Things I liked:

very heavy duty,

Things I would have changed:

the target clip mechanism is very poor. I use a wire tie to secure the clip to the metal bracket. there are no guide channels on the edges to hold card board and targets. always put cardboard behind targets or lead fragments spray out at you.

What others should know:

save you boxes to back cardboard target backers. Be careful to manage you lead exposure safely. use alloy pellets for indoor shooting

    Things I liked:

It is a strong box. Should last a lifetime.

    Things I would have changed:

Higher baffle at the bottom front of the box.

    What others should know:

Pellets do tend to disintegrate and small pieces splatter out the front a few inches. . The box was actually built with standard velocity 22 lead bullets in mind. I sit a box bottom in front of it to catch small pieces of the pellets that get back out the front a few inches. I shot a few 22 standard velocity rounds into it and they stayed. Deformed, but still whole.

    Things I liked:

    Great trap

    Things I would have changed:

    Sound deadening

    What others should know:

I bought this primarily so my wife and I could practice indoors at 10m and it functions well for that. I took a box that was 2 inches wider than the trap, slide it inside and then filled it high density spray foam and gave it overnight to dry. It is now very quiet and there is no metal ringing when shooting.

    Things I liked:

It's very solid. My friend had one and I was not impressed because it needed a few tweeks. Like it dropped the sprawl out a space in the back when you picked it up. This one is much better about that. It's sealed and curved. I get a lot less bounce outs and when I pick it up it doesn't spill lead on the ground.

    Things I would have changed:

I would sure like a way to get some light behind it to see the holes in targets better.

    Things I liked:

Nice, heavy duty trap, wide opening for safely shooting into it. Well constructed, good mounting system for the target holding clip.

    Things I would have changed:

Put a layer of some padding or other at the back of the trap, or make one available for purchase. That thing is WAY louder than the gun!

    What others should know:

Consider your linen closet at the end of a decent length hallway for an indoor shooting range, if it can be done safely. Move one shelf worth of towels and sheets, and set the trap there. Insta-range, ta dah! {: - ) (Your wife may vary...)

    Things I liked:

Heavy duty steel trap, nicely sized. No doubt would contain a standard velocity 22 rimfire outdoors but I use mine on a 20 foot basement range where I Limit 22/177 pellet velocity to CO2 or 3 pumps (no break barrel) and have experienced very little splash. Always use cardboard backers behind targets and wad cutters for clean holes.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

Heavy and expensive (but worth the price) so add other items you have been wanting to meet free shipping and if there is a discount available it makes it really affordable so get off the fence youre missing a lot of fun.

This thing is well worth the money and will take years of abuse. Do not hesitate to buy this if you need a sturdy target trap.

    Things I liked:

The size is perfect for what I need and portable enough to take with me anywhere. It is stout and seems very durable. The clip works well and holds a paper target just fine.

    Things I would have changed:

I held off getting this trap because of the price for years but finally bit the bullet or "pellet" ha. Although I wish it was a bit cheaper it is a great trap!

    Things I liked:

It is a sturdy stop. Does very good on stopping 25 cal pellets. It should last a few generations, not years.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish there was a better way to put up your target. The clip works well, but once that clip is accidentally hit, you may as well purchase a new one at walmart. Even so, it is better to replace a 2 dollar item like a clip, than a whole target. Would be nice to have a way to hold your target on the edges so that they would not blow around in the wind for those who shoot outside.

    What others should know:

What is really nice, is that the opening of this backstop is the exact size of a piece of typing paper. I used a computer and drew 5 bullseye's on a piece of typing paper and this allows me to make cheap targets. Make sure you use cardboard behind the paper so that backsplatter doesn't mess up your targets. One other thing.. .If shooting in wind, the target will sometimes catch the wind and fold up to where you can't shoot. Tape your target to the cardboard to stop this from happening in the wind.

I shoot it with my AEA Terminator 357 at 150+ FPE and my Texan 30 with 140 FPE and it takes it like a champ. After several hundred rounds and 3 years of hard use it has not one single dent. Fantastic trap!

    Things I liked:

I like being able to shoot my pellet guns indoors, especially since I live in the Northeast and it's way too cold outside to be out there trying to aim while shivering. LOL I haven't experienced any splatter and it traps all the pellets I fire at it. I recommend this to anyone who wants an indoor range for their pellet guns. I may even try my luck with my High Standard Victor .22 and my .25 ACP at some point.

    Things I would have changed:

I would change the angle of the back a bit to work better with BBs.

    What others should know:

Stand back if you're going to use this for BB guns. Mine hasn't trapped a single BB yet. I shoot my CO2 BB pistol from 15 feet, and I have had BBs sail back past me. So far every BB I have fired at it are somewhere on my basement floor. I'm going to try placing shims under the back of the trap to see if I can find an angle that will work better for the BBs. They don't come out with enough force to be dangerous, for the most part, so I still recommend this to the indoor shooters out there.
