This kit provides shooters with everything needed for entering the world of PCPs, with a durable and reliable hand pump that requires less effort than other pumps because of redesigned and improved internal components.
Not to be left out of the battle for supremacy in the entry level PCP market, Air Venturi brings us the Avenger! The Avenger comes prepared to answer the wide variety of requirements that shooters demand at an affordable price point. Filling a void in the market for a lightweight, highly adjustable and extremely capable rifle without spending an arm and a leg.
Weighing in at just over 6 lbs. without a scope, the Avenger is maneuverable for a walk in the woods and thanks to two well positioned mounting points for swivel studs, can be carried with ease! Mounting a scope to the rifle is easy thanks to a unique 11mm dovetail/weaver combo rail, meaning most mounts will fit. You'll also find a Picatinny rail section on the fore-end of the stock for mounting accessories like bipods, lights and lasers.
The heart of the Avenger can be found in the externally adjustable regulator. Working in tandem with the adjustable hammer spring, the user can fine tune the performance of their rifle to best suit their needs. Never before has this kind of tuning potential been available at such a budget friendly price!
The regulator can be adjusted as high as 3000 PSI, and you can track your adjustments via the reg pressure gauge on the right hand side of the action. Increasing the reg pressure can be done at any time, though decreasing the pressure requires the gun to be degassed first. This is easily done thanks to an easy access degassing screw found just behind the reg adjustment.
Beyond the adjustments, the Avenger features a smooth sidelever action that seamlessly cycles the auto indexing magazines. And it comes with two magazines so you can always have more rounds ready to go! The trigger is two stage and adjustable to your liking.
Filling the rifle is also a breeze, thanks to the male quick disconnect fitting on the end of the air cylinder. This is covered by a threaded dust cap, which not only keeps dust and debris out of your fittings, but also gives the rifle a unique appearance.

I have to say I am very impressed with this airgun so far. I have filled it twice and shot over 100 rounds by now, and it is an absolute tack-driver. Compared it side by side just this morning with a break-over Gamo and the difference in accuracy is undeniable. I can put a pellet within a half inch of anything those crosshairs are on shooting 21.57 gr. Gamo pellets that are firing very well. Have not dialed-in the trigger but it feels great out of the box. The scope I decided on was a $45 model from CV Life (Amazon I think) in a 3-9x40, and this setup is a squirrel's worst nightmare! I have five pecan trees in my backyard - no bait setups, and haven't missed one since the scope came in and I spent an hour sighting it. Thinking of ordering the .25 cal. with the wooden stock to go for hogs next. Quiet, Accurate, Deadly.
Things I Would Have ChangedHollow stock is a little lightweight but in some instances this is preferable - depending on what and how you are shooting. The hand pump takes forever, but springing for a $600-$800 compressor isn't in the budget. For every 100 BAR, you will pump for at least 30-45 minutes. Think of it as a workout!
What Others Should KnowIf you want to shoot from a bench, I'd go with the heavier wood stock. Stalking/hunting I would prefer the lighter synthetic stock. Also depends on how steady you are while in shooting positions. I can rest it on a fence post and shoot 1" groups, but almost every small game shot I take is free-hand, standing in shooter's position, and as I mentioned... haven't missed in a while.

I bought this combo when it was on sale and I still don't know if I got a good deal on it. But it's a really sweet setup nonetheless. I've put the DonnyFL Extender on it as well as a Sumo Suppressor and it shoots tacks very quietly.

I have this gun for sometime about 3.5 year and im still absolute in love with it ! This thing is still as accurate as the day I got it. I have put county tins of pellets down range and have had zero issues zero failures . I was skeptical when I first decided on this gun for my first pcp simply based on a you get what you pay for mindset . I was so wrong and if your reading this and it's your first pcp or your fifth you can't go wrong.

What Others Should KnowUsing a hand pump.can be a bit of a workout but it's well worth it. Im not sure if there still available but the sumo moderator for this gun makes it ideal back yard shooting !
