    Things I liked:

    Very realistic replica. Quiet. Fun!

    Things I would have changed:

Not a thing. It's a perfect plinking pistol!

    What others should know:

Pellets can be loaded using a pellet pen, thus, removing cartridges from the cylinder is not necessary. My pistol likes JSB Match Diabolo RS, 7.33 grains and groups are tighter when pellets are seated about 2mm.

    Things I liked:

The feel and weight are awesome. Feels a lot like the real thing.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

I've heard the BB version is a little more accurate which seems a little backwards. At 15' the pellet version is a little wonky and I get groups the size of a baseball. It shoots best after you shoot 24 pellets or so. The first shits are a bit hot and hard to keep in a tight group. You aren't buying this for the accuracy though.

    Things I liked:

My wife gave me this for Christmas. She is great. It is a novelty for me, but I really love it. Shoots fine. Looks great. Heft is really good. And I love John Wayne. What else can you ask for. Fortunately she bought it from Pyramid Air!

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice if the hammer seated properly. No big deal, but that would make it better.

    What others should know:

Nothing from my end other than I have a Dan Wesson air revolver that is a BB model. I love the gun, but hate the BB's. I cannot shoot it at my range with BB's bouncing all over the range! Pellet's are fine at the range because they don't come back. I wish I had bought the Dan Wesson in pellet instead. I didn't know it was available. If you have a real gun range to shoot in, buy a pellet model,

    Things I liked:

The look, feel, construction and weight are very realistic. I rated one star for overall and accuracy as I was not able to fire the revolver due to a manufacturer defect.

    Things I would have changed:

Unfortunately, the model I received did not work. There was an issue with the hammer/cylinder mechanism that prevented them to work in concert. As I wasn't able to test or fire the revolver, I really can't say what I'd change, if anything. Revolver was returned and I'm waiting for a replacement. I did not, however like the way the hammer sits in a quarter cock position.

    What others should know:

This revolver is very authentic looking. The weight and feel are an excellent replication of the real thing. Make sure you read and follow instructions, check the hammer/cylinder mechanism before loading. I will wait for a replacement so I can hopefully provide a better review.

    Things I liked:

The gun looks nice. It would be a nice display piece.

    Things I would have changed:

The accuracy is off about 10-12 inches to the left, and every now and the you get a pellet that will fly way off.

    What others should know:

I bought the pellet version thinking the accuracy would be better than the bb version i already own, but this one is a lot worse.

Received my revolver today. The look and feel is very realistic!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

I'm giving this an overall great rating, however, this gun doesn't work. Followed all instructions but there is a problem with the hammer/cylinder mechanism. The hammer won't go back to half cock and the cylinder rotates counter clockwise instead of clockwise, and only rotates if the trigger is pulled and the hammer pushed forward (which releases all of the gas). I'm hoping it's just this one and will return it for another.

    Things I would have changed:

Have it a real wood grip!

    Things I liked:

I received this product as a Christmas gift because it was on my list of things that I wanted or intended to buy in the future. I have a version similar to this made by Ruger that i rarely get a chance to shoot. I love this replica and I shoot it almost everyday in my basement, using a pellet trap. The thing that I like the most is that it is a pellet gun and not BB. I like these replicas a lot and look forward to seeing more quality products such as this that are designed to shoot pellets. The finish and weight of this revolver is above par for a pellet gun at this price point. I also purchase the western belt and holster from pyramid air which I had to modify for quick draw practice. One caution I would present is that this thing really looks real so make sure that your kids don't have unsupervised use of this gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Make a version that is not a John Wayne signature. I would prefer the U.S. Marshall version or just plain. Other than that I can't think of thing that I would change.

    What others should know:

One caution I would present is that this thing really looks real so make sure that your kids don't have unsupervised use of this gun. I have always wanted a nice collection of guns because 60 years ago I had many places that I could freely shoot. Now with these replicas it is possible for me to enjoy shooting in my basement or in my back yard so I do appreciate the realistic look and feel of these guns. I also received one of the Dan Wesson pellet guns and it is pretty nice too.

