    Things I liked:

I'm a retired NYS gunsmith with twenty years experience. This is one of fourteen assorted replica firearms I've purchased from Pyramyd Air and like all the others the quality, the price, the realism, and the attention to detail is exceptional.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

This replica is the next best thing to the original firearm.

    Things I liked:

The full auto mod was easy to do and I love it ,wish had bigger tank for co2 it's a hog shoots we'll never jam I've shot over 1000 rounds. Once you learn sights it shoots predictable

    Things I would have changed:

Add a hopper for bb's loading is a pain

    What others should know:

Buy plenty of co2 on full auto one clip equals one 12g co2

    Things I liked:

This gun is nice and heavy, and all the important bits are made of metal. The sights are very usable and the folding stock is nice to have.

    Things I would have changed:

This gun keeps firing when the magazine is empty; I personally don't like this, since it detracts from the realism. And especially since you need all the shots you can get with this gun.

    What others should know:

This thing is a real CO2 hog; I get about 35 shots per CO2 cartridge in semi-auto. However, it kicks harder than any other CO2 gun I've shot, so it's worth it!

    Things I liked:

Heft and feel are very realistic. Blowback is awesome. Looks and almost sounds like the real thing. Packaging is very good (dense styrofoam in cardboard). Operation is authentic (fires from open bolt position) - except full-auto selector is in-op until you do the full-auto modification (which voids any warranty).

    Things I would have changed:

Make the full auto setting available out of the box without having to do a modification. Make a high-capacity clip and CO2 / HPA adapter. The cap for the CO2 cartridge compartment in the clip is made of plastic with a thin metal hex-head washer embedded in it to allow you to tighten it. Would an all metal end cap be too much to ask for? The thin washer embedded in plastic cap does't look like it will last too long - the manufacturer must recognize this as they include a spare.

    What others should know:

This thing looks extremely authentic - even up close. DO NOT carry outside in public off of a range or you may meet your local SWAT team in a bad way. It also EATS 12g CO2 cartridges - one per 20 round clip due to the blowback feature. The blowback is throwing a very heavy metal bolt backwards which creates a realistic recoil effect. The full auto modification is pretty simple and can be found on-line easily by a search engine. The clips are a little tedious to load and you will definitely want to buy a second if you intend to shoot this more than a few times a year. As I mentioned above, the cap for the CO2 cartridge compartment in the clip is made of plastic with a thin metal hex-head washer embedded in it to allow you to tighten it. This is the only flimsy component I can find (the gun and the extra clip comes with a spare cap). Definitely a hoot to shoot and even more so with the full auto modification.

    Things I liked:

Looks like and feels like the real thing.

    Things I would have changed:

Would like it to work right, fired a couple of shots and it emptied the Co2 cartridges on its own, like the valve stayed open. Thought maybe it was dry so another drop of oil on another cartridges and I got a few more shots off before it emptied again. The most I got up to was one magazine and that happened only once going through 9 cartridges.

    What others should know:

I have two other Umarex Legends and have had no problems at all, so I guess I just got the one that slipped through quality control. Pyramyd Air provided Fedex return shipping and is refunding my money, you can't ask for more than that. Great people to do business with!

    Things I liked:

Nice weight and feel. The blow back is awesome.

    Things I would have changed:

Get rid of the Auto restriction so one does not have to modify it. It only takes about 10 minutes to do but still.

    What others should know:

I ordered this on sale at Pyramyd and was surprised to find that my NEW gun appeared to be used. The box was not sealed, there was a BB rolling around in the body of the gun, and the cheap bb's that come with it were missing. Pyramyds answer? Send it back and they will replace it. Is it worth the hassle for a box of bb's? No. The gun did not have damage, just a bb rolling around in it which makes me think it may have been a return and not new as advertised. Quality control is not very good at the manufacturer or at Pyramyds level I guess.

The Look, the feel...nice and hefty. Real size!

    Things I would have changed:

GET RID of the plastic! I know, I know its cheaper to manufactur and it would increase cost, but....trust me...it WOULD be worth it! Also Better way to load magazine...simply awful, and larger capacity...say 100-200 rounds or so.....

    What others should know:

Fun little gun! Can be modified to fire full auto....(look it up on youtube)

Once converted to full auto, it is a lot of fun to rattle off full auto bursts. The recoil, metal and open bolt configuration adds to the realism.

    Things I would have changed:

Not very efficient with CO2 compared to other CO2 powered BB guns.

    What others should know:

    Full auto fun for $140.

    Things I liked:

Look & feel is authentic. A BLAST to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

Someone needs to come up with a "bulk CO2" adapter for this. You "burn" a 12 gr powerlet every 1.5 to 2.0 magazines of BBs. I hear there is a "bulk propane" adapter for this gun - less power - more economical - but can't find it anywhere - not even here.

    What others should know:

Very tedious to load the magazine with BBs - also an extra mag is about $45.00 -

    Things I liked:

I really like the violent blow-back action. Accuracy is outstanding. 2 inch groups at 10 yards with ease. Just a lot of fun fun fun!!!

