Increasing issues w/ PA. Before the virus, but now worse. Started last summer. Service aint what it was a few years ago it seems. Now they backed up like everyone else. But i noticed customer service falling off around last August. Ive had more than several orders mixed up since then. Im not even going to mess w/ trying to get the one i actually ordered, returns have become a pain. 3 star for that. I hope the connector is fine but im not going to disconnect the one thats on hose and hook it up to find out, its a spare. I know they business is like 6 times as busy as it was before covid. Hopefully its not a new normal

I ordered this one but received the standard stainless steel one. Which matches what i already have on my equipment. I ordered as a back up, they do wear out. I started using silicon grease on my male ends to help w/ the life span of the o-ring inside. It seems to help.Back when i worked in the automotive business our connectors on air tools would last forever and we were brutal w/them, when they would fail we'd just replace them. But we oiled our air tools, so maybe thats what helped. Its what gave me the idea. Just a tad on finger tip smear on male connector every so often (less messy than a q-tip) spin it around, it does make them slip on/off easier. If you have to force them on, you probably need some grease. Lubrication is the key to nearly everything and it pays to have a spare

This was a replacement for my Omega 100cf tank. The O-ring wore out in the original one! This one works great!

Great product. I will be buying more to keep a few extra on hand. Its a pain trying to put new Oring in one that has failed. Maybe Im just lazy.

Works excellent on the Sumatra 2500 .22.....,fits spot on,no stiffness...Delivery was super fast and i live in the southern hemisphere!!!

Male foster end could do with more hex head surface to grip with spanner.The very slightest of air escaping in thread.

Make sure you tighten the TWO components TIGHT. You may need to use thread tape(very little,if any)..Make sure when connecting the probe it is done PROPERLY eveytime....The 'click' is a good indication it has connected right,along with a visual..

It works as advertised.

Make the connecting sleeve longer and include a fill limiter. This will help those who own guns with recessed fill ports to more easily be able to attach and unattach. The fill limiter restricts the amount of air that can enter the gun at any given moment which helps prevent valve failure and heat buildup while filling.

This was a warranty replacement part for the one that failed on my AirVenturi Tank. Durability may be at issue.

Pyramid Air lost another sale, for a male to male adapter. The reason: I found that since all my equipment is quick disconnect, they could only connect to the rifle. Which means that I could not connect the small air compressor to an air tank. Nor could I connect the manual air pump to the tank. And an adapter was needed to inter-connect the devices. In the not so distant past, I've had problems reaching anyone at Pyramid, by using the telephone. This was not only one single incident. It happened a multiple number of times. All during business hours. Clearly, Pyramid needs to either shuffle their staff, or upgrade their telephone systems. On the last incident, it cost Pyramid an order. Since no one picked up the phone, I placed my order with another competitor. Also, Pyramid should not volunteer be an agent to collect sales taxes for other States, except their own instate sales. The competitor did not volunteer to be a collection agent for out-of-state sales taxes. Xtra $$$ was saved.

When you decide to purchase air equipment, you need to educate yourself on related adapters. This way, you will save yourself additional expense of shipping charges, when placing an order. If your equipment is all quick disconnect, definitely order a male/male adapter(s), for added flexibility. Also if you plan to have an air tank filled up by an external agent, make sure that you can provide the necessary adapters to mate with their equipment. Two of the products that I ordered, some assembly required. The rifle, the bolt handle was not attached to the rifle. The air pump, has to be assembled together. The air tank needed no special attention. It was shipped whole.
