Things I Would Have Changednothing
What Others Should Knowawesome
A necessary standard for this gun. It fulfills the requirements.
Things I Would Have ChangedShould be metal instead of plastic.
Does the job!
Fits well on a Walther P99. Designed/machined to close tolerances, allowing unrestricted slide motion while keeping a close fit to the contours of the weapon. Minimal intrusion on your down-the-barrel view. Easy to install. Top rail is sufficiently long to allow for mounting standard dual scope rings. Lightweight, with a satin black finish.
Things I Would Have ChangedI would have preferred machined aluminum. The plastic seems tough enough, but has a tendency to flex ever-so-slightly when mechanically stressed. The 2-part half-&-half construction of the mount itself (with no interlocking elements) struck me as a bit flimsy right out of the box, but with the mounting nut/bolt firmly in-place and the scope rings attached, it all holds together pretty well. I'm wondering if the mount's stability will be affected by the repeated shock of recoil. We'll see if this mount can keep me on-target. I would also have preferred a faster on/off thumb-screw arrangement for quicker dis-assembly (Those little adjustment wrenches always seem to disappear on me).
What Others Should KnowNot a bad item for the price.
This mount is very well made although plastic. I needed it to mount a BSA 2x20 mag scope or leaper red/grn dot sight on my Walther CP99. Both scopes make a big difference in accuracy for me as I can take off my reader glasses and have a perfect picture target sight at 30 or 40 feet away.
Things I Would Have ChangedMaybe metal, I'm not sure. I would have liked the 11mm rail to be about an inch longer as my scope mount overhangs on either side about 3/8".
What Others Should KnowThis bridge mount also allows for a weaver rail attachment, sold seperatley for about $10. I just selected the scopes that required a 11mm dovetail rail.
This bridge mount allows you to scope "unscopable" guns such as the Crossman C11. The key is to check the measurements and to make sure that the interior height and width will match your airgun. Also it's very easy to assemble and to attach the Weaver rail.
Things I Would Have ChangedIt's made of plastic. It's not exactly flimsy, but I would have preferred either a tougher polymer or metal. Having said that, so long as you don't make a habit of dropping your gun or smashing it into things, I don't foresee this breaking on it's own for a very long time (and seriously, who would abuse a scoped gun like that anyways?).
What Others Should KnowAll in all, a very good way to increase ranged accuracy on already accurate pistols that do not inherently allow top mounts for scoping and that are the appropriate size to allow for a proper fit (especially important with airguns that have blowback action).

Looks good, fits the Walther CP99 well, plenty solid enough for the task it has to do. It is easy to move around, being made of plastic, but always returns to center. Not a problem.
Things I Would Have ChangedPuts the sight (scope) at an "up" angle. I put a reasonable quality red dot sight on it, and had to adjust it full down, and it still was not enough to get it bore sighted, This sight worked well on another bridge mount on another gun, so it should have been good here too. I turned the top rail around (backward), that helped things a little, but not nearly enough. I shimmed the upper rail to the bridge mount to the point of the rear attachment screw was barely engauged. I didn't like that. I got out an old bridge mount that I had on a centerfire gun, installed it, and had to recenter the elevation of the red dot back to where it was (supposed to be), to properly bore sight it. All is well...for the Walther now. Also, to me, the rail on this mount should have been designed with the Weaver/Picatinny rail, not the 11mm rail.
What Others Should KnowAgain, looks great, fits great, but may not be what you are looking for.