    Things I liked:

Well made feel , balance and looks. It feels pretty close to the real colt.

    Things I would have changed:

wooden grips, better accuracy.I have 2 other peacemakers in BB and they run circles around this pellet version in accuracy.

    What others should know:

I can hit pop cans at 20yd with the BB version of this colt I am having problems hitting an 8 1/2 by 11 Target with this pellet version and I have tried 4 different type pellets. Maybe someone has found a pellet that is accurate or Maybe I just have a bad one.

    Things I liked:

I have the BB version, blued, and received the pellet version today, nickel. Fit and finish are excellent, same as the BB version. This gun has a VERY slight amount of play in the C02 side of the grip (with no C02 inserted) and none with one inserted. Fixed in 30 seconds. Trigger breaks crisply, a guestimate would be 3lbs or under, maybe closer to 2lbs. Single action of course. I put around 50 shots in a pie plate at 35\40 feet, offhand. Not checking accuracy, just breaking it in a little. I have medium\large hands and the grip is perfect. A little longer than the true firearm, but perfect for me. The faux rifling on the big-bore part of the barrel is a nice touch. I'll probably get a couple more of these "just to have" them, they are THAT good. Probably a nickel BB and blued pellet...that would make 4. Even a novice collector should have at least one of these and even if you're not in to collecting, you should get one just for the uniqueness and the build quality.

    Things I would have changed:

Wooden grips of course. I'll buy at least 4 sets the moment they are available. I wouldn't change anything else, but I'm sure this model line will expand to different versions, I.E. shorter barrel, longer barrel, more pronounced case hardening on the frame and cylinder, etc.

    What others should know:

The box is wrong as on the back it states "smooth-bore" but it is definitely rifled. The manual is updated to read "pellets" instead of BB's and in the loading section it shows pellets very clearly and the box IS different from the BB version, so it looks like this just slipped by.

    Things I liked:

This is one of the most accurate CO2 guns I have ever owned. I get long shooting sessions from a single CO2 cartridge. The realism is fantastic. If I still competed in cowboy action shooting, I would use this for regular at home training sessions as the function of the gun is about as close as you can get to the real thing without shooting the real thing. Not to mention that the price per round can't be beat.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like it if the action were a bit smoother but considering the cost of this gun, I can't complain too much.

    What others should know:

I love that the hex wrench is built into the grip panel.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much. The Hammer sticking up. In my opinion the nickel should be polished more. I prefer a mirror polish.

    What others should know:

I first ordered two weathered pistols. I liked them so much I ordered the nickel version. Great gun for the money.

    Things I liked:

The gun appears very well made. Weight is excellent. My only concern is the size of the grip. I have small hands and need a gun with a small grip. I have an original Colt and the grip is much smaller. For that reason I returned the gun and did not load or fire it. I was very disapointed because other than the grip size the gun looks great. I shoot cowboy action an find that even the Ruger has an oversize grip for me. I use a Uberti 1875 colt which has a "period correct" smaller grip.

    Things I would have changed:

    reduce the grip size.

Everything. I have loved every one of these Umerax revolvers. This is the 5th one I bought and they are all great (I have a 6th on order).

    Things I would have changed:

Not much....I'd like to see a simply wood (or at least wood look) grip. This wood look grip with the John Wayne medallion is very nice.

    What others should know:

I can't picture anyone not liking these revolvers, BB or pellet. I recommend them highly.

    Things I liked:

This is just about perfect...it is beautifully finished, has a solid feel to it and functions exactly like a real Colt SAA. The weight is realistic. The John Wayne Medallions and signature on the back strap add to the appeal. It also fits my SASS Slim Jim holster. Even the cardboard box it comes in is pretty.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing. They got this one right.

    What others should know:

Great practice for Cowboy Action shooting...Feel and function just like the original. Great to practice your draw. A lot cheaper than practice with a real Colt SAA.
