Athlon’s bringing premium features to an accessible price point. This Athlon Optics 6-24x50 Argos BTR Tactical Rifle Scope is a quality scope suitable for all types of shooting conditions. It’s shockproof, weatherproof, and fogproof for your viewing pleasure.
The star of the show here is the ATMR first focal plane illuminated MIL reticle. The reticle scales with the magnification, meaning your holdovers never change no matter what magnification you choose. No more adjustments, just zoom and boom! You’ll wonder how you ever lived without this feature until now!

Things I liked: This is a great scope for the value. It doubles for my spotting scope as well.
Things I liked: Optics and 1st focal plane are excellent. The price is good for this scope.Great for shooting targets!
Things I would have changed: The weight is up there and when shooting a heavy rifle it's impossible to hold one handed to adjust the focus. The eye relief is tricky when hunting and you being rushed.
What others should know: Excellent scope for the money. I use it for bench shooting and pesting. I'd buy another one.
Things I liked: I like everything about it except the eye relief is very unforgiving you have to be right on
Things I would have changed: eye relief

Is the reticle supposed to be extremely dim? I just got mine, tried several CR2032 batteries, and on the brightest setting it's barely noticeable - Really just gives a red tint to the etchings. On the lower settings you can't even see the illumination. Is this normal? I have probably 30+ other illuminated reticle scopes and none are this dim.
It sounds like the illumination module is defective. return it.
Does this scope have a zoom wheel marking at 16X?
Yes, it does
what adjustable objective side wheel works with this scope?
There is not currently one available. There are a few custom side wheel makers out there, I'd check the forums.
