Things I liked: Fit is excellent. Don't expect to turn into a Billy The Kid quick draw artist however. The fit is snug ,which I like as I use it to stow the Scholfield in when not in use,but not on the hip with a gun belt. Might work out OK with for cowboy action once you oil it up ,rub it down and use it a lot. For me it is perfect for protecting the pistol and for storage.
Things I would have changed: Nothing. For $40 your getting a solid, servicable holster constructed from real tanned leather. Yep it's more than likely a Chi Com product but that's the world we live in. You can go out and spend $400 on a custom, hand Toledo holster ,but unless your in a Wild West Show it's a waste of Monet. Truth is back when this pistol was in wide use this is more than likely the plane Jane style of holster used.
What others should know: I also got the accompanying gun belt. NOT WHAT IS SHOWN IN ON LINE PHOTOS., Has a single belt style buckle not the tongue type depicted. Also other than for looks the cartridge holders are not terribly useful, unless your riding a house :) as another observation more related to the pistol, the pelett cartridges ate real easy to load peletts into while still in the pistol. I have never had to empty and reload ,just put more peletts into the cartridges already in the cylinder. BB cartridge reloads require removal and replacement .so the cartridge gun belt might be of use to carry reloaded rounds .. if you haven't bought thi pistol DO It. What a blast to shoot!
Things I liked: I like everything about it. The look, the fit. I also own a Uberti reproduction of the original S&W Schofield Revolver. Cavalry Model with 7" barrel in 44-40 Winchester. This gun also fits the holster perfectly.
Things I would have changed: Can't think of anything.
Things I liked: Very happy with holster;s; Ordered both left and right hand even with me only being able to shoot with my right. Don;t like to set my guns down . this way can shoot both and holster both. Holster are well made and the price is great. Was having trouble finding holster for Colt peacemaker 7.5 If I did price was way to high. These are very nice, well made and at a great price
Things I would have changed: Not a thing
What others should know: Air gun or not these are nice holsters at good price
