Awesome pellet for "blasting" squirrels. Using 0.22 Marauder to shoot fox squirrels (larger than gray squirrels) at 20-25 yards. I have noticed a big difference in the way squirrels "react" when hit with Crow Mags vs Crossman Premier Hollowpoints 14.3 grain. When the squirrel is hit with the Crossman pellet (usually in the shoulder or upper thorax), they usually jump, run up the tree, hesitate, and then keel over (falling off the tree trunk). But, when they are hit with the Crow Mag (shoulder or upper thorax region), they basically topple over (or knocked out of the tree) and twitch once or twice. Upon examination of the pellet wound, the CPH creates a clean hole in the superficial soft tissues (with a small amount of hemorrhage of the superficial soft tissues). The Crow Mag pellet entrance wound is different. While there is a hole in the superficial soft tissues, there is also a fair amount of soft tissue edema and hemorrhage along the periphery of the hole. This is obviously due to the impressive expansion of the Crow Mag pellet. I would bet that internally (or after the pellet penetrates the tough squirrel pelt) the zone of tissue devitalization with the Crow Mags is more substantial than the CPH. Squirrel heads shots with the Crow Mags work very well too. They just topple over and twitch once or twice. These pellets appear uniform, clean, and consistent.
Things I would have changed:In a perfect world, these pellets would be cheaper (and come in a better tin and in larger quantities). I only use the Crow Mags when trying to shoot squirrels (or crows). Otherwise, I use the Crossman Premier hollowpoints as everyday plinking (or wasting) pellets. As for the accuracy of the Crow Mags, they work well with my Marauder at 20-25 yards. For me accuracy is hitting the squirrel somewhere from the top of the head to around shoulder level. For distances greater than 25 yards? I can't really answer because I probably couldn't hit a squirrel out that far (just a beginner shooter here) - even with a perfect pellet and conditions. I would have to defer to others with more experience (and better shooting technique).
What others should know:After reading so many glowing reviews of the Crow Magnum pellets, I am happy that my Marauder and these pellets are compatible (not the same story for my Remington NPSS). The local squirrel population has taken a dive because of these pellets. I am sure my neighbor would appreciate this pellet too (squirrels got into their attic space - just above the master bedroom).

they hit very hard and shoot consistently and accurate. Have test shot several test and have all expanded on impact. They hit target hard on impact, a lot of knock down force. All the pellets are uniform and have not found any misshapen are damaged in tin.
Things I would have changed:Nothing.....
What others should know:Would work good for hunting and fun to use on targets

The best squirrel pellet i have used so far in a Gamo Whisper. Great knock down and done. My shots tend to be close at 20 yards or less so accuracy is excellent with these pellets - easily within 3/4 inch open sight. Every pellet fits snug.
Things I would have changed:Just like everybody else a screw on lid. Save your screw on cans.

Heavy, hard hitting pellet with a large hollow point expansion cup.
Things I would have changed:Nothing at all!
What others should know:These pellets shoot accurately, and have a large hollow point cavity for maximum expansion. Shooting at modeling clay confirmed this. Just a fantastic, all around hunting pellet!

Things I would have changed:I wouldn't change a thing. Maybe make them cheaper?
What others should know:This is a nice, heavy pellet with a large hollow point cavity for great expansion. They will impart a tremendous amount of energy to their target. Superb hunting pellet- accurate and heavy hitting.

What others should know:I tried these in my .22 Walther Falcon Hunter with air piston. Very inconsistent. 1 shot dead on - next shot 8-12" low. They seem to seat very well - they just don't work in this gun. My best success with this rifle comes with the Predator 18gr Polymags - extremely accurate and hard hitting.

For whatever reason I like to change from one pellet to another. The other one is the crowmag. This pellet hits with a sound that lets you know that it hit the target, in this case a squirrel. I have found the pellet in a few squirrels with no expanding to a fair amount. This just like the kodiaks they are hard hitters. Great for hunting.

What others should know:I tried it with the following rifles: Air Arms Talon, RWS 460 Magnum, Evanix AR6, Evanix Take Down, Discovery, Sumatra... With non of them the pellet worked well. Do not wasit your money, buy kodiak extra heavy with all rifles kodiaks are accurate.

Things I would have changed:The price is a tad high....but you get what you pay for.

Good consistency from can to can and shot to shot. It is hard for me to compare with other ammo because since I got my 22 cal I have shot no others. Now on my 6th can. I shot the first 4 cans with the Beeman RS-2 and have upgraded to the Benjamin Trail NP Nitro Piston. This pellet is deadly accurate in both guns.
Things I would have changed:Screw lid on the can and maybe 1000 pellet volume deal.
