Ballistic coefficient is killer, 1.5in higher than most diabolo and tipped pellets at 25yds and 2in at 30yds.
Things I would have changed:Some poor skirts but not bad over all.
What others should know:They maintain tons of energy and shoot super flat in magnum sprinters. Shooting at 830fps, 27.5FPE out of my gamo magnum and .5in for 5 shots at 31yds.

The pellets in tin are very clean and shiny. They fit perfectly in my Gamo Urban magazine. Extremely accurate ( 3/8 c c @28 yrds) Chrony avg 858 fps.
Things I would have changed:Not a thing
What others should know:This pellet now slides into my #1 position for hunting. Nudging past the H-N Terminator. The Sniper Magnum just smashes squirrels. Just a shot, pop, and drop! Quick humane kill! I love H-N pellets. The .177 version of this pellet is fantastic also

Just like the 18 grain jsb pellets out of my hatsan 125 vortex. I am impressed, I was not expecting these to be just as accurate as the jsb 18 grain pellets out of my air rifle.
Things I would have changed:Get on it H&N, get a bigger tin and load more than 200 or 250 pellets into a tin. H&N Barracuda pellets only come in 200 count tins in .22. Sniper magnum pellets only come in 250 count tins in .22. Put them in 500 count tins. No wonder I always get jsb pellets before H&N.
What others should know:sometimes the pellets you are expecting to be inaccurate, are very accurate. That's why you have to test pellets. In my case these are very accurate. I'm glad I gave them a chance.

Things I would have changed:Larger tin, lower price!
What others should know:In my rifle, (FX Independence), these are the most accurate pellet I've tried. They are better than the vaunted JSB (15 or 18 gr) and appear to have a better ballistic coefficient than the 18gr. JSB as the POI was approximately 2" higher at 50 yards then the JSB. The heads on the tin I received were all quite large with is good for me, I can re-size them to whatever I settle on as best. I really like these.

Even though the pic on the tin shows a long pellet, not so. That is the .177 They are actually slightly shorter than the JSB 18's. I have gotten stellar accuracy and superior wind bucking and less drop on my 80 yard range even in 20-25 mph wind, when compared to my all time favorite's the JSB 18's. They are more accurate than the AA 16 gr (JSB's), but very slightly less so than the 18 jsb's. At 50 yards, the JSB is under 1/2" for me, and these new offerings from H&N are slightly over 1/2. With the give better BC for less wind drift, and less drop at range, I am very impressed! KnifeMaker
Things I would have changed:Same as everyone else. Higher count tins. H&N use to come in 500 count tins. No longer, at least in the USA. With the 250 ct. tins, they cost far too much!
What others should know:They drop less at extended ranges than the 16 gr. JSB's!

What others should know:I have been looking for an accurate .22 caliber pellet for my Gamo Bone Collector Maxxim, for over 8 months. I have tried more than 20 different brands, weights and styles: JSB, Air Arms, RWS, Crosman, Gamo, and other H&N.
I read an article on these new H&N Sniper pellets, and found the design to be interesting. Although the price is what I would consider very high (all H&N pellets are overpriced in my opinion), I decided to give these a try.
My Gamo Bone Collector Maxxim posted the following statistics over a 10 shot string:
Average Velocity: 624.11 fps
Standard Deviation: 2.82 fps
Spread: 9 fps
Energy: 15.62 fpe
5 shot groups produced the following:
10 Yards: .344 inches
22 Yards: .577 inches
This is the 2nd best pellet I have found for my rifle. Only the Gamo Red Fire pellets are as good or better. However, I will not shoot the Gamo Red Fires as they are far too expensive (.08/pellet) and I do not feel the polymer tip penetrates good enough on tough objects.

The most accurate shooting pellets I have ever had absolutely outstanding. They are dead on out to 70 yards and probably further. I have not shot past 70 yards yet but no other pellet has come close to this one in either of my two guns.
Things I would have changed:I would like to see 500 in a can !
What others should know:This is the only pellet that shoots accurately in both of my air rifles!!!

They look really uniform. Like higher quality crosman premiers
Things I would have changed:Came covered in some sort of light oil. Skirts are too big for most rifles
What others should know:These are the worst shooting pellets in my RWS 54. They shot terrible in my Hatsan 125 as well. Not sure if they just dont fit my guns, or are incredibly overrated as long range pellets in general. I've yet to see someone shoot them well past 10yds...

This pellet was making sub dime groups, at 10 yards, with a Benjamin NP XL 1100.
Things I would have changed:Not sure, other than making a pellet more accurate by giving it a boat tail...but this isn't practical. Almost has the shape of a bullet, but still has the skirt of a pellet. With a velocity of over 800fps, this pellet is hitting with 25 FPE.
What others should know:Not sure there is anything else you guys should know about this pellet. The Benjamin NP XL 1100 I have is so far shown to be very accurate with 18 grain pellets. Any pellet in the sub 15 grain weight category, isn't as accurate, most land in the 1" to 1.25" group at 10 yards.

They penetrate well through fluid medium(water) and penetrate okay not as good as 21.1 grain barracudas through 1/4 pine board so for hunting small mammals and birds they shine due to energy transfer bullet head shape and penetration due to low fluid drag due to elongated mid section
Things I would have changed:need to be longer height to be more stable in flight, shots become erratic after 20 yards wants to yaw
What others should know:fun to shoot recommend saving for hunting small mammals only as other pellets available are cheaper for target shooting and birds

For the size of the pellet it is very consistent in its shape and weight being 18 Grains. I can see the manufacturing process, is one that guarantees accurate results. The shape of this pellet allowed me to reach out to a max of 100 yards accurately. I held 1 3 shot 1/2" group at 100 yards and another 3....groups.. 2... 3/4" Groups at 75 yards and 1...3/4 Group at 100 yard's I believe the 2 groups at 75 yards the gun was at about 2500 Psi using my condor .22 Cal Custom and it was dropping steady.
Things I would have changed:Maybe add some weight and perhaps if they dont have one in .25 cal this would be a great heavy pellet in this caliber. I think at long range it aould do well in 25 cal. The aerodynamics of this pellet and design have been tested in the Promethius Pellets in much lighter weight and material...The new lead pellet design and the dies allowed for a shorter pellet and added weight to this style pellet. EXCELLENT PELLET!
What others should know:Using a higher power airgun will help maximize accuracy and overall results. I chose to use my Airforce Condor because I like to shoot the 18 grain pellets out at these distances. Using the higher power air guns of will definitely give you an advantage especially at around 50 yards, when hunting small game. I'm going to try to go back to my favorite spot this evening and do some hunting to see if I can get some rabbits...After testing this pellet out on some big lemons, I was able to split 4 of them at 50 yards with plenty stoping power..left behind the pellet at about 2100 Psi..

I like the consistency of quality. All of the pellets are smooth and the skirts were all perfectly formed for a good seal, which provided consistent velocity and accuracy.I first received these with a Hatsan AT44 QE Long combo package from PA. These really perform well in this rifle.
Things I would have changed:Nothing.

Shoots great out of my HW 100k and my LW barreled 22xx builds. Shooting at 50 yards , these pellets produce nickle size 10 shot groups.
Things I would have changed:Always , lower cost.
What others should know:These pellets are very uniform, and should shot well in any .22 cal. PCP
