Great addition to the Crosman 1322c pistol. Makes for a solid scope mount. Way more solid than the Crosman 459 barrel mounts.
Things I would have changed:Instructions left a lot to be desired. Pretty cryptic. Search YouTube for a instructional video by dragon 64.
What others should know:The new 5/64" breech/barrel grub screw had a hard blue plastic on the bottom threads, I'm assuming it was suppose to be thread lock. The problem was the coating was so thick and hard I could not get the screw to even begin to thread. Soaked the screw in paint stripper to remove the "blue stuff", then it threaded OK. Not sure if mine was an odd one or if this is the case with all the new grub screws.

Lot easier to install than I anticipated. Was acually kinda fun. Much better quality than the price would suggest.
Things I would have changed:Nothing, Crosman really has this one figured out. OK, maybe a bold handle option for us old goats with gimpy ol' fingers.... jus' sayin'.
What others should know:You WANT this on your gun if you aint got one!

The kit is fairly easy to install, but you have to remove and replace the barrel seal correctly. Works great for any groove type mount scope or sight.
Things I would have changed:The instructions could be a little clearer and they could be changed to indicate that even the older knob pulling variation with the sliding bereech cover CAN be converted with this kit. Pulling back the bolt will NOT cock the gun, you still have to pull back the original cocking knob 2 clicks to cock as you had to do before. That just adds one extra step.
What others should know:The kit can be used on sliding breech cover guns as explained in the "change" section. The original plastic base rear sight CAN be reshaped to fit the rear slot and used as a rear sight. Just takes some careful filing and fitting.Teeny screw is a little tricky manipulating and tightening.

The Steel Breech gives stability to a light pistol, this aids in limiting bounce when operating. The directions and illustrations actually helped in the installation. the 2240 should have this originally equipped.
