The Hawke Sidewinder FFP 6-24x56 MIL is a First Focal Plane scope designed to provide scoped shooters with optics that can acquire targets at varied ranges quickly and accurately. This feature is the real MVP here, that gives shooters the ability to zoom in and shoot without changing your holdovers at any magnification—it’s just zoom and boom from here on out!
Each of these Sidewinder FFP scopes feature a 30mm mono-tube chassis built for superior strength that’s shockproof, waterproof, and nitrogen purged for a scope ready for any weather conditions. With its 6-24x magnification and large 56mm objective lens the Sidewinder FFP uses fully multi-coated optics to provide superior clarity when you zero in on target. Each scope uses an illuminated glass etched reticle with red and green illumination to easily see your target against any backdrop.

Turrets are good and crisp clicks. Like the push lock turrets.
Things I Would Have ChangedLower price point is always a plus. But not unhappy with optic. A solid mounted AO wheel would be better.
What Others Should KnowJust so you know this optic comes with a rubber insert on AO wheel. Not solid mount like my airmax

I have 2 Hawke scopes as well as other brands. This is a great scope for that older crowd who's at that point of reading glasses. The glass is clear and the fact that it is FFP takes a lot of guessing out of your shooting. You pay for what you get! And this helps my accuracy when shooting
