    Things I liked:

This is my 2nd P226 X-Five CO2 Pistol...the first one being the Open Combo. It's fun to shoot and its quite accurate. You won't regret buying it...I've already got two of them.

    Things I would have changed:

The "warning" remarks on the right side of the gun...it shouldn't be there. I had to erase/cover it up with black pentel pen. My 3rd and 4th BB guns, Dan Wesson 8" and 6" revolvers, don't have such "print in white" on them.

    What others should know:

Buy this BB gun (as well as the Dan Wesson 8" black or 6" silver). You won't regret it. It's really fun to shoot because they are so realistic.

    Things I liked:

Gun looks and feels very similar to my real P226. Shooting it is excellent training for shooting the real thing and I can do it in my Bail office without disturbing the neighbors for a fraction of the cost of shooting the real thing.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice to have some kind of loading device to make putting the bb's in the clip easier.

    What others should know:

Expect to use a co2 cartridge every 2 and a half clips or so, which is about 45-50 shots, seems like a lot but is still a lot less expensive then about 50 cents a shot with the real thing.

I already submitted a review, I just want to add one more thing about my soda straw "speed loader"...

    What others should know:

Scoop up BBs from your BB container with this soda straw "speed loader" with just enough 18 BBs to load the magazine.

    Things I liked:

I just received my Sig-Sauer P226 X-Five CO2 open version. I am very much satisfied with this BB gun that after testing it with just 18 rounds of BBs, here I am writing my review already. It is quite accurate, very realistic, and a fun to shoot. I already own two Umarex SA-177, one Walther CP99 compact, two Walther PPK, one Beretta FX-4, and one Gamo PT-85 (all blowback pistols)and I admit that my new Sig Sauer is the best.

    Things I would have changed:

They should have made the CO2 cartridge plug/screw metal also and not plastic...for obvious reason.

    What others should know:

I don't find it advisable to load BBs from that small hole at the tip of the magazine. Here's my suggestion in loading this gun (just like what I've been doing in loading my SA-177, CP99 compact, and the PPK)...find a regular soda straw, tape/plug the other end so that it will trap the BBs, cut the other end long enough to hold just 18 rounds (you cannot load over 18 rounds because you won't be able to insert the magazine properly). With your left thumb, slide down the spring up to the point where the magazine opening is wider, then fill the magazine easily with the straw "speed loader". I've purchased and tried the Umarex speed loader before but I found it difficult to load magazines so I came up with this inexpensive idea of reloading magazines. Try it!

    Things I liked:

Weight, feel, and operation like the real thing. Good accurac and controls.

    Things I would have changed:

not much, good gun for the money.Should have dot rear sight to match front.

    What others should know:

I get 4 mags full from a co2, so 72 shots. Blow back for full size gun is great, spring is string enough to close strong, unlike my ppk/s which has a slow, weaker spring.

    Things I liked:

Heft, feel. Gripping this baby is like holding the real thing. Nice blow back too. Accurate for a BB gun. Smoothness of the trigger pull and when you pull the hammer back for a single action shot is just astounding. Reminds me of a Colt I once carried.

    Things I would have changed:

For the price, not a thing.

    What others should know:

Always apply Pellgun oil to top of CO2 cartridge. Don't over tighten hex screw when you engage CO2. Just enough to pierce cartridge and seat it.

    Things I liked:

The free shipping only took 2 days and the gun is freaking awesome. It feels like a real sig. I like the all metal construction and the realism. The blow back and recoil are great as well as the packaging. They include an extra piece for the co2 housing in case you loose it. Most co2 gun have half the quality, but twice the price, but this has twice the quality for half the price.

    Things I would have changed:

The blow back uses a lot of co2, but i managed to get 64 shots before it went out, so its no big deal.

    What others should know:

If you buy this, you probably get an extra mag and an umarex steel BB speed loader.

    What others should know:

I purchased this gun to teach my wife, and son how to shoot. This is a great gun for them to practice with in the basement. Before i let them shoot my .40 cal sig.

This is just a great pistol to train with, or just have fun plinking.

    Things I liked:

Like the other three owners that sent you a reviews I like the pistol very much, the building of it and etc. I get about 55 shots from each container, when the slide stops functioning, it's out of C02. no waste.

    Things I would have changed:

Lost the elevation adjustment on the rear sight, Up I found it again and how was surprised how short it was. That was my only problem. O yes, grow long thumb nails to load the magazine to hold the plunger down.

    What others should know:

If you have a looking for a pistol that will shoot steel BB and you don't have the SIG Sauer P226 X5 Full Metal CO2, get one and it will make you happy.

