This product worked ‘as advertised’ on the stock of my new-to-me RWS 48/52 rifle. It covered the numerous nicks and scratches and made the overall job look 100% better. I then used it on other stocks with the same great effect.

Nothing. IMHO it is perfect for the intended use. This product has passed the test of time for a good reason; it works.

A lot of bang for the buck on maintaining or restoring the good looks of your stocks with practically zero effort. I plan to try it on furniture as well.

The 'oil stick' appears to be a absorbent batting impregnated with some oil.
When applied to scratches it leaves a shiny light oil sheen behind but It didn't seem to have any effect whatsoever on the color or appearance of any scratches or scuff marks. , but it does smell really really nice.

It does exactly what it says it will... it evens out the finish on scratched & scuffed wood.

This does not make the indentation of the scratch go away, it just evens out the finish so the damage isn't as noticeable.
I've used on a couple of benjamin stocks with good results and on our hardwood coffee table that our 1 year old has managed to scratch up. It is a great, quick touch up.
