Things I liked: from:andres Ruger Air Hawk Combo great shooter love this riffle fills and looks like the real thing great for targets plinking lots of fun with this air hawk
Things I would have changed: noting
What others should know: buy extra pellets
Things I liked: Easy set up and was shooting it within minutes of opening the box. Great fun and reloading is quick and easy.
Things I would have changed: It does tend to send shots wild from time to time. I do not know if it is a gun issue or a pellet issue.
Things I liked: This is the first break barrel air rifle I have purchased, and the first air gun I have purchased since I was 12 years old. Here is what I like: Price; Appearance and feel; Accuracy (once I found the right pellet); Cocking effort; Trigger
Things I would have changed: Combo packs should always contain adequate hardware that will function with the rifle. I doubt the included scope was air gun rated. The "Ruger" 4x32 scope failed after approximately 50 shots with it mounted (300 shots total). The reticle piece came loose inside and rendered the scope unusable
What others should know: I have owned this rifle for about 4 months. This is a very nice adult air rifle. New owners may have the following concerns: stiff trigger, hard to cock, dieseling. All of the concerns will subside after the break-in period, which for me was about 500 shots. The rifle will become much more accurate after break-in, and you find the correct pellet. For my rifle, I have found that the Crosman Premier Domed Ultra Magnum (10.5 gr.). My rifle also shoots the Crosman Premier Domed Lights (7.9 gr.) very well. The Crosman Ultra Magnums are less expensive, and pack more of a punch when it comes to pest control. It will easily take a large fox squirrel at 30 yards (open sights).

what is a good scope for this Ruger Air Hawk Combo
I have a Black Hawk. Does anyone know where to get a wood stock for this gun, so I can essentially make it an air hawk?
You could contact Umarex at 1-479-646-4210 and inquire.
Which would be a good scope, not the more expensive one, that will work and last ,in a Ruger Air Hawk.? The one that came with the rifle in the combo , just broke apart 1 month after being used.
Your going to need a spring rated scope and i think leaper is going to be your best bet.
