The Hatsan Harpoon PCP Arrow Launcher is one of the most powerful hunting arrow airguns in the world. Capable of up to 580 FPS with up to 310 FPE, this gun can be used to hunt any game found in North America, and many places beyond.
It uses standard 20" crossbow arrows with .30" inner diameter and gets up to 10 shots at optimal velocity (within 85% of maximum velocity). Built off of the PileDriver platform, the Harpoon offers a compact bullpup design that's ideal for hunting in woods or field.
This arrow gun offers ease of use, velocity, and power that far exceeds almost any standard crossbow on the market. Not only is the Harpoon more powerful, it's also significantly easier to operate than a traditional crossbow. Simply swap out the field tips on the arrows for your preferred broadhead, and you're ready to hunt.
The Harpoon comes with flip-up removable TruGlo fiber optic sights and features Hatsan's long combination 11mm dovetail and Picatinny optics rail for maximum flexibility. With a tactical all-weather synthetic stock and pistol grip, this gun is built for the outdoors.
Combined with the elevation and angle adjustable buttpad and elevation adjustable locking cheekpiece, this gun gives hunters the comfort and adjustability they need to get accurate repeatable shots.

Amazing.. tremendous power.. costly to shoot..as bolts are usually destroyed.. cheap bolts can be found..at 100 yards bolts bury into sand been totally.. to where you have to dig to find them

What Others Should KnowOnce bolts enter wood..they can't be removed.. This is NOT A TOY.. Will penetrate 4 inches of wood.. easily go through MOST targets or backstops.. has a range of over 400 yards .. DANGEROUS .. SAFETY..

Things I Would Have ChangedThe only thing I would like to see changed is the noise level when firing but, I'm pretty sure it can't be done with a setup like this so, C'est la vie.
What Others Should KnowDon't expect air rifle noise levels from this monster. I tried it first charged to about 2000 PSI and it was a bit louder than my .22 Nitro piston rifle so I thought, no worries! FYI - I was shooting in my backyard on a half acre so I wasn't worried but, DAMN!, did I learn! I charged it up to 2500 (the most I could get in with my SCUBA tank), took it out, fired it and promptly got inside and put it away. This beast has sounds like a .410 shotgun at full power! I was afraid the neighbors would report shots fired to the police (thankfully, they didn't). It's dead on accurate once you get it sighted in but don't think you're going to use this to bag squirrels in your backyard. You CAN, however, use it on ANYTHING you wish to hunt out in the wild. I was firing a 465gr bolt and I estimated 550 fps (no Chrony handy) which comes out to a whopping 312.5 ft/lbs of energy. That's more than enough to take down ANYTHING you want to hunt! Can't wait to get it out where I can really give it a trial!

I love the power
Things I Would Have ChangedI would make the Harpoon lighter by at least a carbon fiber air tank. I would have an integral sling swivel mount on the stock and on the front.
