This scope is quite a bargain for what it does. It turns moonlight and dusk conditions into essentially daylight, and one can use it in daylight as well (with the front lens cap in place; it has a pinhole to let in a little light). It has an adjustable objective, which is quite stiff, but it does work. With the front lens cap in place, the AO is not needed as much; it focuses over quite a large range (10-50 yds). This probably has something to do with the pinhole acting as an additional lens. Zeroing the scope is straightforward, and the batteries last several hours. Picture quality is good, not great. Quite sufficient for rabbits at 10-25 yds. Not sure of clarity at longer ranges.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe scope contains an IR illuminator that I am sure could easily light up targets 100 yards away. If you are contemplating shots in the 10-25 yard range, it is almost too bright, even on the lowest illuminator setting (there are three brightness levels. It would be nice to have a very low intensity setting, which would be more useful for those of us with air rifles. It is pretty heavy, so adding this to a Marauder makes for quite a load.
What Others Should KnowYou will need 30 mm rings for this. Medium rings worked on my Marauder. Picture displayed through the scope is black and white. Several reticle designs to choose from and reticle color choices are red, and green and I think white is an option. Green works very well for me.

Everything is good, easy to learn & figure out, I think some are like a book?
Things I Would Have ChangedIts in black n white ( the view) but that's ok the sight is in white, green & red whichever you chosen, the rings are 30mm so you'll have to get rings to match.
What Others Should KnowThis won't fit all rings like a bullseye ZR mount and this scope is not to go on a springer break barrel rifle & this is a long scope 15"+ I got it on my Benjamin Discovery & its a great scope.
