Things I liked:

Geez, Just blown away with the exceptional feel of this gun .. the slim wrist and the balance are “thumbs up.” At first I thought it wasn’t coming up to advertised speeds, but after a bit she was right on .. 128 fps with the 14.3 gr. pellets, max setting, and that was at only 2000 psi in the tube! Accuracy is dead-on for short range but the weather has precluded a trip to the range for 50 yard testing. The variable power dial works as well as a regulator (not that I’ve noticed any change in POI for the first 20-30 shots on either the 4 or 5 setting anyway). And to add to it all, the adjustable trigger and hammer spring are just icing on the cake.

Things I would have changed:

I’m liking it just the way it is.

What others should know:

Buy It. It’s an amazing value.

Things I liked:

I have to admit it is a very attractive rifle, and it looks like it cost way more than it did. That only added to my frustration with it, however.

Things I would have changed:

Spending some time on quality control, has to become a top priority if you want to succeed in any business.

What others should know:

4 shots into my new ownership of this brand new rifle, and suddenly it let out a huge sigh (literally) and said "I quit!". I've been advised the "poppit? valve" broke and the rifle has to be returned. Never heard of such a valve before.....maybe they're just "pulling my leg", to see if I'd believe that. I guess over engineering is what used to happen 'back in the day", but I bet if whatever failed was over engineered, this wouldn't have happened on a brand new airgun. Maybe 5 years down the road perhaps, after 10,000 shots or years of serious neglect, but not out of the gate like this. I wanted to like this rifle so much and, for those 4 shots I actually did!

Really like the gun and my sales person Rhonda, who gave me a great deal. customer service who helped me with a few issues ,when I first purchased the gun it leaked. they were more than willing to replace the gun, even though I had already put a few thousand rounds through it. But the issue was fixed after some advice. I would highly recommend to first time air gun buyers. very accurate, light, easy and fun to use.hand pump friendly.metal and wood construction.NO PLASTIC

    Things I liked:

    Good Construction.

    Things I would have changed:

Accuracy/ Consistency Don't count on customer service.... I mean, don't count on it to exist. See My Original review on April 10 below. My original post was written after trying a few magazines of JBS and JTS pellets at 30-35 yards. I was truly impressed. The next week I took a lot more time with it and started to notice some accuracy irregularities. So, I filled up and shot strings, one mag each. Bottom line: With ANY pellet, JSB, JTS, Benjamin, and a couple of different scopes, I get Right horizontal stringing of 2 1`/4 inches or so. I tried to contact the manufacturer through their site. No response. So, like any independent-minded long time shooter I sought solutions. Beyond scope swaps I noted that the front end was in hard contact with the forend. That tells me something may be shifting... needs tightening or free floating. Then I note that there is only ONE ACTION SCREW. It's pulling down on the action between the supported forend and the action rear. (see Below)

    What others should know:

Tightening would flex the entire thing. So I free floated it. (Too many characters to describe.) Same horizontal stringing and less vertical dispersion. More contacts to the maker's site. Told to Contact by phone... Contact by email.. IGNORED. DON"T TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS THING

    Things I liked:

Very accurate right out of the box. I already own an Airacuda Max .30 which I am very pleased with. Needed a new .22, decided on the Airacuda standard. Whatever JTS is doing, they're doing it right. Very high quality at an affordable price. Both are definitely tack-drivers.

    Things I would have changed:

Not a thing as far as quality of the rifle. Having an air rifle that has no plastic or polymer is amazing! Sling mounts or pic rail for bipod mount would be nice. But those are easy add-ons.

    What others should know:

If you're looking for an affordable PCP that will easily shoot dime size groups at 50 yards plus, this is the one.

Well built, accurate and quiet. A pleasure to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

    Tripod and sling mounts.

    What others should know:

I got the .25 specifically to tackle raccoons and it fits the bill. Not as much a gun for “plinking” unless you are sitting on air because you have 20 good shots; Which is fine because it this is more of a tool you dial in and bring out to check or do it’s job.

    Things I liked:

Customer Service was great. Got My Order and everything was smooth. I mounted a Scope and went right to shooting it. Very Accurate! And Quiet right from the Start. I was shooting JTS 18.1 Pellets. They really flew great! Look at the other Budget PCP's. Look at the Flimsy unreliable Magazines. The reviews on many are receiving lower ratings for this reason. The JTS Mags are Metal! Have not had a failure yet. I have probably shot close to 600 pellets since I got it a week ago. Great Rifle!

    Things I would have changed:

Make the Barrel a couple inches longer and instead of a Female 1/20 thread change it to a Male Version. I had to buy an adapter in order to put a Suppressor on it. So when you buy a suppressor, you have to spend an extra $50 for the adapter.

    What others should know:

If one wants to shoot Crosman HP's to save money on pellets, just turn the power down to #3 when fully charged. Then when you get down to about 2000 PSI on the gauge, turn it back up to #4. At least that's what I have found with My Rifle. The 14.3 Pellets didn't work well at Higher Velocities. "At least in My Rifle. Get one and Have Fun! The Rifle is Wood, and Metal! No Tuppaware Plastic on it!

    Things I liked:

Quiet but still has ping or spring noise next to house. Very accurate at 35 meters...I need bigger yard! Blemish free and well packed with NO leaks. Gauge accurate!

