Wood Stock, fits Air Venturi Avenger

It fit almost perfectly, just the hole for the power adjustment screw is off by a little.I also had to move the barrel band a little. Much nicer than the plastic stock and the darker color is more appealing than the light color of the original wood stock Avengers.

Add side screws for the barrel band.

would be nice if the rubber cover for the regulator pressure fitted.

Big improvement over the plastic stock. A more stable shooting platform and look of the rifle itself. Had to enlarge the degassing hole to get the fit properly..

Maybe have an option to darken the color of the stock.

Fit was a little tight. With a little maneuvering fits like a glove. Came with 2 screws that were needed ( longer screws ). Huge upgrade from plastic stock. I would highly recommend!!!

The new darker color is elegant and beautiful. Well done who came up with this idea. The stock is solid, fit perfectly, includes the proper length of screws. Air Venturi got ths right

Don't change anything

I just got into the world of PCP airguns and it's so much fun. I originally got an Avenger with the plastic stock to keep my costs down. That stock is too flimsy and with bipods installed on the front picatinny the rifle's point of impact can change dramatically. Deploying the bipods or bumping them or even torquing the stock a bit to make a shot throws the pellet off target left or right. I have not shot the gun with the new stock yet, but it seems so much more solid now and I don't think I'll have the POI shift problem anymore. I'll update this in a few days. Anyway, if you are thinking of upgrading from plastic to wood stock it is well worth the money.

Nice looking stock, especially after applying a Tru-Oil finish.

The stock did not fit. Quality Control needs to look at the calibration sticker due date of their inside calipers, assuming they have them. Had to sand down the area around the receiver and trigger assembly, and then had to use a couple clamps to press the stock onto the rifle. One thing for certain, it won't come apart.

The wood stock is certainly nicer looking and feels much better than plastic. However, if you are expecting a very simple installation, I would have some sand paper and a couple clamps on hand just in case it isn't. It would also be nice to be able to add a few photos to the comment, as I certainly have a few.

Nice alternative to the low quality plastic stock. Reasonably priced.

The wood stock did not come with new mounting screws. The original stock screws, both front and rear are too short.

Also the forearm picitinny rail was poorly shimmed with a washer which caused the rail to be crooked.

Fit like a glove....nice finish...packed in bubble wrap for protection.

Maybe a dark finish option.

May need to reposition barrel band or mill band slot on the forend of the stock slightly. I was skeptical purchasing since previous reviews had been negative regarding issues fitting stock to the gun.
