WE Full Metal 1911 MEU Desert Gas Pistol w/Rail

everyting! although - if it were STEEL, would be way better. i understand the POT metal or Zinc materials are cheaper but STEEL man!! (pun intended)

probably a better back sight - or one that's adjustable. no issues with accuracy or windage - just would be nice to have! actually including the threaded barrel adapter as pictured would be nice!

okay so i got the MEU desert WITH the rail... but mine DID NOT come with the threaded orange barrel adapter as pictured in the description for this GBB. Buyer BEWARE! if you are purchasing this as i have for the intended use of the barrel thread adapter (which again, DID NOT COME WITH THIS GBB) to be used with a mock suppressor.. DO NOT. save your pennies and get the other version without the rail - it's literally a 10 dollar difference. although i did not get the threaded barrel adapter as pictured; i got the stupid plastic "i'm not a real gun" orange tip that comes on basically anything that isn't an actual firearm. i believe the prices need adjusting once again - as receiving this did not come as pictured / described on PyramidAir's website. there isn't a way to obtain this threaded barrel adapter unless you want to hock up the $5.99 bucks for the adapter... no, that's why i just paid $90 dollars - to not have to buy other parts.. big disappointment.

I like the feel and weight. It has plenty of power, and is accurate. I bought it with the intention of practice and to use as a training tool. It works great for both. I bought two extra mags and am glad I did.

Works great with green gas or propane. Definitely get extra mags. Works excellent with .25 BBs.

The gun has a good feel, maybe a little light. Magazine is easy to load. Trigger is acceptable. Take down is easy.

The hop up is so far off gun only shoots straight for about 20 feet and the BB takes a 45 degree veer in some direction. You can get it to veer only up but is goes up after a pretty straight 20 to 25 feet.

Good gun for the boys to shoot at cans in the back yard.

I like this gun, overall it is well built and functions well. It closely models the real gun, and just about as heavy also.

Anything that increases speed is a plus for me, I dont really play airsoft games, I am more of a target shooter and could appreciate a little more range.

the only negative to my entire experience is that just after purchasing one of these fine models from Pyramyd air through e-bay, I wanted to buy a second one but found that Pyramyd air had increased the price by $20.00 on this gun. I'm not saying it aint worth it, but just bad timing and it would be nice to buy another one at the same price.

Where to start where to start... First off, this pistol was great out of the box. I have used both green gas and unmodified propane and both seem to work fine in the gun.

Get several extra magazines, ideally the ones you want are the silver ones with the extended bottoms to hold more green gas. They are not much more expensive, but that 6 extra centimeters really mattters, you would be surprised.
SECOND

you want to make sure and clean the gun after every airsoft match, as residue from the green gas will build up and cause malfunctions and blockages.
