They keep sending me threads that dont hook up to any of my pumps!

They are trying to be different but no one like uK parts.

Nice high-quality hose. No leaks. Needed this to connect my compact inline filter (item number Air Venturi Compact Inline Filter...) to my air rifle.

I also had to buy the 1/8 BSPP - male Foster QD fitting (item number Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect, 1/8"...) to attach to this hose. It would have been nice if it could have been provided but I was able to get it separately here on PA.

As others have noted, if you stick with 1/8 BSPP threads and 1/8 Foster QD fittings, whatever you connect will be compatible. I learned the hard way about Chinese metric threads and non-standard QDs. This hobby is much more enjoyable when you don't end up frustrated buying stuff that doesn't work. I wasted too much money and time because I was careless before and didn't scrutinize the thread specs. Heed this and you'll be happy! PCPs rule! : D

Not sure which adapter is wrong, but the female end bottoms out before the fitting hit the flair inside. I'm probably going to need to grind some metal from the end of the female but to make it fit. 3 feet would be nicer.

If you need a bit longer hose that is flexible this is the one.

This is a well made hose. i like the springs that extend a few inches at both ends to prevent kinking of the hose. It directly fit my Air Venturi bottle.

The foster fitting worked well.

There was problem with the first BSPP end of the first hose, the nut bottomed before the taper sealed. The second barely made it, there is about .010 between the nut and fitting before the taper sealed. Clearly AV's quality control is a little lax.

Twisted right on my tank great air flow, seems to be better than the original one that came with the tank

wish they would make the ends inter changeable so you could replace them, thats where I had my problem with air leaking, in other words make the ends maybe where you could take them off and snap on a new end

Might want to buy extra ones so that you can replace the line if a problem comes up

Its a hose

I needed a replacement for my Benjamin hand pump and they recommended this .Not even close .To make this work I have to also buy the quick coupler with a BSPP thread and an adaptor at the pump that turns a Male BSPP to a 1/8 pipe thread which is what Benjamin uses Benjamin uses common 1/8 pipe thread which is so much simpler and way cheaper to adapt .

I would not recommend this for adapting to a Benjamin pump .You would think with all the pumps out there on the market ,there would be a direct replacement .
