10 of 151 Winchester 12GA AA Trap Sporting Reviews

We have been shooting the 12 guage AA Super Pigeon and the results are wonderful. Consistent patterns that flat out works on doves, quail and pigeons.

Great load for sporting clays. Consistent patters and clean burning.

Super Sport shells are hands down, the most consistent American shell money can buy. I have shot 10s of thousands of rounds without a single misfire. If you want the title of HOA, Super Sport will get you there.

Great shot patterns and clean burning powder. Ported barrels don’t gum up as quickly compared to using other brands.

Best reloading hull in the world. Sometimes maybe two out of one hundred cases will fail to crimp Or precrimp like a soft near the folds. Is there anything I can do to help?

Nice Shot, I always buy this product and everytime I am surprised by the consistence of this amazing and historical shell.

I bought 13 cases of AA 1 1/8, 7.5, 1200 fps for a CA State Trap Championship. I had 10 shells with no powder that cost we a yard punch, one trophy and a bunch of money. Quality control seems to be an issue. Can’t count on these shell when competing at the highest levels.

Took my wife and kids sporting clay shooting and it turned out great. I recently restored a 20 gauge model 12 and was concerned about the recoil, especially for the ladies. I picked up some of the low recoil AA's, I couldn't believe how soft they shot. Beautiful light gun and performed awesome with this shell! We will all be going again soon thanks in part to the painless low recoil AA!

I know that there is great demand but, that shouldn't mean quality has to suffer also. I bought some cases of 410 and 28 gauge AA's and the crimps on a lot of them was bulging out and there was a lot of loose pellets. I had to run them through my reloader crimping stage to get these shells right. I used to use the old style compression shells and they were much better. The old style even seemed to hold up much longer for reloading, especially the case mouth. I even had some dudes. Definitely not the same Winchester I grew up on.

I bought a case of these for a new gun. The black printing [ink] on the shells is wet and sticky. It is a real mess. I had to dump the boxes out on the table and wipe every shell down with a cleaner than repack the boxes. After some online research I see I am not the only one. How can this still not be solved?
