I am still learning to use it at 80,but it's the best of the best I have ever owned

Extremely Impressive Scope, I have only one issue, finding those AA 1.5 Volt AA Lithium Ion battery's. Again, "Awesome"!

The product is amazing, with many features and a lot of settings. The only thing that I would need help with is zeroing it in. I have it mounted on a AR10, shooting 308 150 grain ammo. If there are any instructions on zeroing this in please send me the steps or where I can get them. Thank You!

Feature packed, zeroing easy. Looks great on my bulldog 357. Display on cell phone is really nice. Quick release works well. Very programmable and easy if you connect you phone to it. Upgrades to rangefinder pending. Night vision works very well. I was impressed with the range in near dark. On moon lite nights range is almost as far as you can see. Nice bag to carry it.

Weight is a bit high. My bulldog is heavy with this on it is a muscle builder. Make sure you read the manual from one end to the other. There are steps near the end of the manual that should have been in the beginning. First do the firmware update and then set up the device as 5-20 so the optics matcthe software. If you don't the zeroing and function will be off. I found that out after I made that mistake. So you need to set it back to factory reset. The firmware will stay intact. Go to setting and device, chose your scope 5-20 save and then go to the realistic set up with the zeroing. I don't understand what is shipped it out with alkaline batteries. Put those aside and get yourself some lithium batteries the last longer and lighter. I just ordered some extremely high capacity rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries that are supposed to give you long use before they go. The Luminator uses very expensive photo battery I use in his place a infrared rifle light that uses rechargeables.

I purchased this scope to use for coyote control is actually a good combination with my Benjamin Bulldog 357. And spend some time with the scope it also read some of the other users experience with it. It does make my Benjamin rifle a little on the heavy side but I use a bipod on it most of the time anyway. I like the scope I think for the dollar you can't beat it. I do wear glasses and find that it's easier for me to see from corner to corner with only my safety glasses and adjusting the dipole which allows me to see the screen very well. Tested the rangefinder feature and it's okay not great. ATN is coming out with a rangefinder that will intergrade in to the scope's Bluetooth and automatically input that data into the scope ballistic calculations. The ATN battery pack will not fit on the butt or stock of the bulldog so I using high capacity rechargeable lithium batteries. Those work very well.

I love this scope! The feature where you can save your sight in for each individual gun for different game is awesome!! It is a little on the heavy side so it’s not good for stalking.. at least for me. But over all I’m very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this scope so I could have a chance to use it a few times. Overall the scope is really impressive. The "one shot zero" is really cool and quite simple. Clarity of the scope is not what you will get from high end optics, but this is not really optics. It's basically a video camera on your rifle. On quick movements, it takes a second for the view to catch up and focus. If you want an idea what I mean, look at your smart phone camera. Zoom in and out, move it around. What you see on your screen, how it reacts, is very similar to how this scope reacts. There is quite a learning curve associated with this scope. It is not a mount and go type of thing. Lots of settings and adjustments but once you get it figured out and set up, it really is impressive. A few things I would change... An actual instruction manual would help a ton. All the scope comes with is a quick start guide that basically tells you how to mount it to your rifle and how to put the batteries in. ATN wants you to go online and use their website to get instructions. That's great and all until you are in the middle of nowhere shooting and you want to adjust something or need to know how to do something and you have no WIFI or internet service. The focus knob is insanely tight. People are rigging up all kinds of things to try to make it easier to adjust. The rubber eye piece falls off really easily if you brush past it. A small dab of glue would do wonders. So overall, an impressive scope. Complicated and tricky with lots of adjustments and things to mess with to make it how you like it. Features such as "one shot zero" are really cool. Once you tweek it enough and get things figured out, the night vision is remarkably clear. I would recommend this scope, but you shouldn't think it will be like a normal scope you mount, zero, and your done. There is a sharp learning curve.

Only problem I have had is that the compass won’t calibrate properly.

This scope would be great for bigger game but doesn't work very well for prairie dogs. It gets to blurry when you zoom in

Received the scope. Mounted on the AR 15, easy set up and one shot sighting in! Probably will need the battery pack. Battery life sucks with standard AA batteries.

