the Hatsan Flash QE 5 stars at this early stage. Hopefully my follow-up review won't change a thing.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy like I was not expecting considering the price tag. It holds its own with some of the best of them, not just saying that it's accurate for a $300 rifle, holding it to the same standards as all others. I have toe .25 cal version, impressed with exactly what 40 fpe is. Had a break barrel getting close to 25 and was expecting something similar, but it's quite a power jump. Ease of use is the main draw. Just a fun quiet, easy to use gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Add iron sights, or a little rail along the barrel to easily attach one. Also, just a personal thing, I wish it had a more traditional stock, or even a wooden one (the new wooden stock flash looks great) but who cares. Little look things likt that, might have used a chrome finish on the trigger, or bolt. etc. just aesthetic things. Possibly would have worked to had a magazine like the Hatsan Hercules that sits into the body of the gun better than this somewhat cumbersome one.

    What others should know:

Shoots the H&N grizzly .25s well. Those had underperformed for me in .357 evanix (possibly because of the weight) , but the flash makes short work of the 31gr pellet. A friend in an airgun group shoots the piledrivers out of his .22 and really likes them too. This is also one of the only guns I use pointed pellets out of like the spitzkugel, on metal and reactive targets for fun. Best groupings with the JSB exact king .25s (no surprise) not as good but fairly well with predator polymags which would make that my choice for hunting, and also loves the baracuda match, pellets by H&N (does well with most H&N pellets)
