Things I liked:

Not a thing.

Things I would have changed:

Buying them.

What others should know:

I first bought these pellets about a year ago and they were fabulous. These quickly became my go to pellets for several of my rifles including my HW30, HW50 and my BSA R10 MKII. 1 hole accuracy in all of them on my indoor 10 meter range and fewer flyers than my old standby JSB 8.4 Diablos. I I recently ordered 2 more tins of these and the packaging was different than previous tins and so was the accuracy. These pellets went from single hole groups at 10 meters to 1 inch groups at the same distance, and not just in one rifle but in all my rifles!! I did not have any of the previous pellets to compare these to but they are definitly different than before. The domes seem a bit rough and I think the skirts are thicker than before. Whatever they changed on these was not for the better, they are absolutely terrible now and will be used for chrono testing only now. What a shame as these were readily available (compared to the JSB) and were cheaper. AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    Things I liked:

The design, weight and b.c. of these pellets is why I purchased them. The only problem is my rifle does not like them, as far as accuracy goes. They are deep penetrating, but have very little expansion. My groups made with these, make my rifle a 15 to 20 yard hunting rifle. They are still worth a try, but I don't think these make a good hunting pellet. The b.c. would make them great for long range, had the accuracy been better.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

    Nice long distance design.

Quality! Definitely quality pellets! Accurate one after another, and all are consistently produced. I'll be back for more!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing at all.

    What others should know:

If you want a quality pellet, consistent accuracy... Yup, right here. God bless, and be safe everyone.

    Things I liked:

I bought these to test in my Daisy/Winchester 1100. I don't bench rest for groups but I do practice constantly on 1" gongs at various ranges. The incidence of hits has gone up at all ranges. Improved accuracy over the Crosman pointed pellets I was using. This pellet turned a good 25 yard gun into a solid 35 yard gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Better packaging. The sniper medium has a thin skirt that is easily deformed. The pellets are consistent but need sorting for damaged skirts.

    What others should know:

These did not shoot well in my Crosman 2100 or my legacy 1000.

    Things I liked:

H&N makes superb pellets. The Sniper Line is no exception. I have lots of all weights and sizes; Magnum, Medium and Light. Each finds the barrel and power that maximizes its potential for accuracy. The "barrel" shape seems very well purposed for a stable flight and very good accuracy whether it is form H&N or their competitor, the JSB Monster series.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much to change with these rounds, for they meet the purpose for which they are manufactured. We always would like them cheaper, but who would not?

    What others should know:

I try and match the power output of the arm to the pellet and vice versa. My new RWS 430L really makes the most of this pellet in my 10 M basement range. Consistently shoot 10 rounds within the 7 ring and it is entirely possible to bury the 10 ring on a clean bull. I suspect that the dome nose and barrel overall shape would make for deep but not particularly wide wound channels on garden pests. My RWS 350 Fuererkraft Pro Compact loves the Magnums and Monsters in .177. My RWS 34 Panther in .22 likes the Magnums. My Crosman Nitro Venon Dusk, however likes the Lights. What this says is that this is a stable and accurate round if one matches it to the power and barrel of the air arm.

    Things I liked:

Very uniform, accurate and they hold there velocity down range. I think it is due to the flatter sides compared to a standard diobolo shape.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

I compared these to the JSB 8.44's and they both weighed 8.5 on my scale. The Sniper mediums and JSB were the same fps from the muzzle but the Sniper mediums were 30fps faster at 25yrds. I will try to attach pictures.

    Things I liked:

Consistency is excellent. Dont let the low FPS of these pellets get in your way. They shoot flatter and hit harder than any pellets ive tried. The Beeman Chief pushes these at 725 fps and I use them for my 100 yard challenges. They are still giving enough foot pounds for small game at this distance.

    Things I would have changed:

    Not good for magazines.

    What others should know:

I get better accuracy at longer distance with these pellets and I'm not sure how that works, I'm sure someone knows. At 30 yards I get .8 inch group at 45 it's less than .5. I get 1.5 at 100 yards, no wind.

    Screwable Tin

    Things I would have changed:

I just bought a tin of these in February 2019 (Batch CN 180727.90804.18 D-34346). These pellets were of VERY POOR quality. The skirts were paper thin - thinner than any other pellets I've used. Many skirts were deformed, and some even had portions of the skirts missing (see the image I posted). I can't even use these pellets - a total waste of money.

    What others should know:

Avoid the current batch of these...

    Things I liked:

The heavier the round the more accurate it is, but at some point you hit diminishing returns. The Sniper Magnums were too heavy for my Umarex Fuel. The Sniper Lights are too light to maintain accuracy. These... Are DEAD ON at 60 YARDS! Best round I have ever put through my rifle!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing!