I purchased the ATN X-sight for its video recording ability and for its night vision. The scope was easy to sight in. I was very impressed with the clarity when focused. I was sighting in a few rifles at the same time and was loosing day light. I could not believe the difference between my standard scope and the ATN scope as the day light faded. I could hardly see the target at 100 yards with my standard scope but with the ATN scope it still looked like full day light. This is with out the scope set to night vision. This is great for late evening or early morning predator hunting. The scope comes with an IR illuminator 850 which works well up to 50 to 75 yards in night vision mode. I purchased the ATN IR850 "long range" illuminator when I purchase the scope because of recommendations from reviews. The long range illuminator does give you at lest 200-300 yards visibility. The adjustable mount with this illuminator makes it worth the purchase. I also purchased the ATN extended life battery pack 16,000 mAh. The scope takes 4- double A batteries but I did not have much confidence they would last a full night of predator hunting. Also you must remove the double A batteries if you are using the battery pack(just saved you 30 minutes of frustration before reading instructions). The battery pack comes with a cool butt stock mounting case. However I was mounting it on a standard AR-15 stock and the charging handle would hit the case not allowing you to load the gun with out removing it. I solved the problem by using four thick rubber bands to secure the battery pack to the butt stock. First morning hunt with this scope I called in two domestic dogs. Did not plan on shooting my neighbors dogs so I decided to test the video capability. Pushed a button and the scope started video taping. After hunting pulled the SD card out and popped it into my lap top. The video was unbelievable clear with the cross hairs in the video. Had lots of fun with the family joking about how many ways I could have smoked my neighbors dogs. (They are both happy and alive by the way) The GPS and compass works well. The system menu does have Wifi mode but did not test. When sighting in the scope you can load in your ammo ballistics for smart shooting solution have not tried yet but looks promising. If your looking for a somewhat inexpensive night vision scope with photos and video capabilities this scope is awesome.

This scope is amazing! Love it and only know how to work half of it for now! Hoping my power pack gets here soon. My only regret was not getting it the same time! Thank you

This is a great scope and has some great features!! Excellent quality. Great price for the product. Works better than I thought. The night vision is very clear and now my hunting hours can be 24/7. I have purchase the IR 850 Pro and the external battery pack, along with a set of Kentli's. All around these are excellent products!!! Saving up for my next ATN scope now!!!

This is an amazing scope. Easy to use and I can use it with my smart phone or tablet! Highly Recommend.

Product was delivered well packaged and promptly. Scope is awesome clear pics day or night has excellent guidance through menu for setup of the many variables ( ballistic, environmental,profiles and more have had no issues with the scope whatsoever.love this thing thanks to ATN for building a great product compared to others I have seen.

Just received the scope in the mail. Upgrading the firmware and setting up the other initial settings was very simple. Im very satisfied with the product, and I havent even attached it to my firearm yet!

Lot's of cool technology. Screen is bright and easy to see Has a lot of features including recording the actual shot, etc.. Mine does not seem to support bluetooth even though it claims it does. It does support WiFi so you can control it and actually watch what it's 'seeing'. The Night vision seems to be decent and the enclosed illuminator is pretty decent. I have yet to use it on one of the air rifles at night but have used it just to 'look at things' and it's pretty bright, vision is crisp and goes quite a distance. The built in Picatinny mount is very rugged and I really fit's the rails tight even considering this units heft.

I'm not impressed so far, Battery life is not great. I downloaded the firmware updates immediately when I got it. I had the IOS app crash and not function on some non primary functions. First time trying it out on one of my Air rifles, zeroed it, shot a few shots and it hung up. I mean like couldn't turn it off hung up. Like Windows hung up. :) Had to remove the batteries to reset it. Not a good first experience. I'll keep using it (For the $$$ I have to) and see if there are any other updates available.

If you have a small air rifle, this could probably outweigh the rifle itself. This thing is a brick. Doesn't bother me as just about all my air rifles are tanks and weigh a ton anyway.

Excellent product. I did return mine though because it had too much magnification for my needs. I am buying the 3 x 14 ATN x-sight II instead. If your looking for a night scope that will perform well at 100 yards and beyond then this is the scope for you. The IR illuminator it ships with works well out to about 100 yards.

I bought this because of all the hogs that have invaded my deer lease. One shot zero is just that. Bore sight so you can hit paper . Shoot one shot move the x hair to the point of impact and save. That's it. Recoil activated video is great...it saves the video to a card and you can view it on your tablet or phone with the free app. IR is good to a little past 100 yards..I up graded mine. I had a buddy that hated his..but it was on an AR10..mine is an AR 15. I think some of the sights just can't handle 308 well....not all. I can clearly with upgraded IR identify a hog at well over 300 yards and with the smart ballistic calculator kill it. All in all it is a very fun and well made scope..that you can use day or night. But do get an external battery pack..it eats AA like I'd do steak

One of the best values around today. If you are in the market for an affordable, user-friendly all around night vision scope, look no further. I have been in the market for an affordable night scope for some time and could not believe all the functions for the price. Great company and customer service. It even comes with an illuminator.
