Our tech department has provided these directions on how to change your 7-joule rifle to almost 16 joules (it's a 2-step process):
The air transfer port adjustment is right under the 16-joule max line in the 6th picture shown on this page. There's a small button head screw with a 2mm Allen head there. Once that screw is removed, you can get to an even smaller set screw that can be turned out with a 1.5mm Allen key. Turning the screw counterclockwise will increase the air flow from the valve to the barrel.
The second adjustment is in the rear of the receiver, located just below the bolt. The stock needs to be removed for this adjustment. It requires the use of a special tool that comes with your gun.
This screw is represented in the CZ manual (which is also linked on this page) as part number 22. Turning this screw clockwise adds tension to the hammer spring. Put the stock back on your gun. You're done!
You'll never regret buying an Air Arms airgun! The guns are known for their quality and accuracy. The T200 Sporter will give you pinpoint accuracy...if you do your part, this air rifle will deliver spectacular results on target!

The stock on this gun and the bluing on the barrel is beautiful. Also, this gun is very accurate at 10m. It may be accurate at longer distances, I just havent shot it further than 10m. Also, once you get the trigger dialed in, it is REALLY nice.
Things I would have changed:Length of pull is a little short for an adult and not adjustable. Some spacer pads would be nice.
What others should know:Ive Had this rifle for over a year and havent had any trouble with it and Im very happy with it. Im Itching to try it at 25yds or maybe further. At 10m the RWS meisterkugeln rifle group pretty well for me.

This is a light weight small rifle, and extremely accurate. I have only worked with it one afternoon where i sighted in off a sand bag on bench at 10 meters. Nice trigger. I appreciate that it is a pcp and i do not have to do the break barrel thing. I do not know how many shots off one pressurization, but it is probably over 35 shots, maybe 50 shots.
Things I would have changed:The sights that come with the gun are made of plastic and do not seem up to par quality wise. But I must say that they functioned well. Time will tell if the sights hold position and are rugged enough for my use.
What others should know:My wife who does not shoot, made a very impressive target at 10 meters shooting off a sand bag. This shows how stable the gun is. I think she shot a half inch group at 10 meters! Pretty impressive for a 63 year old non shooter. To me, only accurate guns are fun, this is not powerful, but deadly accurate. So it is fun to shoot. I have not shot with a scope, I am using the sigts that come with the rifle. It is very intuitive how to line up the sights, great gun for someone learning to shoot. I have not shot the gun in competition, but i think it the gun would do as well as any shooter could expect. The gun is more accurate than this shooter, and probably most of us.

Accuracy, Build quality, Accuracy, Adjustable trigger, Accuracy, Sights, Accuracy and did I mention, it is quite accurate.
Things I would have changed:It is a bit short, but it is a sporter. After shooting it for about a month the only thing I wish it had is a regulator, not that critical but it would be nice.
What others should know:I am 5-10 and average reach, yes it is short but I got used to it pretty quick. it is actually quite comfortable to shoot. It is not inexpensive but I forgot all about price after shooting it for about a half hour. It is not very pellet picky at all, groups well with a variety of pellets, different points of impact, but still tight groups. I find it way more fun to shoot something more accurate than I am, than vice-versa. I have trouble putting it down.......
