Everything! My rifle loves them and the pecan thriving squirrels hate them! Great results.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
Great pellet for my nitro piston Benjamin. It seems to favor a light heavyweight pellet and these fill that bill nicely. Great price, quick shipping- whats not to like?!
Things I Would Have ChangedNot a thing.
Very accurate out of a Gamo Swarm Magnum. Oddly they consistently impact higher than lighter lead pellets. Expansion and penetration on ground squirrels is excellent.
Things I Would Have ChangedThese seem to be a great pellet. A larger hollowpoint cavity might be good, but it might change the accuracy.
What Others Should KnowGreat hard hitting pellet for the money.
The container
Things I Would Have ChangedDiameter is too large for my Benji Trail NP2. Too tight in the barrel.
What Others Should KnowI love the Skenco Ultramag metal tip in the my gun.
Seemed consistent size and weight. Hit hard.
What Others Should KnowShoot well in my Air Force Condor. Nothing special
Value in cost and quality of pellet, shape and appearance, I like the fact that they come in containers of 100 which saves money when only testing them..
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
What Others Should KnowReason for 2 stars is only that they were not accurate in my PCP Marauder .22 cal and I wil not be orderring any more of them for this reason..they may be more accurate with other shooters and air guns..
Nice big fat honker of a hollow point. Clean, perfect fit, zero deformities. All 3 Magnum Hatsans ive used them in shoot these very well.
What Others Should Knowcro mag on roids.
For some odd reason which I haven't figured out as of yet these pellets literally produce the most and 2nd most energy across two different guns/vendors. I have many different containers of.22 ammo. All of which were highest rated here. To be exact, 19 different kinds. Mostly spread across the weights and diverse across the head types. My two different air guns are an almost 100% modified Crosman 2289 Bugbuster/Backpacker carbine and Umarex Octane rifle. Currently using this Big Boy Hollowpoint pellet @ 15 pumps my 2289 gets 8.13 ft/lbs energy and my stock other than new O-rings/shims and better scope Uma gets 25.25 ft/lbs. So in fps that means 424 fps for 2289 and 747 fps for Uma. That's actually slower fps compared to other pellets its just that the weight of pellet balances it out as more energy.
Things I Would Have ChangedMake a larger package or 200 pellets or best yet 500 count!
What Others Should KnowThat top pellet for 2289 and 2nd top for my Uma. Uma's top is Beeman Kodiak but these results are most likely unique to my Uma as it does not perform A+ more like A-/B+. When I went to loc-tite my main screw under the trigger it was not only stripped but bent from the factory. To me explains it isn't performing A+ and little off tolerance and alignment.
Skenko pellets are an odd-ball design that just works! The pellets "tumble" through the air vs spiraling because of the crazy weight distribution of this unusual pellet, and cause incredible damage when poi is reached. I've been using the 25-Caliber Big Boys in my Marauder rifle for more than a year and counting, and they are Plain Jane deadly in all respects, just like the 22-Caliber is. Note the "square punch marks" in targets, and in game killing the exit is just huge.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe case could use improvements, although I like them just because they're so different with their tiny little upward catching clips. Many would like to see a screw can but I think they should simply improve what they have to where it stays shut, and is easy to open.
What Others Should KnowDon't be afraid of the large and strange heavy-weight pellets out there, if you have the firepower to actually use them. The corollary: don't use this kind of heavy pellet in an inferior rifle or pistol package and then blame the pellet for poor performance!

In .22, there was excellent expansion and penetration for being essentially a cup. These easily penetrated an O'possum's head from approximately 15 yards, and provide crazy expansion in the retrieved pellets. They fit very tight in the barrel and need a good push of the thumb to get them in. The heads and skirts are all very uniform and not deformed in any way, at least in the batch I received, and the pellets are really sturdy, well made, and heavy. I will purchase again for its kill potential.
Things I Would Have Changed100 pellets in a "Tin" is enough for me, an occasional shooter, but for those who find themselves shooting hundreds of pellets every other day may be wanting more per "Tin". This is a hunting pellet not a target pellet, however it does punch really nice holes in paper.
What Others Should KnowThese pellets fit very snug in my Benjamin Prowler .22 break barrel, and do not seat completely flush. Maybe 97%, which for me is enough. Other pellets like the Crosman Premiers essentially fall into the barrel, and is probably why I get such horrible accuracy for being so loose in the barrel (IDK really but this is my observation with other pellets). In the 1300KT I have no issues with seating. In the Benjamin I can get about 1/2" to 3/4" at 15 yards, which is not that great if you want to shoot at further distances, but that is in MY rifle on a wobbly table top shooting bag. In the 1300KT I get consistent 1/2'' groups.
I posted some pictures of the unshot pellet near the recovered pellets, and a Crosman Premier Hollow Point for comparison.
The "tin" is plastic with a measly thread. Again, it is fine for me since I shoot from a table and don't walk around with them, but if someone were to drop this tin it would likely break open and spill its contents.
