Things I liked:

1/4 click adjuster knobs. Dust covers. Sharp Focus came in play after setting up the scope. There was no instruction on setup. But with a little thought the process was easly done. First mounted. then set front ring on Say 30ft. Set a target at 30ft. Loosen the eye ring and rotate as many times as it takes to get the focus sharp at 30ft. Lock the ring. then the focus at distance works pretty nice. then I bore sited it and targeted in in close then at 24 yards and at 30 yards. Easy to track Tree rats running thru the branches.

Things I would have changed:

Small instructions on how to get the focus working at a measured distance and range finder at the same time. My scope was the fuzzy image at first. It would focas with the range finder ring but the range was all wrong. Four steps: 1.Secure the scope on your rifle. 2.Set range finder on a marked distance. 3.Measure distance and place target there. 4.Loosen rear optical and ajust to sharpest image then tighten the rear optical. Now your ready to site it in.

What others should know:

Using this on my 33 year old Webley-Scott Vulcan 177. The spring in this is a shortened Winchester 1000sb. I inserted the spring into Webley-Scott Vulcan and cut it off aproximately 1.75" longer the spring chamber. It cocks now at 37.5 LBS and holds its own in power and tight groups. The Turks spring is king of springs. I have left this one cocked over night and several hours daily. It never took a set or lost any power. I found this to be the scope used on the new Winchester 1028 I had owned a Model 1000SB it was a scope killer. It took a solid block mount to stop the mount and scope from moving. Then it killed the last scope was a Centerpoint milldot tactical scope was fund for less than 12 shots. The windage Adjustment quit working. I had replaced that scope with a 4-12 Power Bushell scope with front range focus that held up very well now it is on my 22mag rimfire rifle and I think I will keep it there.

Things I liked:

Clear image, nice magnification.

Things I would have changed:

Won't hold Zero. I tried this scope on my Daisy Daisy 880 and zeroed it at 10 yards. The 2nd shot was off (high) by an inch at 10 yards, so I adjusted it until zeroed again. The next shot was off by an inch to the left, so I adjusted it again until zeroed. The next shot was off to the right...and on and on... There is no recoil from the Daisy 880 and everything was tightened in place.

    Things I liked:

I picked up the scope to assist the grand-kids in learning proper gun control. Having a scope mounted makes it easier impact control for the gun. The gun was inexpensive so I attempted an inexpensive scope. After finding mechanical zero on the scope I mounted it on the gun. Easy as pie. Attempted to get the mechanical zero on the same spot as it was hitting at 50 yards. Came close, again, easy as pie. Clarity for the scope was good. Range finding is pretty close. Gun is not a hole in hole gun so the impact area is acceptable - but that doesn't affect how the scope works. 4x scope really justs let you get a better eyeball on those things further away. The scope is adequate for the task. A bit of fine tuning is left to do with it but minor changes to the gun will also be expected which will make changes to the scope setting

    Things I would have changed:

If I were changing it then I would make the cross hairs thinner at the center. That is a personal preference but they work fine now. If I were changing it then there appears to be a hitch in the adjustment screw going to the left. I would attempt to make sure that it would be more fluid / easier to adjust.

    What others should know:

Remember your gun and the scope. Hitting a 8" target at 50 yards just may be your cup of tea. But the neighbor wants it hitting a 3" or 2" target at 50 yards. It is not always the scope or the gun but the operator. My scope was able to get the impact area to a 3" target at 50 yards because I could actually view the target through the scope. Playing around with the gun and scope I hope to have black showing on a 2" target or making the spinner spin at 50 yards. That would be a fine setting for our evil minions varmit control. No 1* or 5* rating except for extreme cases

    Things I would have changed:

    What others should know:

Scope is easy to adjust, adjustments in very small increments which allows for excellent zeroing. Mine was way off from the factory but, who expects to mount it and have it be perfect for their gun anyway. I replaced a scope that came with one of my Origins with this and it is far better. My other origin has an aftermarket scope as well. I like the Bug buster series but for the Origin, this works excellent for far less.

Adjustable objective down to 30 feet. Decent mounting rings for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing at this price.

    What others should know:

The numbers on the AO don't perfectly track, but it's better than locked on at 35 yards.

    Things I liked:

Compact and in scale with my Crosman 2100B - this low cost pumper proved to be accurate enough to deserve a scope and the Winchester is perfect because it too is low cost but very good. Glass is clear, it holds zero, reticle wire size is fine, turrets click well, and construction seems high quality. I think it will last.

    Things I would have changed:

The ocular ring will easily get out of setting. Not a big deal - fixed with a small piece of 3M blue masking tape attaching the ring to the scope body.

