I got this for my dad to play with inside his apartment...it's great for that. Very realistic and functions just like a S&W, forward cylinder release and counter-clockwise cylinder rotation, it's the little stuff that counts. We've had a lot of fun with it plinking away. Just about enough power for that, he likes it, I like it too. Really fun gun.
Things I Would Have Changedit is what it is...
What Others Should Knowthis wouldn't be a very good handgun for games. It is double-action but it only fires on single action...go figure. It is ABS and while strong enough I wouldn't figure on placing stress on swinging the cylinder out for a re-load under combat conditions...I'd break it.

The single action operation of this pistol is exactly like a standard S&W revolver. Being a springer, the double action operation does not include the hammer. Still, the trigger, hammer, and shell extraction are spot on and a great, inexpensive way for me to train and practice in lieu of using my WWII S&W Victory model revolver (the real deal).
Things I Would Have ChangedSlight bevel/radius on the forend of the cylinder to ease the cylinder rotation. It does break in and ease up after a couple hundred rounds, though. Some strategically applied drops of lube help, too.
What Others Should KnowGood to go for one-handed operation after a couple hundred rounds. Extra shells make for a great way to practice reloading.