    Things I would have changed:

Full info in the manual, like hammer spring adjustment and full rebuild info with exploded views. At least trigger adjustment covered. Disclose two magazines included!

    What others should know:

Came with two magazines that are marked with white makers to avoid dry fire only by looking. Rifle with big scope at 9.5 lbs. No open sights included for a lighter rig. Very smooth side action, hard to go back to my old .25 with brute bolt action. GTS Angie showed a nice shot curve with hammer spring two turns out with toss up between 18gr. JTS and JSB pellets. My particular gun set at 3 turns out, flow at 5, out. This gave me a very good 30 shot hunting curve at 38 to 41 fpe (18.13 JSB) with great accuracy. Gun came with hammer spring out, flush with end of frame.

    Things I liked:

Everything!! This is a budget PCP rifle that preforms better than some of my expensive guns. Quiet, accurate at 50 yards ( one hole) and for $319 I would recommend this rifle to anyone. Just plain awesome.

    Things I would have changed:

    Just a larger capacity mag.

    What others should know:

    You will love this rifle.

    Things I liked:

Best Value out there. I saw these at SHOT Show and wanted one for evaluation but they were too new. When I saw Ted holding one I jumped online and ordered it. I got my .25 yesterday and put a scope on it that was just laying around. A Sig Tango 4 4-16x FFP. 4 shots later and I was center punching the knots in the pine backstop at 35 yards with JSB King 25.39 grain pellets. THWACK! It was getting dark so I couldn't do velocity testing or shoot groups or distances. I'll update later.

    Things I would have changed:

Stock comb isn't aesthetically balanced. (It looks like a CZ Lux, which I always disliked, so I got the 452 American) and it should be taller for cheek weld. The pressure gauge reads about 10% low but my compressor and tanks will keep that under control. I would like to put a bipod on it but the front wood is quite thin so I may not dare do it unless I screw a Pic rail on and JB Weld under it. Not sure about that one. It's not as quiet as some of my other guns but not bad. I can't see any info yet on placing a DonnyFL. Maybe it won't work on a shrouded barrel? Who knows, it may not be much of an improvement anyways? I haven't had time to take it apart to assess.

    What others should know:

I usually use a .177 Wildcat in barns to prevent over-penetration. A .22 Maverick or Wildcat is for almost everything else. I wanted a .25 for racoons. I had tried a Marauder but the velocities were just too low so I gave up on .25's because I didn't want one bad enough to shell out the cash for the name brands that have higher pressures. This thing has racoons well covered. Except where this .25 is overly powerful for the task it is going to be used often. I love the simplicity of the magazines and the reasonable price. No taking it apart like the Fx. No spending stupid money on one like the Fx. Safety is easy and intuitive, unlike... well, you get the idea. Standard fill fitting, not proprietary. Bottom line... At this price, just get one.

    Things I liked:

Power, accuracy, quality! I have the .25 cal Airacuda standard. Shoots many different pellets very well. With the Power selector set on the middle power I shoot 30 shots between 27 and 28 fpe. Then I turn the power up 1 knoch and shoot 10 more. At this time the pressure is down around 1800 psi. What a deal for the price!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing as of yet.

    What others should know:

I called the JTS customer service twice. I spoke to a very nice lady. She give me a cell number. I called and left a message 3 times and was never called
    back.
    That concerns me!

    Things I liked:

Purchased the Airacuda Standard in .22 for pest control. This is my first PCP. Two weeks and over 100 shots I am impressed. So much nicer than nitro break barrels. Living in suburbia this thing is quiet. All you hear is the hammer spring ping and the impact. Will not be adding a silencer. Shooting free handed I have been able to group nickel and dime sized groupings at 30 yards. Shooting rest is on the way. Doesn't appear to be very pellet picky. Have been shooting 14.3 g pellets on level 3. Bump up to level Four for 18 g pellets. Level five gets 21g pellets. Fairly accurate for shooting without a rest at 30 yards. Looking forward to getting a rest and doing some more observations. The stock color is a deep chocolate brown. I rather like the darker color. As others have mentioned. The wood is not sealed and looks absorbent. Going to contact the manufacturer and see if sealing the wood voids the warranty. Shoulders nicely and feels balanced. Overall very pleased for first PCP.

    Things I would have changed:

Seeing how this will be out with me in the garden for pest control. I can see grime hands getting this stock dirty. Hopefully the manufacture is open minded to sealing the wood without voiding the warranty. I'm old, will never purchase another plastic stock. It just feels so cheap and impressionable. To many decades of wood stocks. Will gladly pay a weight penalty for the feel and look of wood.

    What others should know:

Paided for the ten for 10$ PA offers. Well worth it. No leaks as of two weeks. Cronno said 1020 fps with 11.9g pellets at power 5 for , 22 cal. Yikes, can't imagine that light of a weight being very accurate though.

Highly Engineered quality and workmanship. Tack driving accuracy for a very reasonable cost

    Things I would have changed:

Stock work finish needs a little sealer applied. Make DE-GASING (De-AIRING) screw easier to get at besides having to remove stock!

    What others should know:

I feel JTS is quickly becoming an "Up and Comer" in airgun circles and also make some excellent gear and pellets at reasonable prices. The Airacuda is an excellent starter and keeper PCP rifle to be your first PCP airgun and add to your shooting fun.

    Things I would have changed:

As with the max it really likes the factory pellets which is nice because they're inexpensive.
