Speaking of the gearbox, all H&K G36-series rifles from Elite Force feature a quick-change spring release, which allows the user to swap out springs for increasing or decreasing power as needed, making it easy to comply with just about any airsoft field's regulated velocity limits. Per the manufacturer, disabling the rifle's internal, electric blowback recoil system places this gun in "Li-Po Ready" condition. The G36KV from Elite Force also features the new, foldable "V" series stock design which is also adjustable for length, plus a high-capacity, side-stackable, 400 rd magazine, and a shot velocity of 430-440 fps (using .20g BBs) for extended range on the battlefield. Another way Elite Force added serious value to this airsoft EBBR was integrating a 4x magnified optic to help you issue well-placed, long-range shots on target. On top of that is a small section of Weaver/Picatinny rail space, allowing the operator to mount a holosight for quick acquisition of targets too close for engaging with the magnified scope.
