Works exactly as intended. Happy to have an effective pellet catcher that is quiet, has no richochet, and allows me to have a safe target range in my basement.

What others should know:Yes, this is the same product you can buy elsewhere if you have time and money to spend searching around. I use the same material in my business and cannot buy it cheaper from a supply house so I am not sure where the previous reviewers are able to get it for less, plus my way of doing business is to buy from the ones who give me the best service and to this point that is Pyramyd Air.

It Stopped Pellets quickly and quietly.
Things I would have changed:Stop Advertising it as Air Venturi Impact putty because its neither Air Venturi's Product nor Impact Putty... Its Elmer's Duct seal that you can buy from Home Depot and by IMPACT I thought I would be able to see a impact made by my pellet on the putty but no.. the pellet traveled very little and made a VERY small hole I wish I would've known this was for stopping pellets before I tried to use it as ballistics media.
What others should know:Its to stop your pellets quickly and quietly thats all.. Not meant to be used as ballistics media.. and to save a little money go to your local hardware store and buy some duct seal its the exact same thing.

Can't say if I like it or not, haven't gotten the charts and directions I was supposed to have.
What others should know:We were supposed to receive the charts and directions for the use of this item and have never received them. So, am highly disappointed in it.

Traps pellets very effectively.
What others should know:This putty is actually Ideal brand duct seal. Comes to you from A.G.E. in its original IDEAL wrapper. If you need to get more to add to your trap, you can get the same stuff at electrical contractors' supply houses.

I target shoot in my apartment. Having two extra 5 lbs of putty allows me to shoot all day into one set of putty and change to the extra set if I'm really doing a lot of shooting. Then at night, when I have to be quiet, I pick the pellets out of the putty.

What others should know:If you do a lot of shooting I would recommend getting two of these.

This putty is extremely effective in stopping pellets, even from my most powerful air rifles, shooting .177 up to .22 caliber pellets.
