Things I liked:

Nothing

Things I would have changed:

Wouldn't purchase

What others should know:

Watch the very few YouTube videos available in English before purchasing. There's a reason it's only $199.99. Magazine is composite not metal. Safety is very loose. Accuracy is terrible. Glad I looked 1st before I pulled the trigger and purchased. Funny thing is, the trigger is the only thing that got a good review on the gun. Not even packaged good at the doctors. Room to move all over inside the box and no packaging to prevent that

    Things I liked:

I mean really eveything , never used break barrels but well loading a tiny pellet every shot didn’t sound appealing then a very good sales rep here pointer me to this beauty I got in .22 very powerful very light very durable all the things you want in a light rifle for hiking in Appalachian Mountains terrain , not under kill nor overkill the force to charge piston is pretty non exerting maybe after 10-20 shots will have a little fatigue when wi first used it , love the magazines and repeating ability

    Things I would have changed:

YOU GOTTA SLAP THAT BARREL OPEN they should mention that thank g for YouTube but yeah that was not something I could figure out at first was how to actually break the barrel but once you get the hang of it about as fast as lever action with the irons and another thing the front sight I would have liked to have been adjustable as well would have been a nice touch but ftr at 50 yards or lesss eh it’s fine the rear optic is good - but raise the rail and or Adddddd side rails , would like a light and green laser , I like to have things like this esp woods at night , also a better scope as I thought I lost my shooting mojo but the scope was just moving around so yeah not a great one but irons make up for it

    What others should know:

I cannot speak to any other air rifle , compared to a rifle rifle like 30-06 it is basically silent , that or I guess I’m deaf , idk if it’s the suppressor system but I can hold it on check and it is quieter then even a co2 pistol any I’ve used , if you want something to get used to air rifles I found this amazing and a few 100 rounds and haven’t had feeding failures and magazines are very durable and use a browning I believe T lock style very reliable like a revolver cylinder , cycles with no effort , ballistol and haven’t seen any damage from light rain so if you want an affordable air rifle that is easy to use can get a better scope if your taking long shots but the irons are very good and can tack drive to 100yrds easily for me the accuracy is scary impressive I mean I’m not the best shot but defff not the worst , was hitting the same pellets over and over thinking I was missing till I saw like 7-8 holes in the same spot lol it is -accurate -durable - reliable those are the big 3.

So nice not to load each shot all the time.

    Things I would have changed:

    Better stock

    What others should know:

Don't shoot slugs from Nelson specialty ammo. They are oversized. Box claims .178, but the mic at .181.

    Things I liked:

I've put ~1000 pellets through the rifle, and I'm quite impressed. It is extremely accurate and holds a tight group, even with cheap Walmart pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

Releasing the safety is a tad bit loud. There's a sharp "click" sound no matter how gently you flip the switch. It could be a factor depending on what you're hunting.

    Things I liked:

My first five shots at 50 ft were a grouping of three quarters of an inch on bullseye. That was without the scope. For the cost it's worth getting this gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Get more magazines and have them ready when you're at the range.

    What others should know:

I thought cocking the gun would be difficult but it turned out to be not that bad, anyone should be able to do it.

I really liked the multi shot magazine. The adjustable trigger. Scope mounting rail.

    Things I would have changed:

Leave the scope off. Reduce price. Maybe a little lighter.

    What others should know:

Included scope did not last very long. Reticle broke loose, diopter adjustment broke loose, would not tighten. I really wanted to like this gun. Problems with accuracy. Contacted customer service recommended to send back due to barrel droop. Have not decided whether I will replace with another Hatsan, just makes me leary due to quality issue. Gotta like the customer service and return policy with Pyramid Air.

    Things I liked:

Very well built rifle-a but heavier than a Gamo Swarm rifle, and, in my personal opinion, a little better. Ive fired more than a thousand rounds through it and havent had so much as a single pellet pop out while loading. I had to switch out the scope that came with it(I could not zero it in properly). I put a Bug Buster scope on it and it is very accurate AND powerful. I am very satisfied with this gun, and I may order another one.

