Hammerli Pneuma Elite 10 Air Rifle

Very comfortable shooting gun. There are a lot of features on this gun.

A hammer debouncer and a good silencer would be very good additions. This is a loud gun. Plus it would be nice to be able to get more shots on one filling of the air cylinder.

Accurate, well designed air gun. Smooth lever action works well with no problems. I am getting .70" accuracy @ 50 yards shooting at an indoor range and I don't think this rifle is broken in. I'm shooting 7.9 CP's, and 9.3 RWS Superdome's both performed equally well. Perhaps a heavier pellet such as a JSB or a heavier CP will do better but that is all I had on hand in .177.

The manometer is located at the end of the air reservoir and I don't like looking down the end of the barrel to see how much air is left. I'm sure they do this because the reservoir is detachable which is a nice feature, but I would prefer the manometer location elsewhere.

I have mine scoped and I removed the rear site to accommodate the bell of my scope. If you have a large bell scope you will need medium to high rings because the mounting rail is low. Also keep that in mind when purchasing a case, make sure the scope area of the case will be tall enough for the extra height of the rings.
When loading the magazine be sure to push the pellet all the way through until it seats, you will feel this happen.

The gun is a little on the heavy side but well balanced, so I don't see this being a problem in the field for most people.
This is one of the best dollar values going if you want a pcp workhorse, this rifle is accurate and durable, will do just about everything well.
I highly recommend this rifle.

Beautiful well made, nice finish on the metal parts, composite stock balances the rifle well and is great for trekking through the woods, no worries about messing up a wood stock. This rifle is so accurate we use it for field target and small game hunting.

I did lots of research looking for a PCP rifle for my son for his 25th birthday, and Pyramidair came through for me big time. This PCP rifle is perfect right out of the box, shoots 1/3rd inch groups at 25 yards on a rest, and it's not pellet fussy, it likes heavier pellets like the Kodiacs 10.5 gr. but also shoots crosman premiers really well, so if I run out of Kodiacs I always have plenty of the premiers on hand. For the money this is buy far one of the best values you can get. Super accurate, well made, great fit and finish, customizable and it will feel like your shooting an expensive English or German import PCP rifle at up to 70% less expense. BTW my son let me shoot his rifle and after about 20 shots I promptly called and ordered another for myself. If you are an experienced air gunner or just getting into the PCP air rifles this is the one to buy. Make sure you order extra pellets and magazines because you'll like it so much you won't want to stop shooting.

For the price, this is a very good hunting / FT air rifle for anyone's first venture into the PCP airguns. Fairly good trigger, rotary mag feeds well and can be cleaned up to work better. Out of the box accuracy is stunning (5 & 10 yd), have not shot 50yds yet. The FPE shredded my 3 inch thick phone book pellet stop. Start shopping now, you'll need a serious pellet trap.

A little more butt plate adjustment. Larger HPA tank or better air management. Access hole in butt plate to add weight.

Mine came with a dark and very dirty bore. During cleaning, patches had signs of mild rust in grooves. Bore did clean up but was a not so shiney gray. Suspect bore was not plugged during bluing process. Tyler (customer service) responded quickly to my email and offered a generous exchange offer. 50yd range results will determine which way I go.

Very accurate at 10 meters right out of the box! Good power. Will be checking actual muzzle velocity with a fully charged cylinder within the next several weeks.

This might be the low end of Hammerli's PCP line, but it is an excellent air rifle and a good value for the money spent. I recommend it to anyone thinking about getting started in the PCP area.

Buy xtra mags as this rifle is so easy and fun to shoot, you willneed a lot of pellets. I wnet through a thousand pellets in the first 2 weeks

This is a bad ass rifle was shopping for something else when looking at PCP Air rifles I seen this one after thinking about it for 4 days I said what the heck this rifle is a tack driver right out the box I have a Benjamin hand pump that I got with my Benjamin Discovery im 145+ and im disable and I can pump to 3000 psi Don't know about all the hipe about the benjamin hand pump mine is still going good BUT I never get it hot thats the main thing don't over heat them and they are nothing to fix from what I seen

A place for a strap would be nice its kinda heavy