    What others should know:

This is a good low cost scope and works on my pumper and certainly would with a CO2 or PCP gun. I would hesitate to mount it on a springer.

    Things I liked:

Bought this same model in 2001 for my 1997 RWS 34 .177 Springer, shoot it at least weekly since I bought it, at least 25 rounds at week, it started walking on me today so I ordered another one. Worked great for 21 years, never dropped or bumped it. Springers eat scopes, even the expensive ones made for Springers after enough shots. Will write a review on the new one after a year.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing, does what it was designed for. Would like a mill dot reticle and 3x9 but then it would cost $100, this is an economy scope, it is what it is.

    What others should know:

    Good scope for the money.

    Things I liked:

Great scope for the money. I have 2 of these, both on springers. Both scopes have very clear optics and correctly marked objective for good parallax. I have seen far less in other scopes costing much more. The Crosman Optimus .22 has over 2000 rounds with this scope and no problems once I replaced the supplied rings with Lirskey rings. The other is mounted on a Gamo Raptor Whisper .22 with a one piece modified Ohhunt adjustable mount and have not had any problems in 300 rounds.

    Things I would have changed:

    Supply better rings.

    Things I liked:

I have two of these, one is on a Diana Bandit and the other one is on a Benjamin Prowler. 22 and it works good on the pistol and the break barrell rifle just fine. I can take spray can spray tips off at 50ft. With a pistol... but I shoot everyday.

    Things I would have changed:

Definitely the scope rings but they are not the reason I bought the scopes. They are however the only reason for four stars instead of 5.

    What others should know:

For the $$ you would be lucky to find a better scope. Mine hold zero just fine and I highly recommend this scope.

    Things I liked:

I installed this scope on a Crosman F4 nitro piston rifle. It is a big improvement over the scope that came with the rifle. I did not want to sink a lot of money into an optic for a rifle that cost less than $100. I have around 150-200 shots through the rifle and its still holding zero very well. Quality seems very good for a scope of this price. I did order a Leapers 11mm one piece mount to use with the scope. I also ordered it from PA as well. It wasn't expensive, less than $15, and was much better than the two piece scope mounts.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

This is a no nonsense, durable fixed scope at a very reasonable price point. Ascetically it's a handsome scope with a nice finish and easy to read gold lettering on the parallax adjustment. It has very clear optics and the parallax adjustment works smoothly. The scope is capable of very large windage and range adjustments without having to resort to shims, I had to correct for two feet at 50 yards and didn't reach the end of the adjustment spring travel. The simple duplex reticle suits my needs perfectly. I have this on my Glenfield 60 (not an airgun, I know) right now and at 65 yards from a rest with CCI Mini-mags was getting 3 shot groups I could cover with a dime. I dropped the rifle on its butt numerous time to test the zero and this scope handled the abuse without losing the point of aim.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much. Possibly if the parallax adjustment were on the side instead of on the front optic it would be more user friendly. Although I expect that would increase the price considerably. It's not a big deal since the parallax will likely spend all its time between 25 and 50 yards.

    What others should know:

As typical with airgun scopes, the rings it comes with aren't very good. I threw those away and went with a Leapers 1 piece mount.

    Things I would have changed:

I'd like to see it come with mil-dot reticle. Also offer in camouflage

    What others should know:

I just ordered my third one of these. All are on pumpers and a 2240. Not sure how they are on spring guns. All mine hold zero well and are very clear. I believe for the money these are good budget scopes.

    Things I liked:

First Scope I ever owned or used. Needed to replace scope that came with my Daisy 880. Just started airgunning. This scope far exceeded my expectations. It was easy to mount on my Daisy 880 and easy to sight in.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

Since this is the first scope I have ever used except for the cheap scope that came with my Daisy 880 I am no scope snob. Well satisfied with this scope.

  • Rating 2.02.0 2.0

    Rating 3.03.0 3.0

    Things I liked:

Clear optics once you get everything adjusted. Nice caps on the windage/elevation knobs.

    Things I would have changed:

Won't hold zero. I've got it on a Diana 240 and after about 250 shots even at that low power it won't stay consistent. I thought of blaming the gun until it became obvious that the reticle would rotate +/- 10 degrees between some shots. Smack the side of the scope, and it drops back to the more "neutral" position.

    What others should know:

Seems like the quality is hit or miss... If you get a good one it's worth it, but not worth my time to fight bad optics when I don't get enough time to shoot at it is.

    Things I liked:

The price. This scope is a great value for the price. This is my second one.

    Things I would have changed:

    Add a mil-dot reticle.

    What others should know:

I've only used these scopes on co2 and pumpers so I wouldn't know if they are ok for springers. I should order a 34 and see how it does, lol. Seems to be an alright scope.
