    Things I liked:

As described in all the other reviews, this thing is *great*. I searched and searched for the right pellet trap, and all that stopped when I got this into my hands. It's heavy-duty, it's easy to use, it traps the pellets effectively... top notch stuff.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothin'.

    What others should know:

Two things -- use a piece of cardboard cut to size to cover the opening. Makes for a nicer backing to put the target on and also prevents any pellets from bouncing out, especially the hard non-lead types. Second, lay a few magazines or a phone book on the back it and check the sound level -- WAY quieter doing this, no more gong sound...

    Things I liked:

VERY solid construction - at 20 lbs. this trap can handle hard hitting heavy .22 air rifle ammo with no damage (other than the expected interior surface paint removal). Saves $$$ in the long run instead of replacing $20 traps every month because their construction fails so quickly...

    Things I would have changed:

Possibly coat the exterior with a rubber-like noise dampening material.

    What others should know:

Trap is great, but be aware it is loud if used as-is. But when sand bags are placed on top of the unit it is much quieter... result is a dead thud versus a loud clang.

    Things I liked:

Very sturdy, this thing weighs 20 pounds. My .177 RWS 34 doesn't come close to denting it. Should last forever. If you are shooting in the garage or backyard and can't risk a shot going through, you need this.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

The supplied metal clip is weak, get some good alligator clips at the hardware store.

    Things I liked:

Heavy metal, good buy for the money

    Things I would have changed:

Misdesigned lover plate! The sendary plate is FLAT; it needs to be rounded. As it is I had to take off 2 stars because of the back-splash. When a pellet hits the secondary plate is splashes causing small "shotgun" like holes in the target from the back side. This also throws a LOT of lead dust into the air.

    What others should know:

Be sure to add some kind of exhaust fan, as the back splash throws a klot of lead and lead dust out of th unit.

    Things I liked:

This trap is well built and stops dead anything my Walther Magnum Talon can throw at it. Have used it for 3 weeks.

    What others should know:

It is not as loud to me as some have commented, but I use it outdoors only.

    Things I liked:

Solid Stops everything I have thrown at it

    Things I would have changed:

    Wish it was quieter

    What others should know:

If you are using a Ballistic Curtain pellet trap and plan to move up to a higher power .177cal or .22cal just order one of these along with your air gun.

    Things I liked:

Well made & serious kit indeed.

    Things I would have changed:

Make it deeper to prevent lead splash. I have to vacuum up around the trap after each use to prevent any errant critter snapin' up some shiny, heavy metal.

    Things I liked:

Solid, well made and well thought out.

    Things I would have changed:

I Can't think of any way to improve it.

    What others should know:

You probably won't ever need to buy another trap.

    Rating 4.04.0 4.0

    Things I liked:

It has a generous front surface area, an 8x11 sheet of paper fits well. The metal is a heavy enough gauge that I don't worry at all about wearing it out with a .20 cal hw97k.

    Things I would have changed:

Design-wise, nothing. It's a bit pricey, but it will never require replacing, unless the clip gives out.

    What others should know:

Some have mentioned the loud noise it makes when a pellet hits it. I put it back in its box, after stuffing the front/inside with crumpled packing paper and old rags, cut a notch in the top front of the box to accommodate the clip, stuffed the space behind the slanted back with more paper and rags, then closed the box lid. The target lays up flat against the front of the box, and I shoot right through both. Its MUCH quieter now, and when the front is all shot up; duct tape. 500 rounds later I'm just starting to think I need to replace the now-shredded paper, as there is a path back to the metal letting some sound back out.

    Things I liked:

very strong & well made...holds .25 cal pellets from my marauder..i like it for indoor shooting

    Things I would have changed:

a stronger & better made target holder...

    What others should know:

    not from me...get one!!!

    Things I liked:

This is heavily built and I'll never wear it out with my air rifles.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish it had a handle on top for quick one-hand pick up and moving.

