    Things I liked:

Great gun for the money. Quiet, light, accurate. Being able to use a 90 gram co2 bottle is a big plus. Put one of them in and you'll get a few hundred shots.

    Things I would have changed:

A pressure gage, similar to what pcp rifles use, would be a plus. The included scope is of poor quality.

    What others should know:

I also had problems with the magazines not fitting. A lot of deformity in the plastic molded part.
I sanded the side down that is opposite the clear cover. Take a new piece of about 300 grit sandpaper, lay that on something very flat, like your kitchen counter top. Slowly rub the magazines on the sandpaper. You will see where the plastic is raised up around the edges. Maintaining an even pressure, sand down the surface until you see there is a uniform surface, no shiny molded showing.
Try inserting the magazines into the gun. If they are still too tight, sand off some more. They should slip in and out reasonably easy. They won't fall out because of the keeper ball engaging with the slot on the bottom of the magazines.

    Things I liked:

The price. You get a good air rifle with a scope for a very low price.

    Things I would have changed:

The ease of inserting the magazine.

    What others should know:

The instructions for inserting the magazine are minimal. I had a hard time figuring it out. Look at the picture on the box. Also it is a very tight fit.

Love the rotary magazine works flawlessly.

    Things I would have changed:

N/A fyi-if you want to shoot Crossman Co2 cartridges you will need to put a thin spacer between the cartridges.

    What others should know:

It is incredibly accurate, not kidding, 5th Award Rifle Expert and i am impressed how you can keyhole one shot after another.

    Things I liked:

I am glad I ordered this Fusion 2 before reading all the reviews with leak issues, magazine faults, and CO2 cartridge problems. I upgraded to a good 3x9 scope with parallax adjustment. My gun will shoot a 1" group consistently at 25 yards as long as I wait at least 30 seconds between shots. This is because CO2 changing from liquid to gas with each shot causes the cartridge to cool off which then lowers the pressure of each shot which lowers the accuracy with it. I leave the bottom 12 gram cartridge in the adaptor and only insert one new 12 gram cartridge. This gives me 3 magazines or 27 shots before the pressure drops off. This way I am not leaving CO2 in the gun and I do not waste much CO2 by venting through the air release. I use Crosman 12 gram cartridges with no issues yet but I can see that the pressure release screw threads could be a leaker in the future. If this occurs then it will be JB weld time and it will function like all the other CO2 guns with no pressure release.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be nice to have a HPA option so I could get away from the CO2 time delay between shots. Also there would be more consistent shots from day to day when the ambient temperature is different. Realize that CO2 pressure is totally temperature dependent. See online CO2/Temperature charts for a big insight into the difference of 40-110 degrees.

    What others should know:

I shoot the 10.5 grain Crosman domed pellets only. This gun has plenty of pressure for this heavier pellet. If you place the magazine on a flat surface and load a pellet into hole 1 and then rotate mag CCW to hole 2 and continue on until all 9 holes have a pellet it is quick and easy. Note that any pellets that are tight or that fall through should be removed and used in your single shot break barrel gun. Loose pellets will jam the magazine regularly. Do not be surprised at the difference in pellets from the same tin.

    Things I liked:

Light weight, accurate, quiet, Plastic stock seems very well made, and well designed and durable on first Look only time will tell but also seems very solid stock. M-slots on bottom and side of forearm of stock great for mounting Laser, or light, or bipod. Bluing was good condition.

    Things I would have changed:

The Plastic scope i could have done without, a version sold without scope for a few bux cheaper, or Provide the M-loc Nuts and a couple of short pieces of Rail for the slotted areas for attachments. Trigger Needs Sear Adjustment, Which it has. and needs a Lighter trigger spring to be more accurate.

    What others should know:

My Fusion2 upon cleaning the barrel it was the Filthiest barrel i have ever seen, with a thick grimy substance having to pull about 16 patches through the bore, that was VERY Dirty, thick and Grimey. Also Dirty inside the 2x Co2 adaptor, i used a dowel and a T-shirt to clean it out. The trigger is Adjustable, but the action needs to be taken Out of the stock to access the Sear adjustment at the back of the trigger group, Also the Trigger return spring is VERY Very STIFF a Ball Point Pen Spring, is a good replacement for a Nice LIGHT trigger.

    What others should know:

I purchased the Umarex Fusion 2 based on reviews. I did consider the reviews that mentioned some problems with the pellet magazine. I wish I had paid more attention.
I purchased this air rifle because of the low noise level. I live close to homes in my neighborhood.
It is quiet and very accurate when it works. I have no problem with loading a magazine and inserting it into the rifle. That is where the rifle fails for me. I pull the bolt back, slide it forward and it stops before it can be fully inserted. The pellet goes into the chamber but is damaged. The back of the pellet is deformed. I then have to pry the pellet back out of the chamber. I have tried 4 different pellet types with the same disappointing result.
I finally gave up and the rifle has a proper place in the back of my closet. I purchased a different rifle that works consistently. As far as I am concerned the Umarex Fusion 2 is a waste of my money

    Things I liked:

The gun is quite accurate, balance is good, and the included scope is actually not bad. It is also quiet.

