Leapers 5th Gen TS Platform 3-9x40 Rifle Scope, Mil-Dot Reticle

It has a 35 yard parallax which is perfect for air gun shooting. The reticule is thick enough for easy viewing. This thing is TOUGH! I took a tumble down a ridge hunting and bent the sunshade. I grabbed a pair of pliers and just bent it out-good as new :)

Nothing. The only thing that would be nice is a lighted reticule for night hunting, but that is being picky. :)

Just a great scope for the money. To me it is the perfect hunting scope. No silly AO to mess with and plenty of clarity and vision to track game. I've lost count of how many squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, possums, and prairie dogs I've shot with this thing. It has always been mounted on Magnum springers such as the TF Jet, TF 89, and the RWS 350.

looks! the sunshade front is way meaner than the flat front in my opinion. love the turret feel. very solid. i installed this as a replacement for a cheap powerline 3x9x32. never heard of them but this is wayyyyyyy better! mil-dots look great! my new favorite!

pretty long but who cares its sweet and works great! i have this mounted on a crossman 1377c and it dominates the pistol! WHEN I GET A RIFLE ILL BE PULLING THIS OFF TO INSTALL ON THAT. you will like!

Any one looking for an air gun scope and does not want to spend a lot of money, this is the way to go. It is by far one of the best scopes I have. Just as good as some I have on my high power rifles.

The only thing I had to do was use some brass shim stock to put under the scope on the rear mount. This changed my scope angle enough to be able to use the full adjustable range dialing in the scope. If you are using mounts that are not designed for your air rifle, this might have to be done. So, when buying an air rifle and you want to scope it, use the suggested scope mounts for the scope. All mounts are different.

3-9 magnification is perfect for low caliber rifles or air rifles. the clarity is great, I always love the locking turret feature, the price.

I bought this scope for my Remington 597, in .22 cal. Its the perfect scope for a short range rifle or air rifle. This is the 4th Leapers scope that I've bought and I have to say they are AMAZING scopes for their strangely low cost. I have a 6x24 56mm scope on my Rem. 700 and that scope is also awesome. I use these scopes on real rifles, and not only do they last, but they hold their zero perfectly. I recommend any leapers scope to every gun enthusiast. With the awesome features, low cost, true strength platform, and great performance, you cant go wrong!

Size - It would help if it were smaller (read shorter) for use on air rifles.

This is evidently a very rugged scope. The reticles are locked down via an allen wrench control screw on their top. One of the air rifles I have it on destroyed two other scopes. So far so good on this one.

The scopes are very large (long). It is an inconvience that I'm willing to endure if the scope will continue to endure the brutal (by scope standards) recoil of my air rifles.

I echo the other reviewer's comments. I purchased, based on features, price and the rating. I like the lock-down feature for maintaining your reticle adjustments after zeroing the scope. I mounted on a Hammerli Nova rifle with a Leapers 1 pc. high mount/ring unit. Accuracy is .5" at 30 yd., so this achieved my objective. Very bright and clear. Feels like a more expensive scope.

I have several high-powered centerfire rifles with good scopes and this one compares favorably. Some airgun scopes feel like toys but this one is bright, clear and accurate.

The TS Platform 3-9x40 mm rifle scope w/Mil-Dot is a fine optic for any airgun but personally, I would use this scope on your more expensive magnum type airgun. Clearity is A1, shockproof, fogproof and water resistant and the fact that once you zero in you can lock it down the turret knops without worry of knocking of your sights from it being zeroed.

Not a thing.

This scope has a mil-dot system which enables your ability to shoot long range with the appropriate dot on target before shooting. With this scope your able to hit most anything within reason and ability of the shooter, but follow the manufacturers advise and zero the scope at 35 yards. The TS Platform 3-9x40mm scope will not let you down.