    What others should know:

Some have complained it rings loudly when the pellet hits it. I muffled mine by leaving it in its box. Just pull it out enough to stuff the front with wadded paper and/or old rags, trim the top front of the box to accommodate the clip, then push the trap back in and stuff the top with more rags. Clip the target right to the front surface of the box. I've put about 300 rounds through the front and it still supports the targets fine. When it is too chewed up I'll probably reinforce with duct tape. It is WAY quieter now.

    Things I liked:

Using this trap at 10 yds with a np/xl works well.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing.

    What others should know:

when i first tried this trap i noticed that pellet fragments were coming back through the paper target,so i just cut a piece of cardboard to cover the entire opening of the trap and that solved that problem.other than that this trap works great,a little loud but not bad.

    Things I liked:

An extremely durable and heavy duty product. I've owned one for at least twenty years or so. Worst thing about it is loss of powder coating on the inside of the trap due to pellet impact. W-D 40 every once in a while keeps the rust at bay. I will NEVER shot through this will my pellet pistols or rifles.

    Things I would have changed:

A larger target opening would be nice, but not critical. Offical NRA targets won't allow for shooting all ten bulls. One has to turn the target up-side-down to shoot the last row of three. No big deal. The main thing is that this STOPS all the pellets thrown at it. However, DO NOT shoot steel BBs into this trap as it will not prevent bounce back or that Irish guy Rick O'Shays!

    What others should know:

This something that most normal people only buy ONE of in a life time. It is well worth every penny. Keep the paint on the outside and spray some W-D 40 on the inside periodically, and your grandchildren will be shooting pellets into it after you are only a family picture on the wall! It is an economical investment.

    Things I liked:

Sha-zam..., heavy-duty piece of equipment. Low probability this thing will wear out, in my life time. Excellent dispersion of energy-velocity, and containment of fragments..., whether in basement or at 30 yds. in the backyard. I'm breaking in a .22 caliber Benjamin NP/XL.

    Things I would have changed:

This thing is heavy gauge steel, and there is a noticeable metal sound when the pellet ricochets off the slanted back, then down to the bottom fragment collection trap. It would be nice if I could think of something I could put inside, at the first impact surface, to reduce that "twang" sound. Don't want to draw any unnecessary attention from the neighbors. The NP/XL is pretty quiet..., so, reducing the sound with the trap, would be a good combo. A different target holding method might be nice (uses a cheesy paper clamp), but I don't have any suggestions at this time.

    What others should know:

I thought this thing was a little pricey at first ($75.95), but it sure beats anything I could pull together, with this level of portability, for the price. That's why I gave it 5-stars.

    Things I liked:

I use it indoors at approximately 40 feet and it safely collects all pellets from .177 to .25 caliber. It is very well made with heavy-weight steel.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

This pellet trap can be used indoors or out and is extremely safe. I wish I had bought it sooner!

    Things I liked:

Safely stops .25 cal pellets from my BT NPXL. Very well made and heavy. I like that I can shoot my .22 at it if I feel like it. I don't think it's all that loud on impact. This little box is pretty impressive at what it can do.

    Things I would have changed:

Why do they bother with the paint job? The pellets absolutely nuke the coating and it ends up as a fine powder in the bottom of the trap with the lead. I do get small rips in the target from small pieces of lead hitting them after the pellet hits. Cover the opening tightly with a piece of cardboard and attach your target to that. Make sure the cardboard is small enough that you can still tell where the trap area is!

    What others should know:

Shooting in your house is fun, use this to make it far less dangerous and damaging.

    Things I liked:

Solid construction. Great value as well.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see opening be taller. It will not properly accept the NRA 50ft target without the projectile hitting the "rounded portion" of the trap.

    What others should know:

The trap is great, however its messy?? It may be because of the fact that the NRA targets hang low and I am sometimes hitting the rounded portion of the trap. Otherwise its great.