    Things I liked:

This is my first bb pistol, so I'm not sure about accuracy, but's been great so far (about 700 rounds in). Great blowback, slide locks for mag reload, etc.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to have the SIG markings etched instead of painted, so it would look even closer to the real gun. I really wish they included threaded barrel and adjustable sights on this model. No compensator, no x-mount... just threaded barrel and adjustable sights!

    What others should know:

Get the "open" model, don't even over analyze it. You get threaded barrel and adjustable sights... for like 10$ more. That's what I should have done! A spare magazine is a must. 40 to 50rd for every co2 cartridge

    Things I liked:

I enjoy the heft and balance, realistic replication of the real pistol and the double action. This is one of those guns that just fit naturally as you wrap your fingers around its grip, place your finger on the trigger and squeeze off shot after shot. Also, the smoothness of the trigger pull. This one is easy to pull so be careful.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing. Very nice gun.

    What others should know:

This is a great gun for plinking. Sit up some cans and have a blast. As a retired police officer I very much enjoy my airguns. I also authored a book under the pen name of James Warren. It's called, 'Fears, Tears and life.' If you like police stories this ones for you.

    Things I liked:

The full-metal design imparts an excellent feel to this model. It functions just like the real handgun and no detail was overlooked in keeping this replica faithful to the original. The blowback action is also more realistic than that on any other action pistol I have shot; it gives a firm, hefty recoil. Furthermore, although this is hardly a match pistol, it is quite accurate, especially for a BB gun. It shoots to the point of aim, and the sights are very easy to get used to.

    Things I would have changed:

The black finish on the gun comes off way too easily. Also, the magazine is very difficult to load. I realize that the magazine was designed in such a way to be as realistic as possible, but it needs to be a bit more functional.

    What others should know:

This gun looks (and acts) a lot more like a very high-end airsoft model than a typical BB repeater. However, I have yet to see a more faithful imitation of a real gun. Notably, this is a big pistol in terms of both weight and size. I appreciate the feel of bigger guns, but it may not be the best for someone with smaller than average hands.

First is that its feels, and weighs like an actual 9mm pistol. it is solid steel. the blowback action is amazing with some recoil. pretty accurate does pattern very good. not loud so its great for your yard use obviously less expensive than using 9mm bullets. cannot say enough about this product you will enjoy firing it,

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    Things I liked:

When I decided I wanted a BB air pistol, I had a pretty clear picture in my head of what I wanted, but I thought it was probably too much to expect for the price I was willing to pay. This gun is exactly what I was looking for. Nearly all metal, good blowback, double action, slide lock, slide locks automatically when the magazine is empty, field strip, functional safety. And the magazine isn't a skinny little stick thing like alot of air pistols, since the CO2 goes inside, the magazine is full size. It is very comfortable in the hand and it has a good weight.

    Things I would have changed:

Honestly, there isn't much at all I would change about this gun. The only thing really would be to make the plastic grip metal instead, but really its not a problem and barely noticeable. Do not let the plastic grip turn you off of this gun, it is an amazing piece.

    What others should know:

This was my first airgun, so I hesitate to make any serious recommendations.

    Things I liked:

As close to a real handgun as it gets. This gun feels and functions like a real handgun. All the controls are in the right places and they all function. The slide goes back and forth with recoil similiar to a .22 pistol. This gun was fun to shoot fast, and extremely accurate due to the four inch barrel. This gun is so realistic its hard to tell its an airgun.

    Things I would have changed:

The magazine holds the co2 cartridge inside it which is execellent because it sits flush and it feels like a real mag. However don't cross-thread the screw by using the supplied allen wrench right away, hand thread it first. The BB's are also hard to load because the little slide to hold down the spring is tiny. Buy more than one mag for fast loading. I also wish this gun was made in U.S.A.

    What others should know:

If you live in a state that is restrictive on handgun ownership then this is the air pistol for you. Plinking/target shooting with this co2 pistol is almost the same as shooting with a .22 plus the benefits of dirt cheap ammunition. (BB's) It is well worth the higher price compared to similiar style air pistols. A quality product.

    looks nice, feels nice,,,,,,nice weight,,

    Things I would have changed:

the accuracy of this model is terrible, and im a good shot. if you purchasse yhis for taget practice, make sure you get a laser dot sight,,,,otherwise forget it.....

    What others should know:

this gun has no baxs, another name for baxs is hop up....this gun has no way of controlling the flight of the bb. go with the step up highjer version, thats what i should of done.
