hit a crow in the neck about 50-100' gave it take some' i used a gamo shadow 1000 with a semi good rest off a wire

I like the fact that I can shoot a skunk at 30 yards and not get sprayed!

The metal is too soft.

The problem with these pellets is the fact that the metal is so soft that they deform really easy. I was having problems with mine jamming too until i realized what was reall happening. If you have a sliding magazine like my cheap crosman and its fully loaded when you pump it, the pellets (or any pellet for that matter) tend to fall back just enough to hit the rear of the chamber and slightly bend the skirt and thats what causes most pellts to jam. Solution: I dont fully load my magazine, just enough that none of the pellets are sticking outside of the air rifle.. Overall: I love it!!!

PRODUCTION CONSISTENCY, huge wings on the skirt from manufacture, no 2 seem to fit the same.

I bought 1 tin and used maybe 20. Very inconsistent production, jammed in my remington airmaster 77, and would not cycle in my walther CPSport

These have been the answer to my on going raccoon problem. These are the only pellets I have found that will consistantly penetrate a coon skull for a quick kill. I wish they would make these in a .25 cal. That would be a good move on GAMOs behalf.

If your looking for some massive penatration,this is what you want.I shot a phone book with several different pellet sizes and weights and this is the only one that ripped right through it! The book was about 2 inches thick and compressed. That steel BB makes a big difference.

maybe the price,they are expensive if you plan on doing much shooting with them

This is the most accurate pellet in my RWS 850. I've tried over 20 different pellets at 30 yards distance, this gave me the best result at 0.034 c.t.c (3-shot group) and 0.257 (5-shot group). It sure was a surprise to me due to many negative reviews I've read here.

Package this in a 500-pellet tins and lower the price. :)

This might not be the pellet for you airgun, but it certainly works in my RWS 850.

They look very cool .But do not let looks decieve you.

Quailty control is none.Out of 150 2/3 were usable out of the box! The rest had such bad casting wings on both sides from head to skirt that you never really know where they might fly.Like others have said each pellet is a different size.Shooting a Tuned Crosman Quest 1000X (scoped)sighted in at 30 yards with 1/4 in. groups these things had a hard time hitting a 4x4 ft. sheet of plywood.Maybe I got a bad batch??But you be the judge!

If you are a sincere target shooter or a small game hunter do not waste your money on these pellets.They are totally unpredictable.If you still have a bug to buy them look into the see thru tin and check out the pellets for yourself.You will see the casting wings down most pellets which will cause them to fly like a hand thrown model airplane with no tail.Remember if you can not hit the target what good are they?

smooth and a good shot from my gamo nitro and a litle bit heavy my gun is sighted for 36 yards for acuret shot on pbc ammo but i can hit a squral from half range becuase of the heavyness of the pellet

packs of 150? this makes no sence put in like 500... and there a litle bit exspencive for 150

dont even buy if you only shoot at one distence it would not be worth it

Great penetration, works very well with my Smith & Wesson model 686 - 6". I can easily hit a dime size group at 10 meters.

The skirt has variation, improved quality control required here as they either fit snug or loose in the magazine. This does not pose a problem however consistency would be nice.

Great for hunting.

Power to the airpistols......Man!!! First mission with my Crosman C40S...POW!! down go the criminal cotton tail (caught chopp'n up my crops). Even my cheap china made air rifle got a kill at range (30 yds). looking forward to deep fried rabbit this winter....

Quality control, too many rejects per tin. Whatever happen to 250 shots per tin.. El Gamo??? That lid!!!!

Penetration is out standing. From a RWS model 52 it will go completly through 1/8 inch plywood at 30 yards. The tight fit of about 70% of the pellets pick up the rifeling twist to produce a 1/4 inch group at 30yards using a gun vise.

The standards for production seem to be low. The skirt size varies WAY too much. It's like the three bears. some are too big, some are too small, and about 70% are juuust right.

These pelets are for hunting. Make no mistake.

I possibly could've just got a bad batch but, the lid of the tin on mine doesnt screw on at all, the pellets leave your fingers very, VERY dark after handling just a few, and half of them are so loose they slip out of the barrel of my Gamo shadow 1000 before I can close the barrel.

Look good, accurate enough with Pardini K58. The ball leave great impact mark on various hard surfaces. Nice screw cap tint box.

The ball could be bigger. Skirt have fabrication mark. Not enough pellet per box.

Should make cross mark to let the ball open the pellet head for great hit!

shockingly powerfull out of my walther CP99 so much more effective than led this pellet these hit HARD. shot against a concrete wall there was hardly any distortion to the pellet at all , if it were all lead it would be flatted onto a dime

150 pellets per tin is not nearly enough, and the casting quality is very poor most pellets have seems, in addtion to that the size of the pellets varies the CP99 has a rotary clip some of the pellets where so tight I could not seat them in the clip and others were so loose the completely passed thru the clip with no resistance

when all is said and done this pellet gave me new respect for a .177 pistol

These pellets are shockingly accurate through a CFX, as well as having terrific knockdown power at medium range. A single center of mass shot serves to dispatch squirrels very humanely.

The seams on the lead portion of the pellet where the cast came together. Also, more rounds per tin would be great.