    Things I would have changed:

Suggestions to Umarex: 1) Make it so the gun will work with any CO2's. Crossman CO2's don't always both pierce. 2) Modify the magazines. All the ones I have (2 that came with the gun as well as 3 others) are not easy to insert and one could not be installed. The part of the magazine that goes under the end of the barrel is to high.

    What others should know:

DO NOT BUY THE 88gram CO2 adapter which is advertised as working on this gun on the Umarex site and Amazon. Pyramid Air still shows a picture of the Fusion 2 under the heading of "Compatible with......" although "Fusion 2" is not listed anymore. THIS ADAPTER DOES NOT WORK. I talked to Umarex at length, and they admit that although the adapter was made specifically to work with this gun, it turns out that the pin on the gun is to large to activate the valve on the adapter. Whoever designed the adapter needs to go back to engineering school.
Hard to install magazines can be made to work well if you file a small amount of material off the part that slides under the end of the barrel. Don't worry, the magazine won't fall out after you do this since there is a spring loaded ball to keep it in place.

    Things I liked:

Very nice, inexpensive plinker. A lot of fun to shoot, the scope has held center since I first sighted it in. Not very picky about what pellets to use. Feels good in hand, light, quiet and a comfortable rifle that my 72 year old mother had no problem picking up and shooting a tin can with her first shot.

    Things I would have changed:

If I were the UX designer, I would say the the CO2 double cartridge tank really should have an accessible spot where it can be turned with a wrench to remove. The stock should be partially removable to allow easier access for inserting and removing the 88g CO2 cartridge. I also purchased the CO2 saver for the 88g cartridges, but it was unusable because of the lack of access. Would require a wrench to unscrew the CO2 Saver from the gun without unscrewing the CO2 cartridge from the saver, but it is set so deep in the stock that a wrench is not an option. Also, the magazine fits loosely onto the gun, it should be a more snug fit for exact alignment with the bolt to load the next pellet. The bolt action is very finicky and I find myself constantly adjusting the magazine while pushing and pulling the bolt to attempt to load.

    What others should know:

I like this gun, lots of shots from the 88g CO2 cartridges (didn't count, but had to be over 150 maybe over 200), and the fact that it was accurate and quiet are great qualities for a back yard plinker, and its not too powerful, which is really a plus when teaching young shooters. It is good, but would be great with a few design adjustments. The tricky bolt/magazine combination has made me put this one down and pick up a different air gun repeatedly. I have several options for air guns at the house but only two CO2 powered rifles, and my niece, who cannot yet operate a break barrel, favors the Crosman 1077 over this CO2 gun. I may try the Ruger 10/22 CO2 rifle next and see if that is any better.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate with right pellet. Crosman Piranha pellets were terrible. You could see the pellets spiral to the right. But stacked cheap daisy wadcutters. Light, quiet, and easy to handle.

    Things I would have changed:

Smoother, more positive loading of mags into rifle. My only big complaint. They are a tight fit and you must be careful to fully seat. Oh and no bolt stop when mag empty. My 12g cartridge holder leaked. 88g cylinders worked fine.

    What others should know:

    Good value.

The feel and pointability are awesome. Accuracy was surprisingly well.

    Things I would have changed:

It is what it is for the price. has a long trigger pull.

    What others should know:

Best accuracy is with domed pellets. I use the 8gr pellets. The truth is on the box. 700 fps with alloy pellets. 600 fps with 7gr lead pellets. The gun has a real long trigger pull but you get use to it. The makes a little pop when fired. But your gonna get that with most guns

    Things I liked:

Gun is very accurate up to 30 yards, as well as out to 50 yards with a little Arkansas elevation. The included scope is actually pretty good. Being able to use 2 CO2s is great seeing as you will shoot a lot of pellets with the 9 round magazines.

    Things I would have changed:

Change the CO2 system so that Crossman cartridges work better. They don't always both pierce. Umarex Customer service says it is due to the neck on the Crossman cartridges being shorter than those on Umarex or other brand cartridges. Umarex suggested putting a dime between the two cartridges, and while that helped it did not always ensure they would both pierce. Also, screwing the CO2 cap on far enough is difficult if you don't open the air bleed screw a little, but when you do you will loose some of the CO2.

    What others should know:

You can run this gun with one cartridge by inserting a used one with a new one.

    Things I liked:

This one is amazingly accurate with my 12yd target setup. Better than my Beeman 1085 .22 and the Diana Stormrider .177. The weather warmed up at New England and I will take it out to to the backyard and do the 30yr test soon.

    Things I would have changed:

it leaks! When using the 2 12g CO2 cartridges, I can only get less than 50 shots, then a few more shots with the pellet dropping below the intended target and then it is done, so total it is around 55 shots. And guess what, half the time I can't tighten the relief valve enough to stop the leak, I can still hear a very faint hissing sound from the relief valve. I tried to put an O-ring in, and it didn't do any help. So when the leak happened, I can get a little over 40 shots, that's it! I also tried to use the 88g cartridge, I only get 140 shots before the pellet stopped coming out of the barrel.

    What others should know:

I've contacted Umarex today and asked them how to get the leak fixed, since I have no idea now where the leak is (or, where the leaks are!). Before I get the issue solved, I will just use 1 new 12g CO2 cartridge every time, but leave the first empty cartridge remaining in the housing. By doing this, I get around 27 shots for 1 new 12g CO2 cartridge.