    Things I would have changed:

I do not like to ridicule the scope(for $149 the scope to me was a freebie), but I could not get it zeroed in properly enough-maybe that was my fault-I am no professional air gunner.

    What others should know:

Very good rifle for the price. Very satisfied with this gun.

    Things I liked:

10 shot mag, rail for scope, adjustable sites, accurate, the safty and the power

    Things I would have changed:

Quality of this airgun, the grip design, Quality of scope, the reload system, the plastic sites design, the magzine design and the barrel.

    What others should know:

The rifle arrived dirty, beware of bad quality scope, the magazine feeding system sometimes damages the pellet and the airgun in the reloading process. Not sure about the long term Quality of this airgun but does need improvement.

    Things I liked:

This Hatsan is the excellent. Well built, sturdy and looks great. Loading and shooting this gun is a pleasure. Having other break-barrels in my collection this one tops them all. The scope is excellent, mags are easyto load and, having multiple shots without having to load pellets one at a time, puts this break-barrel at the top of my collection. Rifle was packaged well and in perfect condition arrival...

    Things I would have changed:

Add side mount rails to attach two piece bi-pod like the Black Ops Sniper Rifle. Other than that, change nothing.

    What others should know:

As always, read the instructions. Never just take out of box and shoot. This is alot of airgun at a great price..Aarrival...And, order extra magzines so you have even more shots at the ready.

    Things I liked:

I recently received this as a gift. Dialing in the scope was .....indifferent. Had to shim my 3-9 x 40 to get it close, took about 4 shots to be true. Excellent scope bang for the buck!!!! After about 250 rounds, I've never had a malfunction, jam, dead load, cartridge split, nothing but absolutely perfectly accurate round upon round grouping....so much so that I actually had pellets bounce back at me as shrapnel. So far this has proven itself as a quality tool! Groupings the size of a quarter at 30yds, and that large of a group is my error! I'm using 7 different rounds and all prove their accuracy! I'd like to review again, but as for now, for $2hundy is a well spend!!

    Things I would have changed:

    5 speed loaders!!!!!!!!!

    What others should know:

Feels Real, not quite as heavy as a 30-06, but starting to feel like a real rifle! Solid build. Cool scope with zoom feature. Love the rapid loader so far. I have some larger pellets that don't truly fit the "rapid reload" feature. Loaded, it will accommodate 1...im ok with that. This gun is *!*!*!EXTREMELY ACCURATE!*!*!* in close quarters!!!!! and I recommend eye protection!!!!!!!!!!! I FLAWLESSLY placed round ON TOP OF round without adjustment. For a break barrel in this price range? That's already awesome! Speed Loader too?? Now you're just fkn braggin! This might kill a boar, but I'd stick to game under 100lbs. Make sure to send their family a card!! LOL! You can't spend a better $2fins for food!!

Amazing contection. Quality well made. Very good performer. Nice balance. Auto reload is the best thing to have a quik after shot especialy moving varments.

    Things I would have changed:

Would like to have sholder strap access or erea to mount one.

    What others should know:

Must keep clean and lubed before storage.

    Things I liked:

I like how light it is, easy maneuverability. I prefer using the rifle without scope because the built in orange and green sights are pretty accurate. Has a lot of power for its weight. Worth every penny.

    Things I would have changed:

I haven't had any issues yet. I love the gun as is. I mean you get what you pay for so it's very good for its price. One thing that does slightly annoy me though is the sound the safety makes when you put it on or off. Its a ringing sound and it's not too loud but I would like it better if it were quieter.

    What others should know:

Loading and cocking is very easy.

    Things I liked:

The fit and finish were great. When the loading process worked properly (it failed after the 2nd magazine) the repeating function was really nice.

