- Accuracy out of the box (sights) - Sights included are great quality and very visible - Scope was far better quality than expected - Noise was surprisingly quiet. Would liken it to whacking a tree with a 1/2"-3/4" section of PVC pipe. - Swappable colorful grips were great and easy to replace. - None too difficult to rack

- Include a manual with an exploded parts list diagram. I prefer to do repairs on my own pellet/bb rifles and pistols ever since a local place screwed one up.

Great rifle for the price. Bought one refurbished. Came with box and the multi grips and a 4x32 scope. After shooting about 50 shots it quieted down a lot. I would say its a great rifle for the money. Have to find what pellet it likes, so far i found apollo flat nose 8.4 gr works for me, but need to do more pellet testing to find which pellet type this rifle really likes. Shot some 8.4s over the chrony and it pushed 960 fps! Which i find to be impressive

I own several Stoeger rifles and never had anything bad or to complain about with them! Worth the investment!

Good good dollar ! It's powerful enough , it shoots straight enough, and it's quite enough. Nothing really I could say bad about this rifle. I have 2 In 22. And now I have 1 in 177.

The only thing I would change on this rifle which many air rifle companies are guilty of, used to put a little bit more pride and emphasis in building a really good rear sight. Everything is not scope scope scope. A lot of Us shooters Still prefer fix sights to scope Especially on the close distances. Everyone makes cheap plastic sites. If uncomfortable would make a quality metal site They would make a killing.

You can't go wrong with this rifle. It is just as good or better than any rifle and it's price bracket On top of that they give you cosmetics Extras If you don't like the black you can put on orange or blue. It's a great rifle.

My gun came with a regular METAL SPRING, not air ram as advertised. It is Much louder than any of my Crosman np's that don't even have noise reduction system. The barrel on my gun extends all the way through the end, I van see the crown, so nothign like the illustration of the noise dampening systen on Stoegers website. Also, gun shoots too low. Elevation maxed out to be on target at 15 yards. Will be contacting PA soon.

Seems to be a well made firearm and has a comfortable and hefty feel when using it.

The supplied scope is a piece of cheap junk , with almost 70 years experience using all types and makes of guns this one has the worst trigger I have ever dealt with, and hope the company makes some kind of modification to improve it I

Takes a lot of shooting to break this gun in !

This is a superb addition to my collection. Looks, feel, firing all meet my standards. It is a quality gun for the price. Accuracy, as with any new air gun, takes practice. Break in takes a few hundred shots but, it's worth it.

This takes pressure to cock. Read the directions carefully. Right put of the box don't attempt to just grab the barrell and pull down. Use your hand and slap the end of the barrell below to sight. This will unlock it for for cocking. It'll make your experience go smoother...

Recently purchased direct from Stoeger as PyA took too long to get in stock. Very well made and powerful. Report is subdued. Love the barrel. Feels premium. Better air rifle than Gamo. Feels on par with Hatsan. The extra grip inserts is a nice touch and adds customization (I wish the colors of the inserts were Different?). And OF COURSE it is hard to cock people, like ALL break barrels. I use an upside down technique when cocking air rifles, makes it much easier.

The look, feel, and power. It is a powerful break barrel, make no mistake about it. It will drop squirrels dead with a Crosman Premier 19.0 grain pellet out to 20 yards.

The front sight needs to be removable. With a scope installed the bottom field of view is blurred with the from sight area. The supplied scope is junk, so plan on using the sights or bust our $170 for a scope and rings that can handle the recoil.

This gun destroyed itself after roughly 800 shots, 500 of them being "break in" shots. For shots 500-800 it was wonderfully accurate for a $160 break barrel. However, like the previous break barrels that I have owned they eventually rip themselves apart from the destructive nature of their recoil from their design. My gun began throwing outrageous fliers, inconsistent power, and began to produce a loud "ping" noise. I have moved on to a PCP and will never look back.

Poor quality. The sights were so misalinged it ran out of adjustments for both windage and elevalion. Definately avoid this product it was very dissapoining

Great value for $160. It is well built, fun to shoot, and very accurate with Crosman Premier Domed Ultra Heavy 19.0 grain .22 pellets. I love this gun now that it is broken in. It drops squirrels with no problem.

