This is the latest assembly of the PG2-Air Arms TX-200/Pro-Sport Tuning Kit complete with assembled guide arrangement + tophat. Vortek designed this kit with a focus on controlling the speed of Air Arm's long stroke diameter tube ratio.
This kit is engineered to produce the smooth, consistent velocities and eliminate spring harmonic noise. With this kit, you will achieve consistent 12 ft-lbs of energy and your air rifle will perform exceptionally smooth during lock-up, and quiet the close of the cycle.
To have your tuning kit installed on your personal air rifle, call Pyramyd Air's Customer Service line at 1-888-262-GUNS (4867) to arrange service and delivery. To have a kit installed on a new air rifle purchase, purchase a compatible rifle, the VortekTune Kit, and Tune Kit installation service (for an additional fee) to have your rifle arrive with the Vortek Kit installed.
Tuning Kits installed by Pyramyd AIR carry Air Venturi's 1-year limited warranty.

What Others Should Knowexpensive kit if your on a budget but instance improvements.
Very smooth, easy cocking and much quieter. Also am able to shoot from rifle rest with excellent accuracy.
Things I Would Have ChangedPrice seems high for metal and plastic! Then another $10-$11 for shipping as well. Your looking at over $90. It should be half that and free shipping.

I liked nothing of the hours I had to spend to get around this problem.
What Others Should KnowNEVER EVER use the Vortex 12# kit for a TX 200. One I did went perfect. Very next one and the next wouldn't allow the gun to cock, forget firing. Called Pyramyd, information given was for an amateur. I've done hundreds of air rifle tunes with James Maccari kits with no problems, including TX 200. Since he has retired, went to Vortex. Now have to find another maker that fits ALL guns. If you Google "TX won't cock", you'll find more than you want to. I have ALWAYS had a great experience with Pyramyd for YEARS which compelled me to let Pyramyd know of this situation. Thanks for all your great service!!!!