    Things I would have changed:

If manufacturers are going to include scopes in these packages make them of decent quality. This particular scope would only focus at 3x and nowhere else. Less than the three magazines were fired and the reticle started to rotate. The only reason I even bother to mount the package scopes is to see just how bad they are. They always fail.

    What others should know:

I really love the idea of a repeating break barrel. I tried the Gamo Whisper and had similar problems with failures to load. It appears Hatsan has not worked it out either. This is really unfortunate. For the time being I will wait until a repeating break barrel design is rock solid.

Rifle is TERRIFIC !! Multi shot magazine is wonderful.

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe supply with 22mm pictitany rails, instead of 11mm. Or include an adapter to 22mm, I had to buy one so my scope would fit.

    Things I liked:

I like the multi-shot concept and this gun fed the pellets flawlessly.

    Things I would have changed:

The gun I received had issues (1) the iron sights could not be adjusted vertically to hit the target - hitting 3.5 inches high at 15 yards when adjusted to the limit (horizontal adjustment worked fine); (2) the scope mount which is secured by 3 screws had side-to-side movement even though the screws were tight. The barrel was really dirty out of the box, so I cleaned it first thing.

    What others should know:

This gun is quite big - fortunately it's not that heavy (see specs). In terms of accuracy, it seems good if the iron sights could have been adjusted properly (see things I would change). Had to return the gun when it became apparent the sights had issues. Pyramid Air was very good about handling return of the defective gun.

    Things I liked:

I liked it when it worked.

    Things I would have changed:

After about 450 rounds the magazine got stuck and I have been unable to get it out. This wasn't the first issue with the magazine. Sometimes a pellet will get stuck and it wont cycle the next round to fire which causes a dry fire. I don't know how everyone else isn't having issues. They either don't shoot it much or they've been extremely lucky.

    What others should know:

This is a cool idea but not worth the headache. I'm trying to get HatsanUSA to fix it as we speak. I will stick with normal single shot guns from now on.

    Things I liked:

This is a serious air rifle. I thought my old 1965 Sheridan could never be beaten - but the new Hatsan is an example of 55 years of improved technology. Impressive materials and workmanship with a very solid feel. are very obvious when you pick this beauty up. I have not been able to get to the range due to Covid, but I'm confident I'll be able to zero in the very nice scope that came with the rifle. The open, fiber optic sights are a very nice dependable alternative prior to sighting in the scope and they are readily and impressively adjustable. My son got the Gamo Whisper Swarm, and it's nice too- lighter and cheaper but I think the Hatsan edges it out for value and versatility.

    Things I would have changed:

I like everything about the rifle except the magazines don't have numbering on them to indicate the rounds left- as Gamo Swarms do. Also, I wish I could put my Bushnell bore scope in the real bore, as the false polymer muzzle, 3 inches over the actual one makes it impossible to put the bore scope in far enough to allow the bore scope light to do its job.

    What others should know:

It's really cool when you hit the button beside the mag compartment- it ejects impressively. The Hatsan mags are larger and a bit easier to load than the Gamo ones. They also have a cam like toe making it impossible to snap them incorrectly into the mag compartment. The rifle has a very precise and substantial feel to it.

    Things I liked:

I love this gun. I searched for a multi shot pellet gun for a week or so. This is the one I chose and happy that I did. It operates flawlessly and delivers the performance as advertised.

    Things I would have changed:

The mounting rings for the scope will not hold it in place. After three or four shots, it would slide down the mounting rail. I would reposition it and no matter how tight the screws are, it still slides. I spoke with customer service and different rings with lower mounting screws that lock into the divisions in the weaver mount were suggested. For an additional $12.95, I expect them to solve the problem. Honestly, if 13 bucks will improve my experience, its a cheap fix and I personally don't care about the additional cost.

    What others should know:

If your interested in this gun, don't hesitate to buy. Just be sure to get PART# PY-A 794 UTG Leapers Premium 1" rings to lock the scope in place. By the way, Customer Service at Pyramid Air is First Class.