Ditch the scope and bring the cost down. The supplied scope refused to hold zero after 20 shots.

This gun needs 500 shots to break in and settle down. Get yourself a tin of Crosman 14.3 grain pellets and fire all 500 of them before mounting the scope. I replaced the supplied scope with a UTG 30mm SWAT 3-12x44 AO Rifle Scope and used Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/30mm Rings, High, 11mm Dovetail. It's awesome to say the least! Thank you Pyramid Air for the recommendation!

This gun is grate long range. At 5 and 10 yards groups were bad 20 and past were 1/2 inch out to 50 with gamo red fire my gun do not like heavy pellets

I had very high expectations for this rifle due to a very good review in Firearms News Magazine (Shotgun News). But as with anything, sometimes something goes wrong when it was manufactured. I use several different brands of pellets. I have three other pellet rifles. I can shoot. But the barrel must have been seated wrong, because this rifle shot so far low. to get shots centered, I had to move the rear barrel sight adjustment all the way up, to the point it was not secure. I put on a scope and had to adjust it to its maximum up elevation. Doing this caused accuracy issues. Just one of those guns with a problem. Sadly I decided to return the gun. Pyramyd Air was great and took my return with full credit. Nice! I don't think I will order another. My 2, Gamo Swarm rifles are in the same price range, and for me are better guns. One of these days I will buy a really high-end gun. Till then, this might be a good gun too, but the one I received had issues.

Maybe a good gun if you prefer spring guns. The wave now seems to be gas-piston action... quieter and smoother.

Don't take my experience as a guide --- this was only one gun that did not work as it should. I am sure they are ok, but that is for you to decide.

Super value for a 1000-1200 fps air gun. hard pump action, not a toy, but lots of fun

Everything. This is a great under $160 break barrel! Very well made and balanced. I just received this from Pyramid and have about 500 give or take pellets thru it and its a tack driver. I am using the supplied Stoeger 4x32 scope, its actually pretty decent. Once sighted in, hitting .12oz soda cans at 50 plus yards gets boring. I have the .22 and may add the .177 since im so pleased with the rifle. It just has some refreshing looks that are well appreciated and the integrated suppressor works very well.

There needs to be another witness hole in the trigger guard to access the trigger adjustment screw, You CANNOT access it thru the one hole in the guard which is meant to access the mount screw.

Just break it in before adding an optic. Ditch the supplied scope mounts and get ANYTHING from BKL. The mounts that are supplied like all other two piece mounts cant the scope.

The overall build of this gun seems solid'' the stock has a nice design & feels good in the hand.. Also the colored grip inserts are a nice touch..

The SAFETY''' the location is in a good place at the top of the grip for easy access... However'' once you disengage the safety to Fire position..YOU CANNOT PUT THE GUN BACK ON SAFE.. which means if you are not ready to fire you now have a loaded gun''''WITHOUT A SAFETY!!!! A very dangerous & beyond stupid design... I cant believe this was even allowed to be put on the market into the consumers hands... I could say a lot about the trigger'''but to save time I,ll just say''''theres nothing adjustable about it, & even for an air gun.. this thing might break at 10-15 L.B.S''''Its horrible.

I do not have children around now days, so this safety issue means nothing to me...But if YOU do'' or happen to be shopping for a new shooter'''' for safety,s sake you may want to buy a gun with a Full & proper working safety....In closing you should also know this'''' This rifle taunts its Velocity on the outside of the box at 1200,fps... the book inside the box says 1000''''' Ive chronagrafed this gun all different weights & brands and the best average after many strings of read,outs 676'' is the best this gun will do...Cheers''

The Stoeger air rifle appeared to be a fine item although I had to return the rifle because it's size and weight would make it difficult for the women and kids to enjoy target shooting. We are in the process of choosing a replacement.

I was disappointed that there was not a return label included from Pyramyd Air like most other sporting goods companies supply. The cost to return the item was almost 25% of the initial cost spent which made the purchase a bad deal.