    What others should know:

Between my 7.9 grain hollow points and these, these are VASTLY more accurate and hit exponentially harder (by sound). These are BY FAR the best round out of the dozen or so I have tried in my well-used Umarex Fuel.

    Things I liked:

They are easy to seat in the very tight bore of my hatsan 125 and deliver the highest energy of any pellet I've tried. Also they handle supersonic speeds surprisingly well. 5 shot extreme spreads are single digit and 30yd groups at 1130 fps mv are nickel size or better. I am still trying to find a heavier(subsonic) pellet that delivers comparable terminal energy but until then, these pellets are the perfect medicine

    Things I would have changed:

The only thing I would really like to see different is another weight option between the 8.5 grain medium and the 15 grain magnum. The superior efficiency of this design in the baracuda weight class would be the best thing ever for these super magnum .177s

    What others should know:

I did get a few deformed skirts but still gave them 5 stars because for what these cost, I don't expect match grade consistency. I am overall still very impressed with these.

    Things I liked:

Extremely accurate pellet in my Beeman R10 in .177. I'm getting excellent grouping once the pellets are headsized. I'm getting approximately 895fps.

    Things I would have changed:

Different packing to protect pellet skirt.

    What others should know:

This pellet style shoots slightly over 15ft/lb in my springer while most other types yield from 13.5ft/lb to 14.1ft/lb. Somehow H&N has found a way to balance weight of pellet and reduce friction in barrel. I think it might be in the pellet skirt, as there is occasional damage that varies from slightly out of round to folded over. I tried the Sniper Magnums before purchasing the Sniper Mediums, the Magnums were tumbling at the target impact. My gun had a weak spring. After I replaced it the Magnums stablized but accuracy was mediocre. The Mediums have the right length and weight that it is a tack driver in my air rifle.

    Things I liked:

The rating I have give is for the newer label style tins, not the older label ones (which I would rate all 5's). Shot 3 tins with the older label bought from PA and they were utterly fantastic in my marauder, 0.2 inch 10 shot groups at 10 yards. Really unbelievable, However the latest tin I purchased (actually not from pyramid air) with the new style label on it is shooting horrendously. A lot of them need help being fully inserted int the magazine, seems like the skirt is too wide now, and they aren't as bright and shiny as before either. 10 yard groups with this latest batch is now literally 0.4 inches.... I was getting better than that at 25 yards with the old ones.

    Things I would have changed:

Fix them...They were soooo good before, but now I am hesitant to try them again.

    What others should know:

Try them and post your results, I would like to know if I just got a bad tin or what.

My Weihrauch .177 caliber guns all like this pellet. I get higher velocity with this 8.5 grain pellet than CPL or AA 7.87 grain, which is a good indication how the barrel power plant like the pellets fit. Very accurate, about 50% of the time it's THE pellet of choice for the gun.

    Things I would have changed:

    Cheaper ................ otherwise nothing.

    What others should know:

These pellet are harder and foul the barrel faster than JSB's. Must try for Weihrauch .177 caliber owners.........

    Things I liked:

Accuracy and great ballistic properties. I shot Dime size groups out to 40 yards on a calm day with my Diana 34. When zeroed at 20 yards, I get a trajectory that is flat (within one pellet diameter) from 17 to 37 yards! These are now my go-to pellets. H&N claims a ballistic coefficient of 0.029, which is significantly higher than JSB exacts (0.021). From my shooting experience with JSB and Sniper pellets, this seems to be the case. The higher ballistic coefficient results in a flatter trajectory, resistance to windage, and more FPE on target, compared to pellets of similar weight. The screw on lid to the tin is also nice.

    Things I would have changed:

A little expensive, but given the performance, still a good deal.

    What others should know:

I found that seating the pellet just inside the breach of my Diana 34 was necessary to produce the best performance. I use the pellet seater that came with the Air Venturi pellet pen for this purpose. If I didn't seat the pellets in this way, the pellet produced some nasty vertical stringing at 40 yards.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate in my HW rifles and pistols. Very efficient trajectory, with predictable holdover at longer ranges. Several pellets had slightly damaged skirts, but since I was punching paper, I shot them at my 20 yard target "as is" and noticed no "flyers". I attribute this to the very thin skirt edge that appears to blow itself back out under the shot pressure in water trap recovered pellets that I purposely damaged.

    Things I would have changed:

Cost is always a factor, these seem slightly high for this type of pellet.

    What others should know:

These pellets seem very forgiving in a variety of my airguns, plus they are available in three weights that I am aware of.
