    Things I liked:

This is my first pcp air gun and I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and accuracy of it. I am hitting one inch targets at 90 feet consistently. The body of the gun is very solid with no slop or plastic feel. There is all sorts of open rail to install accessories. The scope and mount is very solid and the view is crisp. Cocking the gun is very easy and you don't have to take the gun off of your shoulder between shots. I made 3 spinning targets 2 with 1/8 " steel and one with 1/16" steel. I am warping the 1/16" steel. This gun gets a five star rating from me.

    Things I would have changed:

The case is flimsy at the latches once you have your scope on the gun and I thing having the bipod on the gun would make it worse yet. A little bit lighter on weight would have been nice.

    What others should know:

You will be a bit shakey after you fill your gun with the handpump and will have to wait for a few minutes for your body to relax before shooting again. I would suggest getting an air tank. I've seen one video on you tube where this complaints about the safety having to be disengaged between each shot. I found it wasn't a big deal.

    Things I liked:

This rifle is very accurate. At 40 yards this thing will stack pellets. With a decent bi-pod shooting this rifle is a breeze.

    Things I would have changed:

Its heavy. Mine set up with a bi-pod and scope is almost 13 pounds. Get a sling.

    What others should know:

The weaver rail on top is not standard, use the 11mm.

    Things I liked:

Hatsan finally installed a power adjustment on this bullpup, a welcome addition. I choose the 25 caliber long version. It has many great features , similar to my at 44 QE long in many ways , very accurate . I installed a Hawk tactical 6.5 x 20 scope with a one piece mount, it only took me about 8 rounds to sight in (impressive). Its really hard to beat these scopes if your budget allows you won't be disappointed. I looked at many other bullpups and picked this one because you get so much for your money, couldn't be happier . I personally would have a hard time paying more than a 1000.00 for an airgun , you could buy a real firearm for that .This fits the bill for me.

    Things I would have changed:

So many others go on about the weight at 10 plus pounds without a scope( it is a handful .) Could it be made lighter ? Yes it could but you couldn't buy it for under a 1000.00 dollars. I have seen some bullpups that cost well over 2500.00 (DAM) for an airgun ? Really ? To make it lighter would take more effort and maybe use different materials thus making it more expensive.Does anyone know of a bullpup for under a thousand dollars that is lighter ? With these features? I doubt it . It is what it is take or leave it . Quit belly aching. Don't like it buy something else . I have two other Hatsans and there not light either. I hunt with mine , it is made to do just that, and i have a bipod on it to. With my scope it probably weighs close to 12 pounds easy. I don't mind the weight.

    What others should know:

About 7 inches of the total length is devoted to the suppressor / moderator assembly and it works very well . Backyard friendly plus a power adjuster that can be dialed down to save air and get more shots.

    Things I liked:

I love the look and how eventhough it weighs just over 10 lbs it doesn't feel like it. It is balanced perfectly.

    Things I would have changed:

I couldn't think of anything negative.

    What others should know:

Don't shy away from buying this gun because of people whining about how heavy it is. Most of them don't even own it. RIDICULOUS

    Things I liked:

I really like this rifle. First time shooting shot hole in hole at 50 yd with jsb exact heavy MK II . With just the air gauge I can go from 30 to 100 yd without adjusting reticle.Just using air gauge . Quiet but I still added a depinger .

    Things I would have changed:

Weight... Even know it is very well balanced. It will get heavy after a short time. Butt pad curve. If not on shoulder just right will poke into your arm. You will notice on long day of shooting. Extra clip placement means no rear shooting rest

    What others should know:

Depinger Is a 2 dollar bottle brush and yes it really works well. For all you get for the money you can not go wrong with this rifle there is no better deal going on a bullpup. I Would buy again and I just might in the .22 And for those who want to pump your rifle by hand you get 4 clips at power 6 before you need to pump again 5 to 10 min tops.So pump away I did 1000 rounds in one day. All pump ...

    Things I liked:

I have the Gladius .25 long .. I got one on the first batch that came in .... I really like this gun ...it shoulders well....... I have been shooting 25.39 JSB Kings with it ...at 50 yards the gun shoots dime size ... and if I do my part I can shoot a hole into a hole ..the gun shot like this right out of the box new.. no tuning or cleaning the barrel ... at a 3000psi fill here is the 16 shot string - 873 874 877 880 874 882 880 878 879 875 873 872 866 864 862 855 I am using a 6x24x50 scope with .097 high to the center of scope rings ... these are about the shortest rings you can use since you are elevated over the action when shooting this bullpup style gladius ..1.5in high rings will also work and put you in a good sight position ... the gun does weigh a bit ...but it is very well balanced when shouldered ..and feels lighter leverage wise than my Mrod .25 with blaster stock ... so do not let the weight scare you off from buying this gun ... great side lever action.

    Things I would have changed:

could be made a bit lighter... but again it is very balanced does not seem as heavy as it is when shouldered.. there really is nothing else I would change ... really good value from Hatsan on this one the gun shoots quiet in .25 ... just as quiet as my Mrod.25 so you won't have to change anything there .

    What others should know:

I rate this gun 5 STARS ! ...the forward side lever action is FANTASTIC ! the stock is very cool with 3 front pic mounts and has a real good feel to it with three mag holders ,and it comes with 4 mags .. trigger is good also out of the box ..it is set up for hunting a little more pull ..2 stage is very predictable and you can adjust it lighter pull if you want to ... the fit finish of this gun is out-standing ... and it has a case that is pre-cut-formed for the gun with extra air tube space ... you will not find another bullpup in this price range that will come close to all the features the Gladius has ... and it is DEADLY accurate I was shooting dime size groups ...at 50 yards... in fact if I do my part I can shoot a hole in a hole at 50 yards ! ...it also has a 5 power set tuning wheel ...and you can adjust the hammer spring with out taking the gun apart at all ... making this a very tunable multi weight pellet shooting machine .. Hatsan really went all out and put nice features.

    Things I liked:

Can't tell you much. Just got it. Mounted the scope. But I wanted to let you know that if you are older and or weak like me, its a heavy gun. I wouldn't plan on using it to hunt with. But I'll enjoy using it in the backyard to shoot targets.

    Things I would have changed:

Weight. Difficulty of removing 3 extra mags.

    What others should know:

Top rail is great! The quickest scope mount I've done.

    Things I liked:

I truly think Hatsan hit a home run with this, Hatsan's first bullpup. I received the .22 version of the Gladius. Right from the start I was pleased with my purchase. The Gladius looks great. It is on the heavy side, but is well-balanced and I was able to successfully in an all-day hunt with no issues. In fact I was very impressed. Thoughtful design like adjustable comb and butt stock make the Gladius very comfortable. But my favorite thing about the Gladius is the power adjust. The Gladius power setting is easily changed with a simple turn of the dial. Set it on power level 1 for very quiet back yard plinking, or up to six for long shots or predator hunting. The Gladius comes with a very cool case as well. It also came with 4 magazines, 3 that click into the stock. It is also very quiet, on all power settings. I own an fx .22 wildcat and the Gladius is much quieter. The Gladius is a great gun, and at $899 is a real deal!

    Things I would have changed:

No huge changes but one of the magazine storage areas in the butt stock is a little hard to get to.

    What others should know:

I own a fx .22 wildcat. It is a great gun. Great design, accurate, loght , and powerful. It was 1399.00. The Gladius is about as powerful, is a lot quieter, and is just as accurate as my wildcat. The Gladius is a heavier gun than the wildcat, but the Weight of the Gladius is in the back of the gun and Has a nice feel too it. my Gladius was 899.00. You get a lot for your money with the Gladius.