    Things I would have changed:

The magazine release lever is not in a good spot for lefties. I pick up the gun and the HEAVY magazine comes flying out. Could be serious. I put a 1/2 long, 3/16, light coil spring under the lever and it stopped the problem. The factory spring is to light. Be careful if a leftie shoot yours without the mod.

    What others should know:

This gun is a blast however it comes at a cost. It gobbles up CO2's. I get about 30 strong shots per CO2. Worth every penny to me.

    Things I liked:

After awhile, the way the stock vibrates against my cheek leaves a red mark that makes me look like Mel Gibson in Braveheart. Chicks dig that.

    Things I would have changed:

Drop the (mostly unnoticeable) blowback in favor of better fuel consumption. This thing uses more gas than a 3-wheeled Edsel dragging a dead ox uphill.

    What others should know:

This really is a great gun deserving of all the positive reviews. Accurate for a smoothbore, (entire mag into 1/2" @ 10m) light-ish, predictable trigger, chronies pretty close to advertised velocity. (326fps indoors @ 65f) Is it worth every penny? If you get it on sale, heck yeah!!

    Things I liked:

I got this because I am never going to able to own a Uzi. This BB gun is just a hoot to shoot. I only had to lower the front sight one click to hit my soda can 40 ft away. The gun does move around some while shooting but I still can hit my soda can with no problem. I like the fact it uses the 12 gram CO2 cartridges as I can use a few CO2 cartridges to shoot and then park the gun away to shoot later. I like all the sounds and noises it makes while shooting and the feel of the gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing really as it is a BB gun for fun!

    What others should know:

Just be extremely careful where you wave this gun around. From a distance it looks like the real firearm. You don't want SWAT in your yard because your neighbor thought you went berserk or something. Its accuracy is pretty good as I can get some good placements on a target but I mostly shoot cans with it.

    Things I liked:

I am experienced enough with the actual 9mm firearm version to say that this replicates it very well in both form and function. Impressed with the accuracy for smoothbore bb gun. Full auto conversion+++ Even if it eats alot of CO2 its very inexpensive to shoot vs centerfire ammo . It's legal RNR!

    Things I would have changed:

Too much is not enuff! More Power/fps, More capacity 50rnds, More metal construction. There is enough metal like the slide to give decent heft but really would prefer the all metal frame. Beefed up metal internals would help with longevity. I really would like a beefier all metal striker/firing pin with a stronger spring. I bulk aired mine but must regulate the air below 850psi (bulk air defeats the realism) Wish for spare parts avail! esp.mag seals and mag piston valve. These mags can be hit and miss for leakage, you must treat them with care. (better QA) A FIFTY RND MAG WOULD BE PERFECT TO MATCH THE GAS CONSUMPTION, They should offer accessories , a matching "faux" suppressor would be awesome and would approximate realistic firing even more! Would like choice of different length barrels like the uzi compact rifle/pistol combo. Wishful that they had a rifled barrel lead pellet firing mag high power version of this gun!

    What others should know:

I have three of these and shot tons of bbs through all of them, they all have held up fairly well but the first and second ones are showing some wear. #2 has been pretty abused with bulk air and various mods to the piston valve, strikers and springs yet it still is functional. The internals always seemed a bit iffy to me and I never expected to last the continued and heavy use that I have subjected. Majority of failures always attributed to the magazine and its piston valve and/or failure of the hard rubber mag gasket. These parts should be avail. for routine maintenence. Leaking mags are a bummer. I have had a mag that I could leave charged a week or more and then others that you could barely reload fast enough before the air is gone. Also double check and locktite all the screws. The rear windage especially prone to driftage. It needs a detent or something otherwise the open sights are excellent! This is a great novelty bb gun. I can see the appeal to those who collect reproduction firearms. Its fun to shoot too! Just use good judgement where you shoot as not to alarm others, with a fake suppresor it would easily be mistaken for afirearm except if not ejecting brass casings! Loading bbs and co2 is generally quicker/easier than similar qty of actual cartridges. Certainly cheaper. This bb gun is best used by adults and shouldn't be mishandled as the potential for accidental discharge is greater than other airguns . Give this the same respect as any full auto firearm.

    What others should know:

it looks like you could make it bulk air using the steel storm adapter. by the way the steel force uses the same adapter.p.s.it is very easy to make the uzi full auto.you do not need to remove grips but you do need to remove the bolt

    Full Auto Baby!

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing except make it full auto out of the box but the conversion honestly only took about 5 minutes with a pair of toe nail clippers and a needle file.

    What others should know:

This gun has a cool factor like no other bb gun I've ever seen. Really fun. I have to admit at full auto you really only get about one magazine per CO2 cartridge but the fun factor is way out there! You would be very hard pressed to tell this from the real thing on even fairly close inspection. Even firing it it is pretty loud with recoil and with the C02 vapor it's almost convincing as a real uzi "Almost" I'd recommend it to anyone. Just one thing, Make sure the knurled barrel nut is tight, Mine vibrated loose on the first couple of magazines and caused a couple of jams but once I realized the nut had worked loose I just tightened it again and it has functioned perfectly ever since, Never came loose again. Just a fun gun!
